  This is a great place in a great location, close to the beach. I had a great time there. But for the price, I expected fewer problems. Maybe my standards are too high but when I rent a home like this I expect everything to be relatively clean and functional. That was not the case. Furniture was broken, outdoor shower was broken, irrigation system was broken, kitchen sink plumbing was about to fail, wall paper was peeling off the wall, beach chairs were unserviceable (I threw one out), the outdoor barbeque was a mess (I cleaned it to the best of my ability), there were dead trees in the yard, etc. I left a long list of things for the real estate company and/or owner to work on. Hopefully it will be ready when it gets rented again.
