We enjoyed our stay at Beach Resort unit 306. Nice unit with a pretty view. The pool was amazing. The location was great with just a short walk to the beach. Our only complaint was that the mattresses on the bunk beds were very thin and the kids felt the boards beneath all night. The sleeper sofa mattress was very thin too and bars could be felt through it. The master bed was extremely comfortable!

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our week there. The decor of the condo was great. If there was a weakness it would be that there was no internet in this unit and the bed in the master was only a queen and not very comfortable. We stayed in another unit last year and it was very comparable except for the things i mentioned. We will definitely come back but probably pick a different unit.

As always Newman Dailey was great. Location is great and all in all we all enjoyed ourselves very much. I have one complaint 316 is not very stocked kitchen wise for large groups or families. Not enough baking sheets, pans, utensils, etc. Needs to be looked over and restocked. Also 316 needs new outdoor furniture it was in very poor condition and almost dangerous. Other than those things we loved it. Thanks again!!!

We stayed @ Beach Resort with 5 other groups, so I can say from seeing the other condos, I think ours was one of 2 of the best decorated out of the 5. Only 1 of the 5 was adequately equipped in the kitchen. Not near enough or large enough cooking pots or pans and no skillet screen for bacon. This room is right above the waterfall umbrella @ the pool which is quite loud, okay during the day but would be nice to actually be able to hear the ocean at least at night (which is what we really came for anyway). Master bedroom nice but could use some sort of tiny end table on one side of it, we know space is an issue. Beach gates had issues with the codes half the time causing more walking but we delt. Overall it was a very pretty condo, just would really be nice if they turned the waterfalls off at night so all residents can hear the ocean. Thanks!

Great location in nice affordable condo. Cleanliness reasonable. Elevators malfunctioned throughout stay and elevator service out-of-date. Also key-code locks in and out of pool area need serviced or replaced.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the size of our condo. We especially liked the view of the gulf from every window. The wrap around balcony was such a plus. We did feel though that the carpets could stand a good cleaning. When the sun shone on the sliding glass door it was very smudgy and not cleaned very good. We also felt that since it was a larger unit that slept 10, four beach chairs and two umbrellas should go with the unit. There was also a problem with an elevator that would not work occassionally. It seemed that the door would not close well enough for the elevator to work. Some other residents showed us how to make the door close better. The pools were absolutely awesome. Excellent!

The pictures do not do this place justice. We were blown away by how much space we truly had. We travelled with another family and all stayed together (4 adults and 4 children total). We loved that the back bedroom was somewhat separate and the two separate washer/dryer units. We do wish that we had 4 chairs at the beach instead of two since our unit was much larger than the others, but since it wasn't crowded at all, we were able to use 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas on most days. We do not have one single complaint and plan to be back next year!

We really love this unit. It is beautiful and has lots of room for our family and our friends. We stay with a total of 10 people and there is lots of room. This is our fourth year to stay at the same place same unit.

We very much enjoyed Bt508. It was very relaxing and you couldn't hear anyone else in the condo. The condo was great and the view was spectacular. Ther were some issues with the elevator while we were there and we ended up taking the stairs up 5 flights several times. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again. The kids loved their private little area with their own TV and bathroom.

Over all the condo was great. However, the carpets were a little dirty and needed to be shampooed. I do think that a condo that will sleep ten should have two umbrellas and 4 beach chairs provided.It was great to have two washer/dryer units.

I found the Beach Resort and Newman-Daily on the internet without ever having visited the Destin area. Without having much expectation, I was thoroughly impressed with Newman-Daily and the ease of the reservation. I also loved our unit. We stayed in 209 and had code access to the door which was very nice. The accomodations were nice and accomplished what we needed. I wasn't able to get the Wifi to work and couldn't get 2 of the TVs to work, but we really didn't need them. The room could have been updated a little, but in the end we survived and would return and hope to next year! Thanks for the positive experience. By the way, the pool was icing on the cake. It make a great location and facility phenomenal!

First time staying in this unit and loved it. Great space and appreciated the second bathroom. Pool extremely nice and 9 year old enjoyed swimming after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the morning view from the balcony overlooking the gulf. Only concern might be that someone mentioned woul dbe parking in peak season. We had no problems but don't think all units were rented and if some or all had two cars each - looks like parking coud be an issue. We'll just make sure we come back in May before it gets too crowded!

WE HAVE USED NEWMAN-DAILEY 4 TIMES IN THE PAST.WE HAVE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION MANY TIMES. THIS LAST TIME WAS THE BEST.WE WERE IN THE CONDO AS LITTLE AS POSIBLE.THE CONDO WAS GREAT. we've bee vacationing in Destin for over 10 years. we first stayed at the beach resort #508 2 years ago and belived it is one of the best locations and properities in the area. The location is very convenient to the beach, restuarants and golf. we also like the wonderful pool area, which is great for families. The home is very comfortable and well furnished. Areas to improve include: better water flow in the master bath shower, washer is hard to set and the pillows were loosing a large amount of feathers each day. What we liked least was having to leave. We will continue to vacation is Destin and use the beach resort property if available. Steve meisinger

Although I was only there two short days, I would definately go back. The balcony wrapped around from poolside to beachside. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and the bunk quarters would be great for kids. The pictures of this unit does not do it justice. It is very attractive and very spacious! The beach access is about a block and a half from the rental property. I did not go to the beach but if I had, that may have been a bit inconvenient. I did enjoy the pool and hot tub! This unit is close to outlet malls and coffee shops close by.

We stayed in a different unit at Beach Resort in 2008 and returned this year because we enjoyed our stay so much last time. Unit 508 was even better than we expected. The decor was so nice, warm & inviting...it made us feel right at home. The walk to the beach is the only downside to this location, but the pool makes up for it (wish the entire pool was heated though, instead of just one side). We definitely hope to return to this unit again in the future!

Newman Dailey couldn't have done anything more to make our stay more enjoyable and easy. We checked in, got to our room with absoltely no problems. The place was extremely clean and modern. The condo was a lot bigger than what the pictures show!! No doubt about it that we will be back. Beautiful place you have there! The pools were so clean and HUGE compared to other condos we saw. We loved the condo, the pictures did not do it justice. The condo was lovely, great location, easy to get to and convenient to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The evening drop box for the keys was easy to use and the instructions were perfect. Stopping by the office to sign paperwork was quick and the office staff was happy to answer all of our questions. Overall, i'd score it a 10+.

The condo was very nice. The bunkbeds were great for the kids and the view from the balcony was great. The balcony was huge, with plenty of room. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. The heated pool was great. We were very pleased with the condo and Newman Daily and we would definitely consider this condo again. The only thing that we might change was the parking issue, but other than that it was all good.

Newman-Dailey were just super to work with. We love to come to the Destin area but unfortunately it is always late fall before we are able to make the decision. This year we had gone through the VRBO web site and thought we were all set but a while after we had sent our payment we got a telephone call that informed us that the unit was being "pulled". I went to your web site and very quickly was able to get a condo for a month at Beach Resort. It will be Newman-Dailey from here on out in the Destin area for us. The only thing that we WISH were different is being able to put our names down for the next year but we understand that if a 3+ month rental comes up then of course you would want to take that. We love Beach Resort and would love to come back again next year and are thinking that we would be able to stay for 6 weeks this coming year. It's like "old home week" as many of the people at Beach Resort have been coming, just like us, since it was brand new. Pat Jacobs

We had a lovely time staying at your resort and am planning on returning very soon. We again hope to stay in BT407. It was a lovely condo with all the amenities you could ever dream of needing, I think they thought of everything. We are hoping Newman Dailey can work on some additional discount perks with a more adult theme as many of us travel without little travelers along for the fun. ie; restaurants, shopping discounts, excursions. But you are doing a wonderful job the condo and grounds were very well kept and taken care of. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your resort.

We vacationed in this resort in October. It was very warm , one day reaching 92 deegrees. The resort was not busy at all. They have a great no entry pool,which my 4 daughters loved. The room itself was clean, spacious and well decorated with tropical scenory. We truely felt at home. The entry to our place was nice with a door code and no key to keep up with. The only down fall was the beach entrance was about 2 blocks away. Had this been closer, would of been superb. However seeing the gulf from our balcony made the walk worth it. We truely enjoyed this resort and hope to stay again soon.The rental was fairley inexpensive for a week. The staff were very ,very helpful and kind in our resevation and directing us to events in such, in town. Thank you, Shalane

We did enjoy our stay at the Beach Resort #409.....It was a "Three day - two night" package that was donated by Neman/Dailey to the Military Officers Association for a gift at our Military Ball in December 08. That is so appreciated and we Thank you all for that. We think the pool area at the Beach Resort is fabulous....and the view from the balcony is awesome. For one couple it is great....I should think with small children - the bunk room is too dark and too small... For just us (2) we had a lovely time....Thank You!!! Beach Resort was a perfect honeymoon spot. Our room was quiet, and the condo complex was close to everything that we needed. This was the first time that we had been to Destin, and our stay at this resort was a wedding gift. The folks at Newman-Dailey had put a bottle of wine in our room and a note of Congratulations! Location on Scenic 98 is wonderful. The walk to the beach entrance is a block or so, but that was fine. Parking was easy. Condo was perfect - clean, nicely decorated, great size. Full kitchen, but bring everything other than salt and pepper. Couple of restaurants in walking distance.

We had a great time staying at Beach Resort. The condo was very nice, the pool is fabulous and the proximity to the beach was very nice. We appreciated having 2 beach chairs and golf included in our amenities package. Other members of our party did not rent from Newman-Dailey and did not have the convenience of beach chairs or golf every day . . . but we shared our chairs. We loved not having to have a key - liked just having to use keypads for entering our condo and the pool. Our check-in was very convenient and the property is very well taken care of. Our condo was very nice and a pleasure to stay in. The master bathroom had a couple of repairs that needed to be done (towel ring broken and toilet filled slowly), but nothing that interfered with our stay. There are a couple of things I would do when we come to stay again . . . cover the outside light that shines into the master bedroom window (or bring a tension rod and curtain) and bring more towels of my own so I didn't have to do laundry every day. We enjoyed having TV's in each of the bedrooms! We also picked up a tension rod and curtain at a local store and used it for the bunk-bed room entrance - giving more privacy to our daughter. The condo next door already had one and we thought it was a good idea. Beach Resort certainly met all of our needs, was very safe and secure, we met a ton of really nice people from all over the U.S. and would highly recommend it to all of our friends!!!

My family of 6 plus Grandma & Grandpa had a fantastic time @ this property & unit in particular. The views of the gulf, short walk to the beach, fantastic pool & great wrap a round deck w/ heavenly breezes was a delight 24/7. The N-D amenity program was a big budget help, we esp enjoyed the dolphin ride & golfing. The units spaciousness & 2 sets of w/d was a nice surprise. Our last night we had a FANTASTIC meal @ Capt Daves Restaurant just a short walk away~ don't miss it. We'll highly recc. this unit, resort & town to our friends & plan to return soon. My husband, my 12 year old son and myself spent four days at the Beach Resort Condos in Destin. This was our second time to stay at this property. We love the set-up with a child's bunk in a side alcove complete with their own closet, tv and bathroom. This enables us to rent a one-bedroom at a more affordable rate. The kitchen facility was very modern with everything you would need. We ate all of our breakfast and lunches in the condo which was also a money saver. The washer and dryer were nice as sand becomes a part of everything when you are on the beach everyday. The condo is about a 200 yard walk to the beach. Not a big deal, but if you had really little ones I would recommend the beach retreat that is further up the road and a bit closer to the gate that leads down to the beach. Our condo does have a wonderful pool / hot tub area that accommodates all ages very well. It is also beautifully laid out and landscaped. The grounds are also very kept up and clean. I do not give it five stars because I was not thrilled with the amount of teenagers packed in the hot tub at times or the loud, vulgar adults who had been drinking and came to the pool. However this was out of the control of the condo, and to be fair, this was not something that we dealt with daily. It was only on occasion. We never had this problem the first time we visited, and I think that's because it was in June and less crowded. We went toward the end of July...peak season from what I hear. This is a great family resort. You will find that most of the tenants are young families with small children. The resort is only five stories high, so there are not a billion people everywhere. We also had a great view of the beach from our balcony. We do love this resort and plan on staying here again!

Loved the condo. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed for a week away from home. The pool was great - perfect for our young children. Loved having a view of the ocean and the pool from our balcony. The only downfall, is that it is a little walk to the beach entrance. We have young children, so it was a bit of a hassle, but definitely worth it. We plan to stay again in the future!

The condo was very spacious, especially the bunks, with TV and under bunk storage. Wished that the complimentary beach umbrella and chairs and beach access crosswalk were closer to condo. The service was great from booking the condo to checking out of the condo. We were so surprised at how beautiful the condo was and WHAT A VIEW!!! We had BT316, which is on the end of the complex. We had a view of the pool as well as the beach. It was picture perfect! What we liked best...EVERYTHING! We have no complaints!...Except one of our friends forgot her toothbrush..you could maybe include one or two in the packets you hand out! :) We will definitely come back to visit the Beach Resort property!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Beach Resort (Condo 407). Oh my goodness, when we first walked in, we were immediately blown away. The decor was just lovely! The condo was extremely clean and had everything available that you could imagine right down to an ice cream maker. The bed in the master bedroom was extra comfy! We loved every minute of our time in Destin. The location of Beach Resort was super. We walked every morning. There were restaurants within walking distance. The pool was fabulous. This was our first time we stayed at the Beach Resort property. I mainly picked this location becasue of the pool feature, access to the beach & BBQ pits. We would definatley stay at this loction again. The condo was clean & stocked well with amenities in the kitchen. The only issue we had was the electricity was OUT for over 6 hours. I called ND to inquire about the travel insurance I was required to purchase in case we needed to stay at another hotel for the night since it was 99 degrees outside. Unfortunatley, I am still waiting (as of this writing 07/08/09) on that call back form the ND rep with the answer to my question?!~ Yes it was very hot that night!

We have visited Destin every summer for two weeks since 2001. We have stayed at many different condo's off of Old '98. This is the first time that we have booked through Neiman Dailey and we absolutely loved the extra's (complimentary beach chairs/umbrella, golf, dolphin cruise, round trip transfers to/from the airport and putt-putt/go-carts). We did not get the opportunity to visit Big Kahuna's or the fishing trip but we had a blast. My daughter took surf lessons for the first time and loved it. She can't wait to go back next year. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It was decorated in a beach theme and it was perfect. The pool at Beach Resort is the best even though we were there for the beach. It was nice for the kids to take a quick swim. We will be back in 2010.

Transfered here from another ND property, the Beachside Motel, which is also nice. Needed a bigger place for the fmaily. This fit the bill perfectly, lots of room, great location, nice place. A little bit of a walk (100yds) to the "authorized" gate and beach. Not a big deal, pool is very nice, No complaints at all.

When we arrived at the Hotel and walked into our room, we were very pleasantly surprised. It was very luxurious, clean and beautiful. It had a Great view of the ocean as well. The pool was wonderful and large with a built in hot tub as well. I can't tell you how happy and pleased we were with the room as it was very tastefully decorated, had all the amenities in the kitchen and just a gorgeous place. This was our second family vacation to Destin, second time with Newman-Dailey as well. We used ND again because my husband is a golfer and he could play a round of golf each day free of charge. Their Beach Resort property was beautiful! Access to the beach is convenient but the pool could not be beat. The view was phenominal,the accommodations were comfy and the kitchen had all that we needed (all six of us). The kids enjoyed going to the supermarket down the street for free dvd rentals! We know where we will stay on our next trip to Destin - Beach Resort!

Beach Resort feels just like its name, a resort. The pool is awesome, it's right across from the beach, the rooms are big and our unit was clean. Another thing we liked about it was that it's far enough away from the big crowds and college students, so it made the whole experience more pleasant for my daughter. We spent six days and nights at this property.Check in and check out was very simple. We had three married couples and was very pleased that each couple had a private bath. The unit was huge. There was a great view from the balcony of the ocean and the pool area. It was great to sit on the balcony at night and listen to the sounds of the ocean. There were many very good reatruants in the area and the kitchen had anything you would need. I definately recommend this property to anyone.

The rental unit was unclean for our stay. It was as if nothing had been dusted or cleaned since the last rental. It was orderly and appeared nice on first glance, but the tub was dirty, the comforter on the master bed had stains on it, the floors felt like there was a layer of dirt on them. I complained initially, after returning home, to the rental company I went through. The only reason I didn't check "I don't recommend this home" is because it wasn't the owners fault, it was the management company's fault for not double-checking that it had been cleaned. Plus, it was right across from the beach and we didn't have to stay in it long.

We stayed at Beach Resort for the 1st time this summer. We have normally stayed at other Newman Dailey rentals and enjoyed it. This one by far was more lavish and accomodating to our family than any in the past. We loved the room and the pool. The only draw back we had at all was the beach access. It was too far to walk to go down to the beach and very exhausting to walk back after a day in the sun. It was very hard to see the beach access from our room. We are used to staying where we can look out or room and see our group or kids from the room if we have to make a quick trip back up. Which there was no quick trip back up once you got there. But we still loved the place, but we are thinking of other options due to the beach access.

We've been to Destin alot and have stayed in many different places. This condo was very nicely decorated, actually one of the best for that. However, I had requested non smoking and the minute we walked in we could smell cigarette smoke. The Newman Dailey people came over right away and sprayed some stuff that seemed to take care of it. We sprayed more ourselves the next day. Also, the bathroom sink was very slow at draining! You have to walk a block or two for your beach access which isn't a big deal, but you also have to walk that far for any bathroom breaks,etc. and we were on the 4th floor. The pool area was really nice and very well maintained. Overall, the property was nice, just not our favorite location.

We have stayed at this site various times but using different condos. It is always a pleasant and relaxing experience. Everyone is great from those andwering the phones to the ease of making a reservation to check in. The condos have been great, the pool wonderful. We always have a good time.

This unit and overall complex was fabulous! I loved the location and would definitely use your agency again for referrals. I could not have asked for a cleaner, prettier, updated unit than the one I booked. I was originally booked at the Beachside Inn and your agent talked me into switching into this unit at Beachside Resort. Glad i did!

Our family stayed at the Beach Resort. Our condo was fabulous with gorgeous gulf views. My favorite amenity was the size of the swimming pool - huge! There were plenty of lounging chairs and a nice hottub. Although there was no direct beach access, it was just a short walk down the street. We would definitely stay here again; loved it!!

For whatever it's worth, we did not stay at 648 Sandy Cay Drive, we stayed at the Beach Resort property courtesy of the staff at Newman-Dailey properties. They were very professional and gave us excellent service. The facilities were very clean and fully stocked with all of the necessities that we needed for daily living. Newman Dailey is a first class rental agency. Beach Resort is so nice. Like the location of Beach Retreat better, but the property is becoming run down. Beach Resort was in perfect condition.

I have fallen in love with Beach Resort # 508. I have stayed here twice in three months. I will return on my next spring vacation. The balcony is wonderful. The pool is the BEST IN DESTIN . The Decor is outstanding. Everything was gated and secure with safety a top priorty. This has become my new favorite vacation getaway. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

What can I say, the Beach Resort was more than we could have expected! I was impressed by how large the condo was, how clean and new everything was and the view of the gulf from our balcony. Unit #316 is an AMAZING unit. We just returned from a week stay (6/13/08-6/20/08). It has 2 bedrooms + a Bunk Room. The unit has a lock-out featuring 2 queen beds with a kitchenette + private balcony. It has a wrap around balcony with an INCREDIBLE view of the Gulf! A bonus of 2 separate washer/dryer machines. Tasefully decorated and very clean. My kids just loved the pool. I cant wait to go back

I stayed here with my parents this past week. There is a large television in the closet by the bunkbeds leaving no room in the closet to hang things up. There is also no place for those staying in the bunk bed area to put their items. We literally lived out of the suitcase for a week. Also the unit was not very clean by Newman Dailey standards. Our feet would be black when we walked barefoot in the condo and there was trash still left in the unit from the previous guests. (Half full beer bottle bottle tops etc.)

We had six adults in this unit and the 3 bathrooms were great to have. Each couple had their own. We were very pleased with the entire property and staff. This unit had an excellent view of the Gulf from the balcony. We will definately request this same unit next year.

The Beach Resort Condo is a wonderful place to stay. We rented a 2 bedroom 3 bath that slept 10 people. The rooms were very nice with plenty of room and it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. One room even had its own refrigerator and sink. The pool was very nice too with plenty of chairs and room for everyone. I would highly recommend this condo. We hope to be able to stay here again next year!!

We stayed in 404 from January 1st to January 29th of this year. ?The rental rate shows $1200/month but we were charged $1276.00. ?I am curious about this discrepency. ?Also two out of three fire alarms did not work. ?The fridge door did not fit and wasted energy. ??We were not told about how to access the beach. ?The shared hot tub did not work during the last week of our visit.

Owners let me use this unit before they placed it in the rental pool. ?It is a beautiful unit...I loved the furniture and decor...the view is awesome...the pool area is wonderful....I cant think of anything that I needed that it didnt have...down to an ice cream freezer. ?By the way the bunkbeds are twin size - not bunkbed size and are very comfortable....there is a tv in the bunk room for a total of 3 tvs in this unit. ?I cant wait to visit again.

An A+ unit. ?Decorated with excellent taste and with every convenience. ?Definitely worth twice the price. ?The pool area is the best in Destin the view from the balcony is priceless and the restaurants within walking distance are excellent. ?Would definitely recommend this unit.
