We had a beutiful view of the Gulf and a very short walk to the beach. We love the location of the Blue Surf. We really enjoyed the unit we rented. The staff at Newman-Dailey was very helpul and friendly. They went above and beyond to answer any questions we needed answering. The temperature was perfect in September, although we did get rained on, we would do it again.

The blue surf townhome is easily accessible to many facets offered in the area. The beach is foremost residing across the street. The morning view from a top the upper level living room offers tranquil views a broad. Restaurants and shops are close by and easy to get too. The service was great any time i needed assistance they were quick to respond. This was my first trip to the blue surf tonwhomes and was worth the stay. I do plan to book more trips here at the blue surf in the future.What i liked least was, you could not move your umbrella and chairs down the beach to free up space from the adjoing vacationers.

the townhouse was convenient location to beach, but it really needed a good cleaning. I'm referring to the bathrooms. Also, the stairs to the second level were neglected as well. In addition, the comforters on the second level were dirty upon arrival. Your service picked up and did not return. However, blankets were available. It was great having a washer and dryer (the dryer took forever).

BS05 is perfect for our needs. It is close to beach, shopping and restaurants. I'm so glad it comes with the 2 beach chairs and umbrella. The unit is clean and the complex is the right size. This is our 4th year in the unit and we've book again for next year. Working with the Newman Dailey is always a pleasure.

The suite is very spacious and confortable with all the appliances necessary. The location which is right across the gulf was very convenient for the whole family. The pool within the premises is very clean. Overall this a great place to have a vacation with the whole family. I greatly recommend this suite and will be back next year.

This was a wonderful condominium to stay in. It was decorated beautifully and family friendly. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Newman-Dailey let us check in when the unit was ready. We have been going to the Blue Surf for thirteen years. We have never been disappointed in any of the town homes. Blue Surf is across the street from the beach and Pompano Joe's Restaurant. It is conveniently located to everything. From the balcony of the unit, you have a nice view of the Gulf. Another plus, You get two complimentary chairs and an umbrella on the beach each day of your stay. We look forward to going again next year!

Newman-Dailey exceeded my expectations-GREAT JOB! They always answered the phone and always returned my calls. 100% satisfaction. Were not prepared for the traffic we encountered Sat. afternoon. Had to wait three hours for unit to be released. Condo was easy to find. Parked at door. Very convenient to beach and amenities. 11-a was very clean, confortable & well equipped. Good pool. No security issues. A safe would have been much appreciated. Beach and water were PURRFECT! Beach service (chairs & umbrella) very good. Police were not visable, perhaps by design. There was no bad behavior anywhere to be seen or heard.

I stayed at Blue Surf comdos room #4 and #5. Room #4 is so out of date. Everything in this room is old, microway is a junk, stuffs around the room were like what you see in the goodwill store. Carpet was dirty and stayed in this room is not a pleasure at all. Room #5 is a little better, I belived they just did some renovation for the internal, but still,... the second floor make lound squeaking noise and unacceptable. The rest room door on second floor did not work.... water drop from the ceiling because of the air conditioner. DON'T STAY AT BLUE SURF OR YOU WILL REGRET.

We stayed at the blue surf in unit 15a. Everything was very clean when we first arrived which made it easy to settle in. Location was great, very close to the beach, and plenty of room for kids to play. This is the perfect place for families to come and relax.

we were in town for my daughters 17th birthday the place was very comfortable and nice beautiful view perfect location. she brought along several of her girlfriends and they had a blast there are so many fun things to do in Destin we love it~!

I liked the location although I waited to the last minute to book it. The personnel helping me were great. The only thing that bothered me was the decor. The add said that BLue Surf was newly redecorated, but, 15A appeared to have gotten what was left over from other condos. It did not match very well. To have the kitchenette with dishes was convenient. The keyless entry was also a good thing because I did not worry about losing the key. Thanks for a great vacation. Barbara Nason

We had a wonderful visit and have stayed at the Blue Surf off and on for several years. This vacation was wonderful and the condo was great. We had no complaints about the condo, it fit our needs in every way. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our 3rd time at Blue Surf. The past two times we stayed in the same unit, but this time we were in a different unit 11B. The outside of the unit next to ours was looking pretty shaby. The carpeting in our unit is raveling at the seams. We had to call housekeeping to clean some white substance that had been spilled on the kitchen chair and carpeting. It never did come off the carpeting. The frames around the sliding glass doors were all rusted. It just wasn't as nice as the last unit we stayed in the past years.

Great view from the second floor balcony, excellent beach and water. The townhome needs a little updating: master bed mattress and couch WAY too soft. Well stocked kitchen and some truly delightful posters and paintings! Would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. Loved that it was non-smoking and especially loved the electronic entry. I've stayed in several different units and wouldn't hesitate to stay in any of them again.

We've vacationed in the Destin area for more than 10 years and have stayed at the Blue Surf condos for most of that time. This unit is one of the best. It's comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The deck furniture is comfortable and well maintained. While I've enjoyed many wonderful vacations in the area, this year was the best!

This was my second time to stay at the Blue Surf. All expectations were met and if all goes accordingly we would like to stay there again sometime. I have recommended this place to friends and family so they can experience the pleasures of the Gulf. I am not complaining, but the dryer in BS23 took a very long time to dry a load of clothes. I had to put it on 60 minutes 3 times. It was an average size load. (just thought I would let you know and the hallway light bulb and the one above the washer and dryer is out.) It was not super clear on how we were to handle towels and linens. Overall, it was great and we thank you!

Check in and out was easy and quick. We love the convenience of everything--pool, laundry, beach. The only negatives would be that there were not enough towels or linens. We had to do laundry, which was fine, but it would have been nice to have a backup while doing so. You now when you are in Floriday is was very hard to keep the condo "sand free" and clean. Speaking of clean the condo looked very clean when we arrived, but we shorthly noticed that the floor was so dirty it would immediatley turn our feet black. My mom and sister who were saying in another condo at teh same time said their floor was the same. I think they all need a GOOD scrubbing.

This is a groud floor unit that directly across the street from the beach. The size of the unit was perfect for just my wife and myself. The only issue was noise from the unit directly above. We were able to hear almost every foot step and some converstation thought the ceiling after it was occupied.

About 5 years before our stay in 2008, we stayed at this complex and really enjoyed our self. Everything was in working condition and the grounds were kept up. When we returned in 2008, we were very disappointed. The grounds were in bad shape. The grass finally got cut. The shrubs by the back sliding glass door was so overgrown you barely had room to walk in and out. Our sliding glass door became very hard to open and close and we had to place 2 service calls to get it fixed. The airconditioning unit couldn't keep the unit cool. We had the maintenance man come and look at it. It was a little better but he told us that the unit needed to be replaced. Our first stay on the grounds were enjoyable. I do like the fact of the U-shape set up with the pool in the middle. We usually go with several other families. This makes it convenient for visiting. This last time our condo didn't have a washer and dryer, so we had to use the one provided by the pool house. I would like to suggest, they should have more than 1 of each. I don't know what happened but our last trip, we were very disappointed in the upkeep of this complex.

I've been staying at one of three Blue Surf units for about fifteen years, and just look forward to my vacation every year. The facility has a great location and is small enough that I don't feel overwhelmed with parking issues. I almost don't want many people to know what a good stay this is, so that I won't encounter difficulty making reservations!

We enjoy the Destin beaches, Blue Surf is a well manicured and quiet vacation spot. 15A is a great location, with a walk out to the pool. The furnishings could use to be updated.

Spent a week at the Blue Surf in Destin that was outstanding for the family.Great location centrally located near stores,shops,restaurants you name it but most of its just a short walk across the street to the beach.Super nice and helpful people and check in.The package deal that we got with all the coupons was great a money saver also.Was a great trip and experience for the family and would definitely recommend it and will be taking the family back next year.

The location can't be beat (and all condos at Blue Surf are in equally good locations). Basic house cleaning good (utensils, non-carpet floors, towels, etc). Cons: The carpet in the bedroom was beyond gross (huge black stain) and had to wear socks/shoes the entire time. An extra blanket in the closet that we needed had questionable stains on it. Couch = gross. Through a sheet over it to sit on it. Basic unit, but really needs to be updated with cleaner things.

My family of 4 along with several other families book the week together and have enjoyed relaxing fantastic vacations. Spending quality time with friends in a prestine location and very suitable accomodations could not get any better. All units that we and our friends have rented in the past have been very enjoyable and reasonably well kept. No highrise atmosphere which makes this small community well worth the visit particularly with small children. Easy access to the beach and nice quiet pool for family to relax around. Will be back annually.

We enjoyed the unit and especially the location, however, our only complaint was that rented one of your units as a couple doesn't give you the view of the ocean since all 1 bed room units are on ground level. It would be nice to have some 1 bed room units on the second floor. Don't know if we'll come back because of that.

We have stayed at Blue Surf for several years. This year we visited a friend staying at a condo down the street. The price of that condo - a 3 bedroom unit was not much different that Blue Surf 1 bedroom unit. I love the location of Blue Surf but feel next year we will definitely look at another property. We do like Newman-Dailey Rentals so we will continue to go through them to book our vacation rental.

Nice spacious two story unit. Upstairs air apparently doesn't work those. Freeze down stairs, sweat to death upstairs. It needs a bit more updating, but it was still a fun place to stay.

My family has stayed at Blue Surf a few times. It is very comfortable with bedrooms on different floors, which allows children separation from parents. Excellent location-- next to the beach and short drive to all attractions. I recommend it.

A solid, clean, up-to-date, comfortable condo with a nice kitchen but not particularly spacious or fancy. Received very good nightly rate, and the Newman Daily amenities package saved us a good bit of money on golf, mini golf, and the dolphin cruise. Very convenient to the beach and excellent, professional service from Newman Daily from check-in to check-out. Not a lot of frills or "atmosphere" here, but a fairly nice property and good for the money spent.

I highly recommend staying at Blue Surf Condos. The management staff was very pleasant, and the condo was absolutely delightful. You have a beautiful view from the condo and it really is an easy walk right across to the beach where you have reserved umbrellas and beach chairs. The owners of our condo supplied a grill, so we were able to cook out a few nights for dinner. We will definitely be back and couldn't have had a more wonderful time in Destin.

This condo is beautifully decorated and has many amenities such as wall mounted make-up mirrors and blow dryers in each bathroom. ?I also love the full-size washer and dryer instead of the traditional compact types. ?The view of the gulf is spectacular. ?I will definitely request this unit again!

This was our first stay an it could not have been better. There was everything we needed and an awsome view. The place was so great we even extended our stay by a day because we did not want to leave. The pool was clean and neat and the view could not have been any better.
