Service was fast, courteous and effecient. The condo was clean, with lots of very nice, homey touches. We actually liked that the bottom unit was seperate as the older kids (19, 20, 21) stayed there as well as it kept the younger visitors from running in and out of the upstairs constantly for every little thing! The location of the condo was convenient to just about everything you'd want. Walking distance to the scooter rentals, parasailing, jet skiis. Ice cream across the street! The pharmacy and movie rental was only 3 blocks and Publix and the outlet malls were within 5 minutes. The only thing not accessible by scooter was the Track and water park, but that was still less than a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants!!! Old Bay Steamer on Okaloosa Island was incredible as was The Back Porch right there in Destin. The beach was beautiful and serene and the folks in condos close by were considerate to everyone's "space". Only complaint is that the vacationers from the condos across the street (assuming thats where they came from) did not respect the sign stating Costa Del Sol properties was a private beach. They kind of spoiled things for a few of us several times during the stay Playing right up onto our towels, knocking over unmbrellas, kicking sand onto a couple of us...etc. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip and we'd have all just moved in permanently if we could have! I hate this oil spill mess...and I pray it doesnt ruin everything there like they say it will. It would be so tragic. Thank you Newman-Dailey for helping to make this part of our long awaited trip home a pleasant one!

Would like to do it again sometime. Maybe a new set of pans before we get there. Beautiful views even with the cooler weather.

We have been vacationing in Destin for 7 years and this was our favorite rental by far. We had everything we needed. Plenty of room for all.....Our teenagers had their own private spot on the lower level!! It was nice to have all the chairs, beach floats, etc. provided. The home was decorated very cheerful and comfortable....great seating in the living room, it was nice to all be together, in past rentals it seemed we only had a couch and maybe a chair. This home was planned out very well!! We will go back to this unit!!!....I only wish they would accept small dogs with a deposit....we were there for two weeks and really missed our Elliott! Highly recommend :)

This unit was perfect for our needs. We stayed 3 weeks, and had a constant flow of family and friends join us. Having 3 separate bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, plus added room if needed, was a key to comfort. Bing located directly on the beach, and having access to beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas was icing on the cake. The 3 decks/patios were all used,and enjoyed. The owners have done a wonderful job of ensuring top creature comforts. I hope all who rent this unit in the future enjoy it as much as we did -- and do their part to maintain it in the condition the owners have established. Thanks to all who helped us from Newman-Dailey!

We love staying at Costa Del Sol A1. It is the perfect vacation home for our family. We have been coming here for 10 years and love the setup ..the location.. and the staff at Newman Dailey is terrific. They make sure our stay is great every time..

This is a very comfortable condo with every convenience provided and plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The location is very convenient to good restraunts and shopping. We have been coming to Destin and to Costa del Sol for years and plan on returning in 2009.....

We've vacationed in Destin for several years, but no place we stayed compares to Costa Del Sol A1. You're almost in the surf and being an end unit allows more privacy that other units on the premises. The decor and bountiful beach toy are truely a plus. A short barefoot walk up the beach for dinner at Pompano Joe's yields some of the best seafood and atmosphere in Destin.

LOVE LOVE Costa A-1! ??We return each year to this same townhouse and we love it more and more each year. I absolutely love not having to pack and/or buy beach toys floats and beach chairs because this townhouse provides all those things. My two kids look forward to staying in the Ladybug room each time and they also have their own bathroom which is even better! Because its the corner unit you have twice the views and the decks are bigger. With the beach being right out your back door going in and out to the beach was so easy - no packing up stuff for the whole day! We came and went for snacks and meals and when my youngest child got tired of the beach we filled up the small inflatible pool on the bottom deck and she was happy as a clam. We loved sitting on the deck at night and enjoying the full moon over the Gulf. I just cannot say enough nice things about this townhouse!! Im already excited about going back next summer!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful townhome in May 2007. I felt like I was at home away from home!! Spacious and beautifully decorated. I love that I stepped out the door directly onto the beach. I couldnt have been more pleased. We will definately be staying here again!

This property is perfect vacation home for couples with small children. ?There is enough room for everyone to have their own space including 3.5 baths. ?We were spoiled by the beach access right off the back deck and will never stay anywhere but beach front again. ?The owners have put so much into making the unit feel welcoming and comfortable including tips on great nearby restaurants and other activities. ?The decor is beautiful exactly what a beach getaway should look like with seating and beds to accomodate everyone. ?The home is exceptionally clean and extremely well cared for. ?We appreciated the convenience of accessing the beach level bathroom and kitchenette during the time we were playing in the sand sun & surf. ?This is the perfect spot to make your vacation memories!

This is the BEST place I have ever stayed. ?I bring my family here usually once a year. ?It is GREAT because it is the last unit which makes it more private. ?The sunsets are BEAUTIFUL!! ?Pompano Joes in right next door as well as many other Destin Hot Spots. ?As soon as you walk in the door you know youre at the BEACH. ?The owners of this unit have great style. ?All of the colors are BRIGHT and BEACHY. ?It is VERY difficult to leave at the end of the week. ?The sand is WHITE and the BEACH is CLOSE. ?I dont think there is a closer unit to the BEACH than COSTA DEL SOL. ?I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A1. ?We hope to visit A1 for MANY years to come.

Super fun townhouse! The colors are so bright and beachy and the decor is just perfect for a beach vacation! Our first stay was with 2 other couples and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom - great for a vacation. We cooked several times in the fully stocked kitchen and even grilled out on the deck. The second time we stayed we had small children and it was wonderful! There is a cute little toddler booster seat for the table and a baby gate. And it was nice to not have to tote everything to the beach. With the lower deck right there we could run back and forth as needed for drinks toys and such. OH - and the owner-supplied beach chairs ?and umbrella were super convenient and comfortable! And the owner left lots of great beach toys and even some rainy day toys for the kids. We loved going to sleep to the sound of the surf and waking up to the beautiful white beach right outside our window. The sunsets were beautiful and we had our own happy hour each evening on our own deck! The location was great too! Easy access to many restaurants and shopping without having to deal with downtown Destin traffic! That was fantastic! ?I highly recommend to anyone vacationing with kids or other couples! Its just PERFECT!!

This is a WONDERFUL townhome!! ?It truly is our home away from home. We come year after year and are sooooo glad it is back on the rental market!!!! ?It has a terrific location - convenient to restaurants groceries golf courses and shopping. ?It is beautifully decorated with plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms!! ?It has a fully loaded kitchen lots of comfortable seating and gorgeous view from inside and from the decks. ?The view of the sunsets are breathtaking!!! ?The huge beach is right off the decks. ?The sugar beach is the best and the green/blue water is amazing!! We just love it!!!
