Enjoyed the view and the beach and the amenities package! This is the ultimate vacation spot in Destin. It is close to absolutely everything! We had never vacationed here before, but we know that we will be coming back!

This was the nicest place we have ever had the opportunity to stay at and we loved it. We had no problems with anything during our stay and everything was in great working order as well. The rooms were nice and very pleasing. We would definately stay here again and may be back next year. The management will take care of any concerns you might have with the room and I appreciate that as well.

While the condo I rented was okay it was apparent that the owner has not performed any upgrades and necessary repairs. The beds in the room with the two doubles were in horrible condition and it seemed that the one nearest the window had a broken frame. The towel rack in the bathroom adjacent to that bedroom was hanging by one nail and fell off during our stay as well as the toilet handle was not on properly. The toilet in the large guest room ran constantly so the water had to be turned off each evening so one could sleep. Also, the air conditioner leaked the most of the time.

When we arrived at unit inside the unit there still was mold and mildew in the master shower. It looks like they are in the process of refurbishing it, and there was paint smeared all over the kitchen counter tops. The master bedroom get extremely hot, if you leave the curtains open. The base boards were in really bad shape and needed to be repainted. As much as I had paid for this unit, I felt I could of gone elsewhere for a more 'up scale' place to stay. I called Newman-Dailey after my stay, and they just said 'Thanks for the input'. I would of thought they would of offed some compensation. The balcony is nice, and has a nice view but a bit small. The interior was decorated nicely. The pool was very clean, and warm for an afternoon swim. Loved the beach service. In the hall ways there is dust everywhere especially all over the elevators because they are re grouting the hallways.

We had a GREAT time during our stay in Destin. We totally enjoyed the beach and the service. However, there were a few issues with unit 1740. There was mildew in the shower (on the tiles and shower head). The shower caddy was rusty. The vertical blinds in the living room and master bedroom were missing slats (which were mysteriously hanging in the closet). However, we really enjoy vacationing in Destin and will definitely rent again at the Jade East Towers.

Condo 240 is very nicely appointed. The only issues I had were problems with the door entry. The staff were very kind and helpful in solving this problem. Only issues with the property were: the kitchen faucet leaks when you turn it on, and the first bowl sink in the master bath was slow - like it was almost stopped up. We also ran out of toilet tissue before we left, and there was no spares in any of the bathrooms. When you pay that much to stay, you don't expect to run out of something as inexpensive as toilet tissue.

I have stayed at the Jade east towers 3 times in the last 4 years had and okay stay the only issues were I even called ahead of booking at the jade east towers after reading reviews on the pool being to cold and had the same problem as the people staying in July with twin girls age 4 I ended up also leaving a day early due to pool water ice cold, the rental unit was nice, hard to stay in a place where 2 seperate rental companies in same building.

This condo was even more grand in person than the pictures appeared online. Overall, the decor was warm and amazing however the master bath was a little dated only in comparison to the rest of the condo. Overall, this condo is highly recommended and I am sure that it will not disappoint.

The owners were nice and very helpful in what to do around Destin, etc. However, when we got to our condo, the tile has a layer of grit.. entryway, hallway, kitchen, bathrooms. I swept/vacuumed, which solved the problem. Master tub had a greasy film on it, which I would have cleaned, but noticed that the tub drain plug allows the water to leak out, so stuck to the shower. Biggest problem was front door did not have a deadbolt or anything other than a knob. Our young daughter kept letting herself out. Need another layer of protection.. Only 4 washcloths in the unit for our family of 6. As my husband went to the office, I found the cleaning folks next door. Both argued that 4 washcloths were all we should have in our 2 BR unit before giving in and letting us have more. Probably will not stay here again. Paying this much for a vacation, more is expected. That being said, the view was beautiful.

This was our first experience with the smaller 2-bedroom "30". I really like these units. Especially like that there's a separate laundry room off the kitchen. This particular unit is very nicely equipped. We've never been disappointed with any of the units in Jade East. This is mostly due to Newman-Dailey's great management.

(Dislike) We arrived after a long drive to enter the condo 940 and as soon as we walked in we could smell an awful odor.We found some smell from the refrigerator so we purchased baking soda to help eliminate odor.The garbage can had something spilled on the outside of the can.After contacting guest services,they sent someone to clean kitchen area then the smell went away.After we unloaded luggage I began to walk thru the condo and I noticed several things. The walls had a few places that could use repairs for small holes and paint.One of the main slider door leading to balcony wouldn't open.Exhaust fan in master bath was extremly noisey.Oven seem to take forever to heat up the few times we used it.No paper towels. The center bath toilet stopped up and overflowed. The outdoor grill grids needed replace they were falling apart.Went to use grill a few times to find no grill utensils. For the amount of money I paid I was dissapointed over all.(Liked) Location was great,right on the beach.Pool was refreshing.The beach was beautiful and the water was clear and inviting.Plenty of things to do with kids and plenty of places to dine out.I would recommend the area but 940 didn't meet my expectations. I am probably returning again next year for the third time but I will look at other condo's than Jade East.

We booked Jade East Towers in August 2009 through Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. To begin, booking the condo was a breeze. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely polite and accomodating. The condo was exactly as it was pictured on the website. In fact, the pictures don't really do it justice. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Just what you want when you are away from home. The view was breath taking and the pool and beach are both easily accessible. My kids had a blast. My teenage son even went as far as to say that "the condo is awesome". I will book with this company and at this property again in the future.

The view was awesome and the added services were great (free umbrella, golf, etc.). The beach service was outstanding. The condo was really nicely set up, but was in desparate need of repair (the siverware drawer was taped together, the dining room chairs were falling apart, mold growing on the ceiling in the main hall way, the dryer was squeeking, and the kitchen sink leaked big time). I would without a doubt rent in Jade East again.

The kitchen in this condo was very nice and remodeled. It had stainless steal appliances and granite countertops. However, the sofa in the living room was awful. The cushions would slide out every time someone sat down. The carpet was dirty. The air conditioner in the unit did not work properly. It would get very hot throughout the day and about 3 am it would finally cool down. On our very first night we encounter two large roaches. And discovered that the garbage area was right next to our unit. I would advise the owners of this condo to make some drastic changes if they would like anyone to stay at their condo. We enjoyed the complex at Jade East because it was very close to the beach and they had friendly service.

With a 6 day working and 10 hrs. each day, it was relaxing a Jade Towers East. The condo was every-thing we expected. An atmosphere of peace. From the time we arrived to the day we left it was a paradise. The people at Jade East were so nice, inquiring if there was anything they could do make us more comfortable. They showed courtesy. The view was beautiful and enjoyed the privacy beach. The towers was close to everything we needed from shopping to restaurants. It was all enjoyable

We stayed in room 220 at the Jade East Towers. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Wonderful views, well stocked kitchen, excellent washer, good dryer---just everything you could ask for. If we were to go back to Destin I would def. stay in this location. The draw back was the traffic. HORRIBLE traffic to the point that we are looking in Okaloosa for next year. If you stay in room 220--they even have a waffle iron! It was missing a baking sheet but I'm willing to bet someone must have accidentally taken it. The guy with the chairs at the beach was a bit rude. The water was wonderful though. The pool was very nice and the maintenance people are always walking around keeping things up. Very helpful crew, except for the beach chair guy.

We, enjoyed our stay we were in unit no.240 The view was fantastic and the unit was very beatiful and well taken care of we will be back and hope to stay in same unit. We also was very well satisified with the amenities . The property was neat. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. This was a family vacation for us and we had other family members also staying at Jade East. We were able to check-in at 1:00 prior to the 3:00 check-in. The view was nice. Our patio door was hard to open. They did not stock enough toilet paper in the condo. That was our only complaint. It was nice that the Property Manager was on duty daily and he did check guests to make sure they had their green wrists bands. We liked that the rooms were a keyless entry and you did not have to keep up with a card/key. Beach service was good for the Umnbrella's and set up each day.

This property was beautifully decorated, well architected, and in a perfect location. We enjoyed the priceless view of the beach and the comfort of the condo. Also, the beach was well managed and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We hope to come back next year. This is our 8th summer and our first to stay at this property.

The room was nice with a great view of the gulf. Sand is to be expected in the room so we were willing to clean and with a 7 mo. old I would have liked to keep the place a little cleaner. The vacuume in the room did not work so it made cleaning a bit difficult. For the price $$$$ I feel the place could have been cleaned better before our arrival since there was piles of sand under the furniture, apparently just pushed by a swifer. Cleaning is expected, but to have things that work and have someone inspect the room before the guests arrive should be a priority. We also had to fix the mirror closet doors that were not in there tracks and the room code said any damage could be our responsibilty? Somebody did not inspect this room! I would like to return to Jade East Towers next year with the hopes they will correct these issues.

Jessica at check in was extremely helpful and nice. She got us in to the condo early as we were travelling with a baby. However, the condo, was not cleaned well. We found old popcorn kernels under the couch (which the baby found and put in her mouth) as well as small little yellow balls under the couch. The bathtub was not cleaned well. When we gave my daughter a bath there was a soapy film in the tub which was very slick. The hot water supply was also terrible. We had to wait to take showers despite the fact there were 3 bathrooms. I was extremely disappointed in this. The pool was beautiful as well as the beach and the ocean. They were very clean and well maintained. The condo, overall, was very nice. I was just disappointed that it was not more clean.

My family and I enjoyed the stay every much. We brought three 12 year old boys and two 15 year old girls and everyone had fun!! The space was large enough that we could all separate for awhile. The pool and beach were so accessible. The least favorite thing was the traffic and we needed some instructions for the community outdoor grills....the knobs do not work anymore and there was some trick to lighting them. BUT all in all, IT was just the vacation we needed!!! Thanks so much. Kay Woods

This was our first stay at the property and it was thoroughly enjoyed. The condo is located close to the elevators which open directly to the walkway to the beach and pool. There are no parking lots to cross which is great when traveling with young children. We can't wait to stay here again!

We had never stayed in Destin before, but now we will be there a lot. We thought Cancun was wonderful, but with Destin, you don't have to fly out of the country! The Jade East Tower was great and the view was out of this world. The beach and water were excellent. We loved all the places to eat that had outside dining. Oh, and don't forget all the fabulous shopping places. We will be back for sure!

WHEN WE ARRIVED AFTER DRIVING FOR 5 HOURS, I WAS TOLD OUR UNIT WAS NOT READY BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS TENETS WOULD NOT LEAVE. THE STAFF WERE SCRAMBLING TO CLEAN THE UNIT AND GET IT READY. IT WAS DISHEARTING THAT ANOTHER UNIT WAS NOT OFFERED TO US. INSTEAD WE HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR WITH GROCERIES OUTSIDE UNTIL IT WAS DONE. WE WERE COMPED TRACK TICKETS, BUT I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE STAY. THE UNIT DEFINITELY NEEDS MAINT. AND PAINT. WONT RENT THAT ONE AGAIN.

The room was really great. The cleaning service needs to be better. There was mold and mildew in the shower that I had to clean before we could use the shower. Cleaning service is also not paying attention to walls and baseboards. But, overall the condo was wonderful. Unfortunately we would not stay again at Jade East due to the pool. It was not heated and was extremely cold. We have a small child that was really excited about the pool, but was unable to use it. There was also alot of jackhammering during the day. I called property management twice to discuss it and left a message. I never received a return phone call. It was difficult because my son needed to take a nap during the day.

The room was great. Nice, well kept. Needed a little dusting, but was clean. The complex however.... the pool was so cold that NO ONE was in it. Literally, you could have froze in there. We tried to get them to turn the heater on, but to no avail. Also, they are doing consturction so we had hours of jackhammering during nap time for the kids. That was for 3 days... not pleasant. The jackhammering at lunch made us leave early to go home. A cranky kid = cranky parents.

We've stayed at Jade East before, but this property was outstanding and very recently updated. The layout was perfect for our family and the unit had everything we needed. We ate almost every meal out on the balcony so that we could take in the beautiful view and the sound of the waves. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and other marine animals from our balcony everytime we were out! Jade East is quiet and upscale, secure and private, yet convenient. Perfect for our family. The beach was fabulous, too! Never overcrowded!

Condo 1030 was just like pictures show and more.Elaborate decor w/view of gulf from balcony worth the entire trip.Gated entry of parking lot and beach made us feel very safe, especially with the grandchildren. Great place for families and adults seeking a get away from stress. Trip was given me by my husband as a mothers day wish to have my girls and grandchildren with me on the beach.Will return again and ask for this room if available. Check in was very confusing however and needs to be improved.

Just as I expected this condo was exactly as the picture depicted. Beautiful accomodations! I stayed in a different unit at Jade East in '07 and knew there would be no surprises. We only had a couple of issues that were resolved on our first day by a very friendly, professional service tech. The Newman-Dailey staff are warm and extremely helpful. I will rent a condo at Jade East again and always refer friends to Newman-Dailey. Thank you for a wonderful stay and beautiful memories!

All in all it was very nice and we had a great view. However the master bath was dirty and they were working on the tile on the 5th floor so we were unable to unload when we got there. We we not told about this. Also a few of the days we had to take the stairs because we could not walk on the tile. Very annoying.

We went to Destin for Spring Break and spent a great deal of time on Google prior to booking our reservation. The photos were beauiful, but you never know how it looks until you arrive. I can honestly say that I have very high expectations and this unit exceeded my expectations by a mile. From the moment you enter the door, the condo is absolutely beautiful in its decor,choice of upgrades and amazing view of the ocean and pool. The staff was friendly and when it was time to leave, I had wished we could stay another week. If you like the photos, you will fall in love with this condo. I hope to return next year, I sure hope the weather is better as it was pretty cold, but outside of that...was a n awesome trip and I honestly belive I enjoyed it so much because the condo was such a pleasure to stay at. By far the nicest place I have stayed in my many excursions.

Our family loves Jade East, and we've stayed in several different condos within the Jade East complex over the past few years.The location is perfect...right in the heart of Destin, close to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment...especially for our young adult daughters! We have rented this particular condo. two or three different times because we love the incredible view, the quiet of the condo., and the fact that we can spread out with lots of room. I would highly recommend Jade East to anyone vacationing in Destin...it's the perfect retreat!!!!!

We are frequent visitors of the condo. We love the big floor length windows and the closeness to the beach. They are always clean and in excellent condition. The only drawback is for two people it is rather costly. We usually try to go in off season but it is still pricey. The unit we last stayed in was decorated so lively and fun and we really enjoyed it. The condos are close to many things you might want to do. Especially restaurants and water sports.

This was our 2nd stay at Jade East Towers Destin, and we absolutely loved it more the 2nd go around. The condo was awesome, everything that we could have asked for and more. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Many hours were spent just sitting out there, and listening to the waves and sounds of the ocean. The location of Jade East Towers is great, within in minutes of great restaurants and local attractions. Our favorite attraction this past summer was experiencing our first ever parasail. I loved it so much that I went back again the next day! We had a blast at Jade East Towers and look forward to many more trips to the property. See ya again Summer 2009

I booked this Condo for my wife's 50th birthday. Her 2 best friends flew in from New England to surprise her. The room and ammenities, short of the blender that did not work, were wonderful! The location, view etc were second to none. Based solely on the merits of the condo I would HIGHLY recommend it, HOWEVER I was less than pleased with the rental agency! There were TOO many hidden, and additional fee's that were not disclosed prior to booking. The price of the condo was fine, but when I questioned the additional fee's I did not get the feeling the rental company was too interested in righting the ship. Great place but terrible rental company!

This was our 12th November in Destin and our 4th with Newman Daily, the 3rd at Jade East. I have to admit the attraction is "anywhere" on the beach in Destin. However, our stay at Jade has been most enjoyable. We are properly welcomed and taken care of for our time there. It will be our privelege to return to Jade for as long as we can do so. This year did provide an interesting four days, but even so it was a great place to "recover". In the middle of our stay I had an emergency appendectomy and was somewhat incapcitated for four days. I make mention of this mainly to let you know not to doubt the medical care available in Destin and Ft. Walton. They took excellent care of me. Now, I can hardly wait to see what next year brings.

Our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay at Jade East. It had a great location, and the beach with its beautiful emerald waters lived up to our expectations. Our unit was tastefully furnished, clean, and just like its pictures on the web. We liked the onsite rental office. Our only complaint was that we arrived after 5, after office hours. The gate keycode we were given was wrong and would not open the gate to the parking lot. After an 8 hour drive with 3 children aged 9 and under, this was not welcome. The afterhours phone service could not find the right code and generally was not helpful. Another guest entering the parking lot supplied us with the right code and said they experienced the same problem. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.

We stayed here last year 10 days and again this year 12 days and plan on staying here again next year again. The cond was great in it's decor and the staff at Jade East was second to none. The beach accomodations (umbrella & chairs) were GREAT as well as the beach service staff. I have stayed at Jade East several years ago and at other Condos in Destin in the past. We were absolutely delighted the first time we entered this condo and saw the funky,beach decorating. The condo was clean and quiet and we had so much fun that we will go back next year for the 4th year in a row. I see no need to even look somewhere else at this time and we had everything we needed. GO and ENJOY the beautiful emerald coast from your balcony and the beaches.

We had a wonderful staying in this beautiful home. We had a large group of family members staying, including a 2 yr old and there was adequate room for everyone. We've stayed here a number of times in past year. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Destin!

We appreciated beach attendents dipolmatic handling when patrons wanted to put umbrellas and tents in front of others. Our condo 630 at Jade East was just like being at home. You can sense the pride in ownership when staying here.

Our family rents a condo in Destin every year at the beginning of summer break from school. This was by far our favorite for the price. Other properties offer penthouse condos at much higher prices, but not necessarily better accomodations. This unit is very nice, in a good location and the walk to the beach is just out the back door.

The accomodations were great! ?We used the grill the hot tub and the game room. ?We enjoyed them all. ?When I got home I could not find a shoe. ?I called and the shoe was found and mailed to me. ?That was great service. ?Thanks. ?When I think of 5 star I think of in room food service and changed linens everyday.

This was my second stay at Jade East and I am sure it wont be my last. ?The luzury and convenience of being right on the gulf and the corner unit that we stayed in on the 11th floor view was breathtaking. ?We saw schools of dolphins and fish almost daily. ?The kitchen had every necessity we needed from cooking in the kitchen or barbecuing on the gas grills. ?We also took advantage of the clubhouse and played several rounds of bridge as we listened to the ocean lapping on the shore and sea gulls flying past. ?It was the ULTIMATE in relaxation everywhere from the pool to the hot tub and back to the condo. ?I cant wait to book my stay there again next year !!!

I absolutley LOVE this condo. My friends and I have been coming back year after year. Who cares if it only has 3 T.V.s.. Youre on vacation- AT THE BEACH!! From what I hear this condo is being totally refurnished. I am looking forward to seeing it. I would never go to another condo. Its home away from home. Oh- the view iis to die for!

My wife and I stayed here for our 6th anniversary and couldnt have enjoyed it more! The unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view of the beach and the Gulf horizon is stunning from the 16th floor especially the sunsets. I would without a doubt recommend this unit -- its well worth the price.

The decorating in the unit is great makes you feel like you are in the south sea islands. ?The kitchen and three bathrooms have been completely updated with marble counter tops new cabinets fixtures floorsetc. ?The views of the beach and gulf are spectular. ?What a treat to wake up in the morning and watch the dolphins swim by. ?We are planning on returning again for the 2008 winter season.

The new owners have obviously spent a ton of money since the last time I stayed in this unit. Ive seen lots of units at Jade East and several elsewhereand this is now one of the best Ive seen.

My family and I stayed in this condo over 4th of July week and were shocked that this condo only has 3 tvs. There is one in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms which means one of the bedrooms is without a tv. And the decore needs to be updated !! We expected ?a better decorated condo that the one we got. We will be back to Jade East Towers but not to this condo !!

Unit 940 needs new carpet new dining room chairs and new sofas - they were awfully dirty!!! ?For the amount of money that we paid it should have been very nice and well taken care of.

We loved this tacky beach retreat !! My daughter in law set us up with this condo when we came down to visit and see our new grandchild. We love the 50s style furnishings and love the view of the ocean. The property was clean and in great shape. We hope to be back in the future !!

We stayed in this unit (1030) April 8th-15th 2006 and found it to be exquisite. ?The unit was spotless beautifully decorated with accessories galore and extremely comfortable......felt like we were at home. The pictures on the web site were excatly the way the unit presented and even better in person. We stayed in 1110 over Thanksgiving - had a wonderful time. ?Nice kitchen and comfortable furniture obviously all new. ?The turkey roasting pan from the rental office was a nice touch. ?Friendly staff in the rental office although there was no posting of what hours someone would be there over the holiday weekend. ?The building management is doing some winter maintainance but it was not at all intrusive. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with matching baths. ?We could look out the window and see all the way to Sandestin.

Immaculate unit ! ?The owner obviously is quite finicky about cleanliness. Furniture and beds are quite comfybut a couple of silk plants need replacing. Great view Jade East is our favorite propertypartly also because of office on premises. Young lady in office also quite helpful.Well be backand we hope to stay in this unit again.

This condo is right on the beach on the 11th floor with windows looking out at the Gulf and also looking straight up the beach towards Sandestin - you can see for MILES! ?We watched the sun rise in the morning and enjoyed the cool shade on the balcony in the evening. ?Fresh decor fantastic master bedroom with a big king bed and a great bath with tropical theme. ?We love to cook and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need good quality cookware even an electric fry pan and a coffee pot with a timer - not one pot one spoon like we have found in some condos. ?Lots of extra blankets and pillows even hair dryers provided. ?Game cabinet was stocked with plenty of games video tapes CDs and beach books. The combo VCR/DVD players are nice so you can use both tapes and DVDs. ?Comfortable and not over-decorated; we liked the soothing colors. ?One of the other bedrooms has a king bed and the third bedroom is decorated in a lighthouse theme with denim comforters on two twin beds. ?It was perfect for the kids and they had their own bathroom and their own TV and video. ?The building has a wonderful fitness room that looks right out onto the beach which we really like. ??Well be back!
