The room was clean. It was in a good locatiion with easy access to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping centers. The gentlemen that checked us in was very friendly and informative. Overall we had a very good experience.

We stayed in this unit for 1 week in June 2010. The unit is nicely decorated, very well equipped & comfortable enough for our party of 4 adults & 4 older teens. The beds are large & comfortable, even the bunks. We ate in alot & the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals There were plenty of bath towels for everyone. The location is convient to most everything & the atmosphere is very relaxing. A few minor issues we experienced were 1: the dishwasher was non-functional upon our arrival, but one phone call and it was replaced, though not till the end of the week, 2: the master bedroom tv only picks a few channels so bring some dvd's if you like to watch tv in bed & 3: the morning sun on the balcony is very strong in the early morning which makes sipping your morning coffee a little sweaty. We would definately have no issue staying in this unit again. The staff at Newman Daily were great and I won't hesitate to contact them in the future.

We are return visitors to Destin. Our first trip to Destin we stayed on Holiday Isles, and every return visit we move further east from the heart of Destin. Miramar Beach is a great area, and Maravilla is a convenient location. Our stay at Maravilla was wonderful. The complex is across old 98 to the beach, and access to the beach is convenient. My only complaints about this unit was the amount of sand on the floors when we arrived. I know there is going to be a certain amount of sand, but it was excessive, like the floors had not been cleaned. The grounds of Maravilla are well maintained and the pools are good. Did not love the trek to the dumpsters for trash disposal. We loved our stay, and can't wait to come back again.

When my first born joined the Army, I discovered it was a lot harder to cut the cord than I thought it would be. He was to spend nine months at Eglin Air Force base for training and I thought that was unreasonably long for a mother to be expected to go in between visits. So we went to him. The first thing I was impressed with was your staff who went out of their way to serve us and shower us with kindness. Our condo was so beautiful and so comfortable, it was like home for the few days that we stayed there. In fact, we spent quite a bit of time there, as all we really wanted to do was to be together as a family. My son will be graduating from his training in September ... we'll be contacting you for a place to stay. Thank you so much for a memorable vacation. Troy, Laurie, Stephen and Julia Holmes

The property was great. The only downfall was the instructions for checking in after 5:00. Also, a map of the property would be great showing you which condos are which. It was a little confusing trying to figure out where the condo was. It was dark and you couldn't see the numbers on the buildings. I like the combination lock to get in and out of the condo. The kids could easily get in and out without having a key and possibly losing the key. Great location, close to almost everything! The only problems at the condo was the glass was taken out of the coffee table. That would have been nice to know. The dryer was also not the greatest. Took a long time to dry and had to restart it at least 2-3 times. 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, a bit small for taller children. My son ended sleeping on the couch which seemed to be longer. Other than that--we loved it there.

Overall the stay was terrific, considering the weather we have had this past winter in the North. We were just a little disappointed with the level of noise in our complex but did take in consideration it was spring break. Overall, everyone was very considerate and cordial. One issue happened outside of our complex, which was very ugly and it had nothing to do with our complex. The weather and beach area was fabulous. We were not disappointed, Destin weather pulled another great terrific sunny vacation. As a veteran Destin "vacationer", we would recommend and come back to the panhandle of Destin. My family is in-love with this beautiful area.

Reservation, housekeeping & amenities were all fantastic. The home was tastefully furnished. The location was perfect (open beach just across the road & Pompano Joe's within walking distance). We liked the geographical location the best and the simple fact that we had less than a full view (however, a great partial view) of the Gulf.

I have a family of five plus I brought my parents. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed room 1310. The area was peaceful, and the view was fabulous. The location was perfect, and the pools were clean. Great place for children. The beach was breath taking. It was hard to leave, but we found a new spot to vacation. We eat at Pompano Joe's, The Crab House, Fudpuckers, & Back Porch the food and atmosphere was great. just get there by 5pm... Enjoy it.

Well first of all my family and I arrived after hours and there was a assistant waiting to assist us he gave us all the information we needed and a bag of goodies for our stay. The home was a three bedroom condo it was really beautiful we all loved it. The location was nice right off the beach it was literally 10 seconds away,We enjoyed the hot tub,pool,basketball court, tennis court and gym right outside the door. The people were so friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didnt like about the condo the upstairs bedroom didnt have a door so you could hear everything that was going on downstairs but the best thing I loved was we were surrounded by restaraunts and shopping center so we had alot of places and events to choose from I can't wait to next year vacation with Newman Dailey is a must every year.

The Master Bedroom was a little warm. For some reason, even with the thermostat turned down, the Master Bedroom stayed warmer than the rest of the unit. Everything else was fine.

The condominium was very nice, it provided everythin we needed to enjoy our visit.Everything that i would need or have in my own kitchen was provided. The condos were just across the street from the beach, we had access to all of the emenities there. The place was smaller than i expected for the price and didn't have the plazma tv's and dvd players that i thought were going to be there. My overall experience was wonderful, we slept comfortably,pharmasist,department, and walmart was close. I absolutly loved the spot, and we're thinking of making this our annual summer vacation spot. This was my first time renting a condo and booking it online made it very easy. Newman Dailey get a Five Star rating from my family and I. Thanks

We absolutely loved staying here!! It was everything we wanted and more!! The kids had the bungalow to themselves which they just loved!! The beach was breath taking and you could see it from the patio. So..It was home away from home I didn't want to leave.So... much to do and see unfortunely Our vacation was short lived..My husband and I plan to return in the spring ,this time it will be our little getaway..WE WILL DEFINITLY USE NEWMAN -DAILY AGAIN!!

We arrived at the leasing office before our scheduled check in time. The man at the office was very helpful and informative. By the time we arrived at the condo I received a call that it was ready - about an hour early. The condo was wonderful, our kids loved it and we were right at the beach. The condo had a full kitchen, washer dryer, 2 bedrooms with televisions and one in the living room. The beds could have been a little more comfortable and the tv in the master bedroom didn't get great reception - but we were there to hit the beach not watch television!! The whole area was great. We would go back next year!

Everything went smoothly and was just as described. There is a continual sound of 'thunder' which is actually the sound of people walking on the walkways on other floors &/or sliding open the patio doors. The dishwasher was not attached to the cabinetry so the whole unit moved around and was difficult to use. Unit was superclean, plenty of room. We had everything we wanted and more! Location was AWESOME!! Just a minute from the beach which our kids loved!

The service that we received was great. They were really friendly people to go through for the room. The home was spectacular due to the view from the deck and the accomodations were nice. The amenities with the condo were great to have especially the pools while not at the beach. The club house and amenities with it were great as well.It was within a lot of walking distance to several areas we visited. The one thing that I liked the least was that we were told not to bring pets, but there were several pets there and the pets excess. Not bad though. It didn't spoil my vacation. I just thought that it was odd when I saw pets around the area when I was told not to bring them. I will especially book this accomodation again the next time I am in Destin.

The lady that helped with the reservation was very friendly. The view of the ocean was not what we thought it would be though...this was somewhat disappointing as we could only see down the street and catch a glimpse of clear sky, no ocean. More washclothes would have been nice as we only received 5 and there were 5 of us. Also, the elevator was directly outside this units door and was a little noisy. The swimming pools were a little small for this size of a property and the back one was very hot during our stay. Matt, the beach service guy was great...he was very friendly and a people person. The electricity went out for several hours on our last night with no working lights in the stairwells and no backup power. All in all the unit was a good value.

The condo had more than enough room for us, which includes my husband, myself, our 8 yr old daughter and my parents. The entire place was well kept inside and out. The ladies at the check in office were very helpful and kind. We had a good view of the ocean from our room. We really liked having a kitchen and washer/dryer. The only negative about the stay was the fact that the condo was not right on the beach and we had to cross a road to get to the beach. However, there was little traffic and it was not that far to go. All worth it!!!

The condo was excellent. The pool was great and heated very well. The benefits of the Track tickets, Mini Golf and movies were great perks. We did not nneed any service but my impression was that the Newman Dailey service is also excellent. We will rent from them again in Destin!!

With the condo there was not a problem, but where we ran into problems was with Newman Dailey service itself. We checked in late and they had the wrong key code, so we could not get into the condo. The phone available operator told us it would be over 45 min to get someone to fix the key code. Also, the personnel that I spoke with about the condo assured me that it was beach front and it is not - it's across the street from the beach and there is a small view of the ocean from the condo balcony. Again, the condo itself is nice, we were just disappointed to find that we were not on the beach.

This place was great! I traveled with a large group and everyone had a great time. The staff at Newman Daily was phenominal, and the accomidations were even better. The condo was neat, clean, convenient, and had a great view. It's a very nice spot for families, as there was NO noise or loud parties. We took kids from 2 years to 11 years and they all had a blast!

Our experience at Newman-Dailey was wonderful! It is beautiful inside of the room. The kitchen has everything and so you can enjoy cooking after swimming. We had rent another condo in gulf shore beach and this one is much better than that. When you open the window and have a look, the view just amazing! The location is very close to beach, crossing one road and you can touch the sand! Check in & out is easy and fast. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Destin, Florida!

We all loved this rental. It was like being home only better. NO WORK! The layout was so comfortable. We could all visit and be together in the same area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook with. Being a working family, it was a treat to have the time to cook for the family. The balcony gave a great view of the beach. The pool was nice. We were within walking distance of a great resturant. I would definately rent this unit again.

Beautifully decorated condo! ?Great value for the money. ?The unit has a classy beach decor throughout. ?We especially enjoyed having enough beds for our family to sleep in without having to deal with a pullout sofa-sleeper. ?There is a nice Gulf view from the balcony and only a very short walk to the condominium complexs private beach. ?Well be back!

What a great property!! The resort is centrally located with a short walk to the beach. ?The view from the balcony is breath taking! This spacific property is stocked with everything needed for a great stay. ?Would recomend to anyone!

We loved this unit the pictures dont do it justice. The location to the beach was great and the view off the balcony was better than alot of the other off beach rentals. ?The unit was nicely furnished with everthing you need for cooking.

I spent the week at 1401 Marravilla and everything was great. The gulf views fron the condo were spectacular. I was able to look up restaurants on the high speed internet which was real helpful.It was a perfect vacation.
