Well first of all my family and I arrived after hours and there was a assistant waiting to assist us he gave us all the information we needed and a bag of goodies for our stay. The home was a three bedroom condo it was really beautiful we all loved it. The location was nice right off the beach it was literally 10 seconds away,We enjoyed the hot tub,pool,basketball court, tennis court and gym right outside the door. The people were so friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didnt like about the condo the upstairs bedroom didnt have a door so you could hear everything that was going on downstairs but the best thing I loved was we were surrounded by restaraunts and shopping center so we had alot of places and events to choose from I can't wait to next year vacation with Newman Dailey is a must every year.

The Master Bedroom was a little warm. For some reason, even with the thermostat turned down, the Master Bedroom stayed warmer than the rest of the unit. Everything else was fine.

The condominium was very nice, it provided everythin we needed to enjoy our visit.Everything that i would need or have in my own kitchen was provided. The condos were just across the street from the beach, we had access to all of the emenities there. The place was smaller than i expected for the price and didn't have the plazma tv's and dvd players that i thought were going to be there. My overall experience was wonderful, we slept comfortably,pharmasist,department, and walmart was close. I absolutly loved the spot, and we're thinking of making this our annual summer vacation spot. This was my first time renting a condo and booking it online made it very easy. Newman Dailey get a Five Star rating from my family and I. Thanks

We absolutely loved staying here!! It was everything we wanted and more!! The kids had the bungalow to themselves which they just loved!! The beach was breath taking and you could see it from the patio. So..It was home away from home I didn't want to leave.So... much to do and see unfortunely Our vacation was short lived..My husband and I plan to return in the spring ,this time it will be our little getaway..WE WILL DEFINITLY USE NEWMAN -DAILY AGAIN!!

We arrived at the leasing office before our scheduled check in time. The man at the office was very helpful and informative. By the time we arrived at the condo I received a call that it was ready - about an hour early. The condo was wonderful, our kids loved it and we were right at the beach. The condo had a full kitchen, washer dryer, 2 bedrooms with televisions and one in the living room. The beds could have been a little more comfortable and the tv in the master bedroom didn't get great reception - but we were there to hit the beach not watch television!! The whole area was great. We would go back next year!

My family and I stayed at the Maravilla Condo Complex. We now refer to it as "hellavilla" why you might wonder, so please let me tell you. The first day of arrival we had high hopes, we we arrived at Maravilla we quickly became confused due to the fact that aparently there was some miscommunication because we arrived to what I like to call a retirement community, a bad one at that. When booking the trip we were under the impression that we could atleast see the beach, surprise we could not, we could only see the houses for rent that we did not stay in. I bet they had a decent view. As for the unit itself was ok however the matress/sheets in the pullout were filthy and many oreo cookies found there way under the couch from previous familys. The beds were subpar, prisoners probably have better matresses. As for the Souther Star dolphin cruise that was terrible and was a rip off. I am almost positive I will never use Newman-Dailey ever agine. Your company is very deceptive and crooked when it comes to priceing and discreptions of the properties and yes I checked arround a have a nice list of places I will be staying next time *on the beach* for less money than I wasted with you all. So I thank you Newman-Dailey for NOTHING this trip was very bad!!!!

Everything went smoothly and was just as described. There is a continual sound of 'thunder' which is actually the sound of people walking on the walkways on other floors &/or sliding open the patio doors. The dishwasher was not attached to the cabinetry so the whole unit moved around and was difficult to use. Unit was superclean, plenty of room. We had everything we wanted and more! Location was AWESOME!! Just a minute from the beach which our kids loved!

The service that we received was great. They were really friendly people to go through for the room. The home was spectacular due to the view from the deck and the accomodations were nice. The amenities with the condo were great to have especially the pools while not at the beach. The club house and amenities with it were great as well.It was within a lot of walking distance to several areas we visited. The one thing that I liked the least was that we were told not to bring pets, but there were several pets there and the pets excess. Not bad though. It didn't spoil my vacation. I just thought that it was odd when I saw pets around the area when I was told not to bring them. I will especially book this accomodation again the next time I am in Destin.

The lady that helped with the reservation was very friendly. The view of the ocean was not what we thought it would be though...this was somewhat disappointing as we could only see down the street and catch a glimpse of clear sky, no ocean. More washclothes would have been nice as we only received 5 and there were 5 of us. Also, the elevator was directly outside this units door and was a little noisy. The swimming pools were a little small for this size of a property and the back one was very hot during our stay. Matt, the beach service guy was great...he was very friendly and a people person. The electricity went out for several hours on our last night with no working lights in the stairwells and no backup power. All in all the unit was a good value.

The condo had more than enough room for us, which includes my husband, myself, our 8 yr old daughter and my parents. The entire place was well kept inside and out. The ladies at the check in office were very helpful and kind. We had a good view of the ocean from our room. We really liked having a kitchen and washer/dryer. The only negative about the stay was the fact that the condo was not right on the beach and we had to cross a road to get to the beach. However, there was little traffic and it was not that far to go. All worth it!!!

The condo was excellent. The pool was great and heated very well. The benefits of the Track tickets, Mini Golf and movies were great perks. We did not nneed any service but my impression was that the Newman Dailey service is also excellent. We will rent from them again in Destin!!

With the condo there was not a problem, but where we ran into problems was with Newman Dailey service itself. We checked in late and they had the wrong key code, so we could not get into the condo. The phone available operator told us it would be over 45 min to get someone to fix the key code. Also, the personnel that I spoke with about the condo assured me that it was beach front and it is not - it's across the street from the beach and there is a small view of the ocean from the condo balcony. Again, the condo itself is nice, we were just disappointed to find that we were not on the beach.

My daughter and I have a weekend for Mothers Day. Ii was wonderful staying where we could just walk across the street to the beach or just lay out by the pool.

This place was great! I traveled with a large group and everyone had a great time. The staff at Newman Daily was phenominal, and the accomidations were even better. The condo was neat, clean, convenient, and had a great view. It's a very nice spot for families, as there was NO noise or loud parties. We took kids from 2 years to 11 years and they all had a blast!

Our experience at Newman-Dailey was wonderful! It is beautiful inside of the room. The kitchen has everything and so you can enjoy cooking after swimming. We had rent another condo in gulf shore beach and this one is much better than that. When you open the window and have a look, the view just amazing! The location is very close to beach, crossing one road and you can touch the sand! Check in & out is easy and fast. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Destin, Florida!

We all loved this rental. It was like being home only better. NO WORK! The layout was so comfortable. We could all visit and be together in the same area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook with. Being a working family, it was a treat to have the time to cook for the family. The balcony gave a great view of the beach. The pool was nice. We were within walking distance of a great resturant. I would definately rent this unit again.

Beautifully decorated condo! ?Great value for the money. ?The unit has a classy beach decor throughout. ?We especially enjoyed having enough beds for our family to sleep in without having to deal with a pullout sofa-sleeper. ?There is a nice Gulf view from the balcony and only a very short walk to the condominium complexs private beach. ?Well be back!

What a great property!! The resort is centrally located with a short walk to the beach. ?The view from the balcony is breath taking! This spacific property is stocked with everything needed for a great stay. ?Would recomend to anyone!

We loved this unit the pictures dont do it justice. The location to the beach was great and the view off the balcony was better than alot of the other off beach rentals. ?The unit was nicely furnished with everthing you need for cooking.

I spent the week at 1401 Marravilla and everything was great. The gulf views fron the condo were spectacular. I was able to look up restaurants on the high speed internet which was real helpful.It was a perfect vacation.

Good Property for the $$ nice new couches and new carpet. ?Easy acess to the beach and a beautiful view of the ocean. ?Nice small complex for the family.
