We recently stayed at the Mediterranea and had a wonderful visit. The condo was very spacious and the decore' was absolutely beautiful. We were quite comfortable. This time of year the water was a bit cool, but we still enjoyed it! We always stay we Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. We enjoy the personal treatment as well as all the amenities and goodies we receive upon our arrival. Destin is our favorite beach destination in the states. Hope to be back soon! We love the Mediterranea. It's convenient and the units are very pretty. This was our 4th stay but the first time in this unit. I was somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of this unit, particularly the floors. Both the carpet and tile could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, our stay was great and we'll return sametime next year.

Our vacation in Destin was wonderful! This was our first time to stay at the Mediterranea and we absolutely loved the condo! It was by far the nicest and most convenient unit we've stayed in during the past 9 years that we have been coming. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable. I am hopeful that we will have a chance to stay again in the very same unit!

I think that you ahve picked the prettiest beach and sand to be near your Florida home. All of the rooms ar beatuful and elegantly coordinated. My wife Jane and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here. Thanks for having such a lovely place for us to enjoy.

We were married last year on Santa Rosa Beach - it was a picture perfect day, so we came back to Destin for our 1st anniversayr. As always, everything was amazing. The beach, the water, the weather and your condo were beautiful. We love it here and this time we brought a couple with us who had never experienced Destin. Now they see why we love it here. We come to Destin each year at the end of May. This was our first visit to Mediterranea, and we look forward to staying here again. The fabulous decor, wonderful cooking items, and beach proximity made our stay very enjoyable. We also really like Newman-Dailey and hope to continue to rent through them.

We have enjoyed our stay here. The view is great, the location, too. Wish the weather had cooperated a little more, but it was snowing at home so we could not complain. Enjoyed the walking path, the movie rentals, and discounted golf. Our friends stayed here last year and recommended this condo. We will do the same.

Our thanks to the owners for the use of their condo for the months of January and February. This was the fourth winter in your most comfortable condo which, if possible, we appreciated more than ever due to an extremely cold and brutal winter back in Ontario.

As always, the beaches, restaurants and shopping in Destin were great fun. We also take advantage of the Destin Library's services each year wich adds to our visit.

Our family returned to 504 yet again this year for our summer beach trip. My family all travelled in one car which was a little tight and a bit like the Grizwald's but it is always more fun and memorable that way! Am I right? Upon our first night's arrival we saw the most beautiful wedding out on the beach. What a perfect location. The weather was fabulous and water temp was like bath water. Just the way I ordered it! :)

The best place we've ever stayed at. The home was awesome! Great decor and very clean. The Mediterranea is a great place to stay. The landscaping is beautiful. The pool is a great place to relax and take in the scenery. We received great service and everyone was very helpful. We'll definitely be back next year!!!

It was really a nice place. Our boys (5 and 7) couldn't stop saying "AWESOME". Pool was big and nice, and easy access to the beach. The place was clean and can't complain about antyhing. We took "Little Nemo Fishing" adventure since we had free tickets, but we were very disappointed. Out of 3 hrs, they only let us fish for 10 minutes. I don't know if that's usual routine or just that day. It was more of boat riding experience than fishing experience. Other than that, we had a great time. We will come back definately. Thanks.

407C is in the perfect spot for a beach vacation with all the amenities one could ask for short of an all inclusive. Our only less than good comments are on the furniture comfort and the cleanliness. I had to wash the windows to have a spectacular view of the gulf. The money shot was through a fog until the windows were cleaned. We also had to clean the bathrooms. The living room furniture was uncomfortable and the king bed in the 3rd BR was very well used. New mattress in the Master was great. To counteract all this, though, were beach chairs and an umbrella, golf free every day, big Kahuna pass for one, free movies daily and the perfect view of the gulf and the pool.

First time we have used Newman-Daily, and first time to stay at Mediterranea even though we have visited Destin every summer for the last 29 years. Well laid out condo and condo complex. Perfect location, beautiful view. Beach service included is a must, and it was included . . very convenient. I want to also really commend the young man (Ryan, I think?) who works your front desk at check in and check out. He's headed back to Florida State soon, you better find a way to get him back next summer. Awesome customer service skills, he has a very bright future. I manage 2 customer service centers in Jackson and Atlanta, if I could staff them with personnel like this I would be doing very well.

The pictures on the site don't do 410D justice. Very clean, great taste in decorating, and overall a place we felt at home in while on vacation. A plus is they had free wireless. Huge for me since I'm in sales so I was able to keep work stress from building up while I was away for a week. Pool was great, beach was great, and we started to figure out how to make our way around Destin towards the end. It was our first trip to Destin and we will be back.

I was hugely suprised when I first say the property. My wife was ready to reserve the 512D unit for next year after being in the condo for 5 minutes. The Unit was great, the pool was awesome and the beach access was a snap. I was initially concerned about crossing the road for my 11yr old daughter but it was not a problem. I liked the fact that the property was gated and secure. I like the underground parking and reserved spot. The only small issue was the smaller bedroom bed squeaked and my daughter had trouble falling a sleep. That was remedied when she just started sleeping on the couch. The Views from the balcony were worth the 12 hour travel time.

We truly enjoyed our recent vacation at the Mediterranea room 512D. The rooms were nicely appointed. It was clean and spacious. The location was great and the view was fantastic. We have vacationed in Destin approximately 6 times and enjoyed this place the best. All in all I would rate it a 5 star and would definitely try to get this room again.

We had an amazing stay. The vacation home was beautiful and clean...a great value. The booking process was quick and without issue. The view from the balcony was amazing and the beach is only a few feet from the gate. The pool was very nice, especially in the morning when there weren't many people around. We lacked for nothing and the complimentary beach service was great. Convenient to shopping, food, and recreation. A wonderful vacation destination.

We rented 410D for a 7 days. Check in is at 3 pm, we arrived early, but ND called promptly at 3 and gave us our room key code. Our packet was missing the key to the gym, but ND supplied us a key promptly. Check-in took about 2 minutes, check-out took 5 seconds (just drop off the keys). The condo was very nice, comfortable beds, big master bath, and a nice main balcony view of the pool and ocean. The furniture was a bit cheap (expected), but the beads were comfortable and the appliances were like-new. Nice gym and pool. Easy access to the beach with reserved chairs and umbrella and Pompano Joe's yards away (lunch for 2 adults and 2 kids with 2 adult beverages = $80 with a nice tip). Getting to the beach early the first day and tipping the guys well will help reserve a good spot during your stay. I don't think tipping was expected, but it was genuinely appreciated (unlike in Mexico). We loved the room and the underground parking. The coded gates made us feel secure and the pool uncrowded. My only annoyance was the security guard enforcing a "no drink near the pool" rule. I can understand no glass, but come on. An oddity was a pool card. We had to sign a waver for $50 if we lost it, but we never once even needed it the card. Tips: 1-If you arrive and your room is ready, check for necessities before you go shopping. We left enough cleaning supplies, paper towels, TP, trash bags, beach toys, etcetera for at least another week. 2-Take lots of pictures of your kids (if you have them) while at the beach.

This was the 13th consecutive year my family has travelled from Houston to Destin for a summer vacation. It was the first time we stayed at a Newman-Dailey managed property, but it won't be the last. Your staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our unit was very nice and the proximity to the beach was outstanding. In addition, the Mediterranea beach was much less crowded then what we had become accustomed to at other properties. The amenities you provided were a pleasant surprise; particularly the complimentary beach umbrella and chairs and discounts at The Track. Our only minor complaint is that the unit did not have sufficient balcony seating to accommodate the seven of us.

Overall, the 3bdrm condo was nice; however the patio furniture needs replacing or clean thoroughly. The sofa in great room needs replacing also. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

We had a an awesome experience with the staff at Newman-Dailey! They were so helpful and really gave us excellent customer service! We fell in love with our condo! It decorated wonderfully, the beds were comfortable, and it really felt like home. There was plenty of room with five ladies getting ready together. The beach was beautiful and the unobstructed view was amazing! The short walk to the beach was great! We all agreed that are coming back next year and will be staying in 414E! My family and I had a great time at Mediterranea. This was the 3rd time in the complex and the first time in this unit. Great views, lot of interior seating, no problems encountered. Wish List for the unit includes enhance availability of cooking utensils and potholders, improved patio furniture, and more dresser space in 2nd bedroom..

We have been coming to to the Destin area for over 10 years. We like the Miramar beach area because it is not as congested as others. This is our first time staying at the Mediterranea. We were extremely pleased. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean.Once you get all the codes down,you can relax and enjoy the view from any of the 3 balconies. Again this was our first experience with Newman Daily. The information was clear and the people helpful and friendly. This was definitely the best year yet.

Really nice place. I would stay again. Only problems were the amount of gates everywhere to get to the beach, and couldn't get cable tv or stereo system to work. Everything else was wonderful.

We love the Mediterranea facility. It supplies us with a fantastic gulf view and plenty of privacy. The unit we were in provided us with a very comfortable stay when our family visited for some of the days. We would definitely go back, if we needed a three bedroom unit again.

Weather was horrible which allowed for us to stay inside the condo more than we wanted. The Condo is Beautiful, spacious and decorated nicely. Each bedroom has a balcony with perfect views of the gulf and sunsets. Unfortuneately there is no WI-FI, the TV's, VCR's, DVD players didn't work properly. The patio furniture had legs that were broken, there were cushions missing and were uncomfortable. If we didn't have to spend so much time in the condo we would have really enjoyed the place in the evenings. The location is very convienant and the access to the beach was easy. A little TLC and this place is a 10.

We have stayed at this property every summer since they have been open. You can't beat the unobstructed view, the grounds are beautiful, and if the beach is too rough, the pool is great! Newman-Dailey takes all of the worry out of our vacation planning!

Our family absolutely LOVED this vacation. The condo was beautiful, fully equipped, and so comfortable. The pool and beach were so accessible and easy to reach. We spent our days going back and forth between the two. We would take a break, have lunch, and then go back out for more. We went on the Dolphin Cruise and Deep Sea fishing. Destin was a great choice. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

We have stayed at this property for the past 3 summers and hope to stay next year as well. The pool is large and the grounds are very well kept. We have teenage boys and the property is spacious enough to handle them and their friends. I would recommend this property to all.

This is the second year our family has stayed at this resort. We love, love it! The view of the ocean from each of the three balconies is fabulous. Spacious floorplan with lots of room. Very nice pool and landscape. Quiet. Short walk across the road to the beach. Private gate. Would highly reccommend this is you are looking for a beautiful ocean view and short walk to the beach. I'm sure we will stay there again next summer!
