Maintenance Technician

Our Association Management Division is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician. This role requires experience and training in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work. A Certified Pool Operators License is also necessary. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Flexible availability for scheduling is a must. This is a full-time position with full benefits available. $500 sign on bonus.  Drug-screen is required. Community Association Manager

We are currently seeking a Community Association Portfolio Manager. The ideal candidate must possess at least 2 years of experience in CAM Management along the Gulf Coast of Florida. Responsibilities include assisting the Homeowners Association staff in preparing annual budgets, supervising projects, developing agendas for Association Management, suggesting property changes or improvements, and ensuring compliance with governing documents and legislation. Strong negotiation skills and a Florida Community Association Manager’s License are required.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, and flexible scheduling availability is necessary for this full-time position with full benefits. $500 sign on bonus.  Drug screening is mandatory.
