2014 Festival of the Arts is Next Weekend!

Sure there are art festivals in many cities around the country, but the setting for 19th Annual Festival of the Arts, which will be held in Destin, Florida on October 25-26, cannot be beat.
 
The festival will be held at the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation’s new Cultural Arts Village off Commons Drive near Henderson Beach State Park. With more than 100 artists featuring their talents in tents on the lush green and live music from the Dugas Pavilion, the Festival of the Arts enjoys an exceptional setting for artists and attendees.   
 
One of the Southeast’s premier festivals, the event showcases the original artwork of more than 100 juried artists from across the U.S., competing for $10,000 in cash prizes. In addition to live music, the festival features art activities for kids, an art raffle, Cuisine on the Green, a wine bar & beer garden as well as convenient parking.
