The perfect place for our family to stay. We stayed during spring break season, and it was just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to plenty of good places to eat and visit. We will be back!

We stay at Blue Lupine 3 times a year for school breaks and holidays. We have rented many units in Blue Lupine, and this is our favorite! The views are amazing, the property renovation is very nice compared to other units. We will be back!!

Perfect from beginning to end! The beds in all the bedrooms are super comfortable. The condo was spotless and well appointed. The beach and the 2 guys managing the chairs at the beach were so polite and helpful. We loved every second. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was great! Newman-Daily was super responsive via text to all inquiries. The location was awesome, 20 minutes in either direction you hit San Destin/Destin or Seaside which was awesome! Would definitely recommend.

The good: The condo itself was great with three bedrooms and baths. There is not a beach view from the condo but the patios are nice. Umbrella and chairs were easy to request. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were super comfy! Newman Dailey was very easy to work with.
The frustrating: We had three vehicles and had to go find a local business and pay to park for the time we were there. Meanwhile, the overflow parking lot was never even half full. There are two elevators in the complex and one was down the entire time. The morning we left, the second elevator was out so we had to load our cars by taking all of our items down a flight of stairs. There was no HOA number or contact to report this. The actual condominium seemed to be poorly managed.

I was hesitant staying here because there were no reviews but I'm glad we did. The condo was very clean and much larger than we expected and was stocked well. We rarely heard anyone else. Parking was super easy. The pool and beach were an easy 5 minute walk and it was so nice having chairs, a table, and umbrella available to reserve. One downside - if you want a front row spot you have to sign up at the beach early in the morning (around 6:30am).

Great location for a quieter vacation that still has plenty of options to stay busy. Great Ocean views to wake up to with wonderful balcony & seating to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. Bedrooms were great and comfortable, bathrooms great and well stocked with towels, Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and comfortable for our family of 5. Place definitely seemed very clean overall - just some ceiling peeling in spots and cobwebs in high corners. Loved the heated pool and hot tub for windier / cool days and the chair service that comes with seating for two and is included made going to the beach so easy! Great local restaurants - Blue Mabel, Mimmos and Shank Gulley Oyster Bar were our top visits. We also hear good things about RedFin Taco but didn't make it there. We stayed busy with bike riding and visiting Seaside for shopping and food trucks. One worrisome item was that there was no cellular service for our phones in the unit. Our party had Verizon and Sprint/TMobile and no one had service inside the unit. Had to go out on the balcony or into the atrium to make calls. We needed to stay in contact with work so this was a bit inconvenient. Overall Great stay and we would book again! Thank you!

Thank you for your review. During peak season we see an influx of guests and that does make our cell towers work overtime. Some buildings do have spottier service depending on the cell phone provider. We hope to host you again in the future.
We booked a last minute stay before Christmas to just get away and clear our heads before walking into the holiday season. Not only was the area desirable in crowd size since it’s an unpopular time, but all shops and restaurants were open and had little wait times. Our condo was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the view of the ocean was spectacular. Sunrises we’re breathtaking! We were very pleased overall on the communication between us and Newman daily. They responded quickly upon booking and assured us they would be in touch fast if a problem arose. We definitely will be staying again!
