We had a great time. Everything was in close proximity. The property was perfect for us. If you have older people with you, you may want to give them the bedroom on the main floor. The loft might be too many steps for them, but for us it was perfect.

Loved the condo., loved the view!!! All things we needed to cook and make drinks. 3rd bedroom no window very small, probably only for kids (we were 6 adults). All the codes to get into beach, pool were not listed at first, but newman was very responsive. Easy to walk to many places.

Very nice condo right on the beach! Plenty of room! Close to restaurants & shopping! The only downfall was the temp did not cooperate until the day we left for home! It was cold, but that didn’t stop the kiddos from playing in the sand & water! Would stay again!

Can get easily In and out of this location. Parking lot a little tough with longer suv. Great access to food and stores. Private beach is very nice even when busy.

We were impressed with the property. We have stayed at the same resort for over 17 years but different units. We needed a larger space as the family as grown and this fit our needs perfectly. We always stay at Crystal Villas and will continue to for many years to come.

Fantastic views and perfect condo for our 6 guest. Would not recommend for any party over 6. Newman daily was great and the maintenance man at the hotel was very quick in response to my request. Another condo guest decided to leave dead crabs under the dock on the way to the beach, creating an awful smell. I stopped him at the pool and asked him if he could take care of the dead crabs and he did immediately. Little things like that go a long way for a more pleasant stay. Wish I got his name.

Overall, I’m rating the stay 5 stars. Our condo had plenty of room and amenities. If I had say something negative, parking was a little tight. That’s pretty much it. Really enjoyed the stay and will look to book again in the future.

We spent a week at Crystal Villas, and we can't wait to go back! This unit is great, completely updated with plenty of room. Our kids, ages 14,10, and 7, loved having their own space upstairs. The beach was not crowded, and it was so nice to be just steps from the beach. We will definitely stay here again over any high-rise condo!

Our family stayed in this very nice condo for a week. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable too! It is right on the beach so the view from the balcony is breathtaking! We like that it is a private beach so it doesn't get too crowded. We liked having the beach service included with the condo and bought a couple extra chairs and an umbrella for the week from the beach attendant. We went to Camille's twice for dinner. It is within walking distance and the food is very good! We plan to return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us for the week!

The condo was great. It was very well stocked with everything you might need. The pool was what you would expect, it was not spectacular, but was clean and was great for the kids when it was raining with it being indoors. The condo was the perfect location and was only steps away from the beach. It was also less than a 5 minute drive to a grocery store and a beach activity supply store. The convenience to the beach was the best part. The beach was also blocked off for a private beach so it was not crowded at all. It was also great having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella already set up when you were ready to go down to the beach. The condo was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone was great to work with and went over and above to get our reservation made on late notice. We would definitely rent this condo again, it was one of the best vacations we have ever had!

The view was amazing and the amenities were clean and well appointed. I incorrectly interpreted "3rd floor walkup" to mean that floors 1 and 2 were downstairs and we would walk right up to the unit. 3rd floor walkup means this unit has 3 flights of stairs to get there. There are really 2 bedrooms and an open loft that has a bed in it. The open loft has no privacy and any downstairs noise echos upstairs. We loved everything but the 3 flights of stairs, the tiny, warm second bedroom and no privacy of a true third bedroom. I would stay there again, but wouldn't use the loft bedroom for adults.

This condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The bed in master was so very comfortable you sink right into it. The private upstairs loft has a bedroom and another room with two twin beds. Very enjoyable stay at Destin with the beach right there. Good access to restaurants, grocery, shopping and everything you need. I would highly recommend this condo.

We just spent a wonderful two months in this condo and are already looking forward to next year. The condo is very spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The newly renovated kitchen is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The king size bed in the master is extremely comfortable. The view could not be better and we thoroughly enjoyed the new balcony set. We loved watching dolphins and spectacular sunsets. The beach, if course, is amazing! Charlie is a caring owner and wonderful to work with. The selection of restaurants is endless and shopping is very convenient. We would definitely recommend this condo.

We returned just last night, and we had a great week! We lucked up on perfect weather! Your kitchen was the most well stocked of anywhere we have stayed before! And the beds were very cozy! The kids occupied the top floor and enjoyed having their own space! The lofted living area made the space seem much more open! And what a bonus having the umbrella and chairs included... Jason was great! And just minutes away from so many popular restaurants! (A very short walk to Camille's... Now one of my faves!) All communication has been very thorough and extremely timely! We look forward to renting in the future!

This was our second year staying in this condo during the month of February. You will find that this condo is clean, cozy, and convenient. The owner makes sure the condo is clean and well supplied with all your living needs. The owner and management company were very helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. If we had anything that needed attention, they made sure they were taken care of right away. The condo does not have the feel of a typical rental unit or cheap motel room. From the sofa and swivel chairs to the bed sheets and pillowcases, everything has a new, comfortable, cozy feel to it. The two loft bedrooms were perfect for the weeks when our family with kids stayed with us. The two grandboys loved having their own hideaway bedroom and one year we used the large loft closet as a 4th bedroom for our young granddaughter. We really like the size of the front loft bedroom with new carpeting, so we slept up there our 2nd year here. We prefer sleeping on the Gulf with the sliding door slightly cracked open so we can hear the sound of the waves. It was very convenient to the beach, the heated pool, the parking lot, and centrally located in the heart of Destin. Being the condo is located on Scenic Hwy 98, you do not have the business of the crazy, main thoroughfare Hwy 98, yet it’s only a few blocks to get onto. Having Scenic Hwy 98 out your back door made for great walking or biking sidewalks for miles without traffic concerns. Our favorite place to walk was to Happy Hour at ‘790 on the Gulf’. This is one of the nicest condos we have rented and would definitely rent again. Thanks so much for making our winter get-away so enjoyable.
