The easy walk to the beach, complimentary chair & umbrella service, variety of pools and peaceful environment was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is our second time at Hidden Dunes and first time at Villa 36. We loved our stay due to the beautiful surroundings, spacious and beautiful home and closeness to the beach and pool. We have zero complaints. One of our people mentioned that the flowers from the Crepe Myrtle tree by the patio, get stuck on the screens and should be blown out. Other than that everything was perfect!! We’ll return for sure ??

I don't generally leave reviews - but this was our first stay with Newman-Dailey and we were so impressed with everything, I felt the need to share!
Hidden Dunes property was immaculate - the facilities, the pools and the beach were well taken care of and clean. Everyone from the security guard at check-in to the guys at the beach setting up the umbrella/chairs daily were so friendly and helpful. Villa 36 was beautiful and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The porch was our favorite spot and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. We did run into a very small issue in one of the bathrooms and property management had someone on-site same day to fix. The text communication was fantastic- even checking in when we arrived just to see if everything was going well.
In a time where service can be below average- we were pleasantly surprised. I just can't say enough about our stay. We will be back!
One tip to future visitors - you will need to bring/buy (detergent, hand soap, pool towels, paper towels, trash bags, salt & pepper, cooking oil) All the things!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying here. The place was beautiful and peaceful. I loved the security entrance with my family there. Nice walk to the beach and the porch was a great place to enjoy morning coffee. We will definitely stay here again!

My family has only been vacationing at Hidden Dunes for a short period of time, but it is always our 1st choice as a vacation destination.
We have celebrated so many fantastic milestones there, our son's college graduation, our 25th anniversary, and then our son proposed to the love of his life on the beach.
We love how quiet & laid back it is there.We would recommend this jewel to everyone but we don't want it to get too busy...lol.
You can guarantee we will be back at our favorite beach soon!!

It was our first time to sleep in the middle bedroom. If the mattress was replaced it would make for a much better rest in there at night. It was not unusable though.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Beautifully landscaped and well kept. People that I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. Loved the lake outback and easy access to beach. Wish the lending library was a little eating place. Would be a convenient and nice touch. Also wish that each bed had a blanket so that the bedspread did not have to be used. Thanks!

As always the Decatur girls loved every minute of being in this wonderful place. Weather was great and the beach absolutely beautiful. Pool is ever so convenient, so much good seafood!

We had a great time! The villa, beach, and view were beautiful! We will recommend this place to others & will come back! Hanging out on the beach, parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding & going out to eat were a few things we did while down here!

Our stay at Villas 36 was Great! The unit is cozy & comfortable with all the comforts of home & then some! Villas 36 looks out onto the lake, very relaxing and beautiful day or night with a large screened porch to enjoy every minute! Very convenient to Villas Pool & a short walk to the Beach! We will be back!
