Lovely, beautiful condo with an amazing view! Location was perfect. Enjoyed walking the beach each morning, literally steps from the back door. Recommend walking down the beach for dinner at The Back Porch. Must have breakfast right down the street at Crackings. Loved my stay, will be back!

The place was nice and clean. Right next to the beach. Great location for everything. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. Definitely recommended if you want to take your family here and enjoy a “chill and peaceful” side of Destin.

Beautiful condo with a perfect layout for a family! Unbelievable view of the ocean. Private beach with an umbrella and chairs perfectly placed on the beach each day. Close to all kinds of entertainment and food. Responsive rental and condo staff. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Best rental company we’ve used and will use again and again!

We enjoyed our stay once again in this very nice condo. There are two issues that come to mind however. The sink in the front bathroom does not drain well and has remained this way since our first trip. Also, the kitchen toaster does not work which was disappointing.
Other than these two problems, the condo was perfect and one of the best we've stayed in at Jade East Towers.

I just wanted to say a group of us just recently stayed in a condo at your location #1540 and it was so beautiful. Not only was the condo beautiful and spacious the whole place was so relaxing and comfortable. All the rooms we so beautifully decorated and such an open feeling where you could just lay back and relax. Then when you go out on the deck, wow it was breath taking view and the beach was so clean and the complex so inviting and taken care of. I know we’ll be back to enjoy it even more next time.

I stayed in one of your condos the past few days. I was in Condo #1540. What a beautiful and well kept condominium! Everything was in working order and it was very neat and tidy. The view was fabulous! I will definitely recommend your facility to anyone who is looking to stay in Destin!

This rental was amazing. From the condo floorplan and the cleanliness to the views and location. The beach was beautiful and clean. The checking in and out were very smooth and simple. Would have to have better understood that you still have to check in with the beach chair service people as soon as you get there. We were told that we had chairs and an umbrella reserved, but you have to request for it to be placed in the loop when you arrive. Other than that, it was amazing! Our whole family absolutley loved the condo and enjoyed our vacation very much!

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The layout was perfect for our family. Views from balcony were spectacular. The only small issue was the great room seating/size of couch. It was too small for the number of guests we had staying. Would be great to have a sectional or two couches. Other than that small issue, we would stay again! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

This vacation home was roomy and beautifully decorated. The only thing I was disappointed about was the flooring was dirty when we arrived and was noticed due to our 9 month old crawling on the floor and his clothes were dirty from his army crawling on the floor. As the week went on the flooring became uncomfortable with no broom to sweep away sand under feet. Also think the sofa and recliners could use a steam cleaning as you could see the dirt on the light colors. This however was a housekeeping problem, the condo was lovely and the beach beautiful.

This was our 2nd year to stay in this unit. We absolutely love this unit for its space, view from the unit balcony, location of this property, furnishings, etc. The staff at Newman-Dailey are the BEST. The weather was great, the beach was great. Mike at Barefoot Beach Service is great. It is amazing to watch him in the morning do the chair/umbrella setups. He always has a smile with a, "how you doing?" and always asks if you need anything else. Sure, we could choose to go somewhere different next year, but why? We have received 5 star treatment at Jade East Towers and Barefoot Beach Service. We are already booked for next year. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making our vacation time GREAT.

I've stayed in 1540 a total of three times and I 've enjoyed each time. This place is always nice and clean and the property manager is very accommodating. It really feels like my home away from home. Can't wait till next year!!

This was my first trip to Destin, and I was not disappointed. This condo is immaculate! The decor is beautiful and furnishings are comfortable too. The views from the windows and balcony are second to none. Beach service was also great! Big shout out to Mike for his assistance throughout the week. If you're looking for a true getaway experience with no "hiccups," Newman-Dailey is the agency to go with! Clear communication from booking to stay with lots of extras. We'll be back!!

Our stay in Jade East 1540 was amazing. The condo was beautifully decorated with a spacious kitchen, great walk in shower, and a view from the living room and master bedroom that you just could not beat! We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub that Jade East provides. We loved our staycation and had the most relaxing stay soaking up the beautiful view and enjoying everything our condo had to offer. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

1540 was absolutely beautiful! We had a great time and great weather. It was nice sitting on the balcony in the mornings for breakfast. Wish the pool would have been heated. We were told once we got there that it isn't heated until Nov 1 so we didn't get in cause it was chilly. The ocean was warmer than the pool. Check in was a bit confusing but everyone we spoke to on the phone was very helpful and nice! We had everything we needed in the condo and will definitely be back!!

This property came exactly as advertised! Clean, well decorated. The huge windows and view were spectacular. We never felt on top of each other: 3 couples and 3 children. We shared the double bed room with our two children. The pocket door was a nice feature for privacy, closing off our bath and bedroom from the rest of the condo for afternoon napping. Master was spacious! Plenty of bath towels provided. Lots of carts available for bringing our luggage and groceries up. We used the grills 2 nights and they were clean and guests were friendly. Beach chair service was convenient and the attendant very helpful when we wanted to move away from a large partying group. Kitchen well-equipped. Bring your own sharp knife if you like to cook like us.

Our family will never forget our luxurious Christmas at 1540 Jade East Towers! This condo was so gorgeous that even the beautiful Gulf and pool couldn't lure me out, but everyone else enjoyed walking on the sandy beach and all the facility amenities including beach chairs and hot tub. Beautifully decorated in soft shades of turquoise like the water and subtle beach décor, it is just Stunning! All the conveniences of home were here but with the addition of absolutely breathtaking views of the Gulf even from the master bedroom. You might not ever get out of the swivel bedroom chair where you can watch both sunrise and sunset. Very spacious floor plan with room offered privacy for our three family groups including 90year old mom. Everyone had their own bathroom, TV and view. Plenty of soft, large towels, blankets and pillows. Extremely comfortable furniture throughout, especially beds. Loved the comfy swivel recliners in living room that allowed me to never get up whether watching big screen football or the sunset. Balcony furniture provided perfect place for wine with a spectacular Gulf view. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook for large family, even grilled downstairs. Newman-Dailey provides the best service in the Destin area from friendly efficient check in to incredible housekeeping. It was immaculate. This is all you could ever want in a spectacular vacation and more! Will definitely be back.
