Condo was great! View was amazing, condo was very clean and well maintained. Loved having the option of a Keurig and a regular coffeemaker (it’s the little things!), the master bedroom bed had an adjustable base which was awesome! Floor to ceiling windows in the main areas provided views from everywhere! The kids loved the binoculars too! Condo is in a perfect central location. We walked to Big Kahunas water park and to Alvin’s island and the Dunkin’ Donuts! Would book this condo again!!!!

This condo when you walk in was like pure Heaven on earth. The view was just simply breathtaking when you walk in. The customers services were amazing and caring like family. The decor made me feel like home warm and cozy. We really enjoyed this condo and eating The Donut Hole breakfast and donuts on the balcony.

I can't even begin to explain how gorgeous this rental & location is! You have to see it to believe it!! The check-in & check-out process was a breeze! Loved the code for the door instead of cards we often lose! The condo is beautifully decorated & well maintained! It seemed recently updated & they chose the perfect flooring, appliances, cabinetry, & furniture! The rooms & unit as a whole is very spacious! Definitely room for a large family! Oh the view!! The view from the living room, master bedroom, & balcony is absolutely breathtaking! Amazing views of the beautiful water & sand from the 17th floor! Easy & fast access to the pool & beach! It's literally right outside of the back door of the building! Also, can't forget the reserved front row parking spot for the unit! It was awesome to not have to worry about finding a parking spot or having to park very far from the building & carry your items! It was our first time in Destin & we will definitely be returning!! P.S. we travel very often & this was by far the best unit so far!

Condo could not be more beautiful. Very modern, lovely decor. Amazinggggggg views. Newman-Dailey staff are excellent, super responsive. Only issue, as another guest stated, they have GOT to change the sloping mattress in the master bedroom. Just not ok to sleep on when you’re spending this kind of money for a getaway. Otherwise, A+.

Our Condo was beautiful and very well equipped. The views from the 17th floor were awesome. Loved the quick access to the pool and beach. Great restaurants in Destin to choose from. Hope to return some day!

Condo had great views and everything we needed. I would give the condo 5 stars . The property needs sprucing up. Time to update elevator need air conditioning, etc,etc. Staff was great 5 stars best management company that I have used would want to book thru them again. Overall exceptional rental.

Love the floor to ceiling views of the gulf.
The condo has new flooring, carpet and furniture.
We enjoyed the beach, and the local attractions.

This past winter's stay in unit 1740 was the 5th year. We must say the new owners did a great job updating it. With all the new furniture and flooring, made our visit a lot more comfortable and pleasant. All of our Snow Bird friends said that 1740 was the best rented unit in the building. We can't wait to see what other up grades the owners will done next.
We've made our deposit and will be back next winter.

We loved staying at this Condo.The views are breath taking! The pictures are different than what is posted. The Master bedroom has new furniture and is beautiful.The condo was very clean and can hold a large family. With having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths we found it was like living at home. Can't wait to go back.

My family has vacationed in Destin for several years and have stayed at Jade East for the past four. This was the first time we stayed in unit 1740. The views were fantastic and the unit was very nice.

This is our 6th summer to stay at Jade East. We have come to Destin every year for the past 18 years, and once we tried Jade East we were hooked, and we absolutely love it! My family will not stay anywhere else when visiting Destin. Jessica has taken excellent care of us every single time during the planning stages of our trip and throughout our stay and all I have to do is pick up the phone and call her if I need anything at all. She is precious!

I've stayed at Jade East for several years and like it. This unit was only fair.
Pros: the condo has great views from 17th floor master bedroom and great room.
Cons: seems quite worn from wear, e.g. cabinets, mattresses, curtains are stained, etc. Also, this is the most spartan in terms of few pots and pans especially, e.g. teapot had no top.

Thank you for your review and I apologize that the unit wasn't adequately stocked in the kitchen. That is something we require, so we have restocked the kitchen with some new pots and pans.
We have also forwarded the information to the homeowner about the mattresses. The kitchen cabinets are only a few years old, and once thoroughly polished they look great!

Three of us had a 'girls week' in Destin, Florida. It was our first time to go there, and we spent hours pouring through possible rental properties, before choosing 1740 Jade East Towers.
We selected this property based on the photos and the Trip advisor reviews. The photos, while breathtaking, paled in comparison to the actual view from the 17th floor. Stunning! Absolutely stunning!
Each of the three bedrooms had its own bath, which we truly appreciated. (One of the baths could be open to the rest of the condo if the pocket door were left open, but it was delightful to realize it could be turned into a suite by closing the door.)
From the warm welcome on arrival, through the close reserved parking space, to the clean, well-appointed condo, we could not have been happier with our rental unit. The elevators worked well, there were luggage carts at our disposal for moving in and out, the beach was a direct access via boardwalk from the Towers, & the towels and linens looked new and fresh.
The property comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella set up each morning by the staff, as well as a small exercise room on the beach level. We saw others cooking out on the grills provided by Jade Towers, which I'm sure was delightful. However, we were far more interested in trying out the local restaurants, which were plentiful. We found culinary delights up and down the coast. Yummm.
We would go back to this unit in a heartbeat! The owners have decorated it with taste and care, the carpeting seems new, and it's comfortably cozy, with plenty of chairs, lounges, and a comfy couch to curl up on in the evenings.
Coffee or wine (or just sitting) on the balcony is a delight, with the Gulf coast spreading out below like a white-ribboned, aqua and deep crystal blue jewel. Utterly breath-taking, and thoroughly delightful!
We all highly recommend this property! Our only complaint was that it's sooo hard to leave...

Great vacation as always. We stay in a different condo every year, but always work with Newman-Dailey because we know we will always get top notch service. This year wasn’t any different. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Check in was a cinch and check out even easier. The condo was in great shape and clean. We can’t wait to be back.

Super vacation-didn’t want to go home! This place was great! We had tons of space in the condo. The kitchen was a chef’s dream with everything you can imagine to prepare a meal with. The view of the beach was amazing. All in all, everything was great and more than what we expected.

We’ve stayed at this property a couple of other times, but with different rental companies. I was skeptical to come back, but read so many good reviews about Newman-Dailey and their properties, that I had to check it out. Much to my surprise I was not disappointed. Everything was well maintained, the condo didn’t lack anything. I will definitely return and use Newman-Dailey again!

Stayed here 5 nights in July 2012 with small kids and had an enjoyable time. This room, condo, amenities, beach, and location are all as you would expect from the description and photos. My only suggestion to management is to upgrade the sofas, linens, towels and carpeting. They looked worn out. Overall, very good. Easy beach access, fun pool.

They say Disney World is where dreams come true and memories are made, but Destin and Jade East for sure give Disney a run for their money! I’d much rather be at the beach than standing in some crowded lines. We had a great time and it was super relaxing. No long lines, no crowds, we had our own spacious condo to spread out and the kitchen was even fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal. Yes, we definitely made some great memories and our dreams came true this year!!

You can not go wrong with Jade East and Unit 1740. The location is great and the unit was everything the pictures portrayed. We loved the view from the 17th floor and the beach service was awesome, thanks to Mike! :) The unit was clean and had updated furnishings. No complaints here. The next time we go to Destin, we will stay at Jade East and request unit 1740.

The check in staff was very cheerful and attentive to a request / concern that we had. The unit was roomy and beautifully furnished and decorated. It was nice having a patio / deck with enough space to eat breakfast outside and watch the marinelife. Had a great time grilling dinner on the BBQ grills downstairs.

As a local, we don't have the opportunity to get away to our exquisit beaches as our tourists get to do everyday. We can hardly even see our beautiful beaches anymore. The unit we stayed in at Jade East was just beautiful, very comfortable, homey, modernly updated. And the view...Oh my goodness!! Breathtaking! And Newman-Dailey was awesome, your staff was oh so helpful. I would like to thank them for being so community minded to donate these stays to local charities for auctions and such. It was their generosity that allowed me the opportunity to be able to afford this wonderful gift... A VACATION at home away from home! Which I also got to share with my brother and his family from Atlanta. We had some much needed great quality time together. Thank you so much this is priceless opportunity.

We had a GREAT time during our stay in Destin. We totally enjoyed the beach and the service. However, there were a few issues with unit 1740. There was mildew in the shower (on the tiles and shower head). The shower caddy was rusty. The vertical blinds in the living room and master bedroom were missing slats (which were mysteriously hanging in the closet). However, we really enjoy vacationing in Destin and will definitely rent again at the Jade East Towers.

What a wonderful vacation and great memories at Jade East in Destin, FL. My family and I rented two condo at JE for a week and we loved it!! We had 9 teenagers with us and they had a blast. We can't wait to go back!!

We've stayed at Jade East before, but this property was outstanding and very recently updated. The layout was perfect for our family and the unit had everything we needed. We ate almost every meal out on the balcony so that we could take in the beautiful view and the sound of the waves. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and other marine animals from our balcony everytime we were out! Jade East is quiet and upscale, secure and private, yet convenient. Perfect for our family. The beach was fabulous, too! Never overcrowded!

Our family loves Jade East, and we've stayed in several different condos within the Jade East complex over the past few years.The location is perfect...right in the heart of Destin, close to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment...especially for our young adult daughters! We have rented this particular condo. two or three different times because we love the incredible view, the quiet of the condo., and the fact that we can spread out with lots of room. I would highly recommend Jade East to anyone vacationing in Destin...it's the perfect retreat!!!!!
