My family and I absolutely loved this condo. It is tastefully updated and decorated. It’s in an awesome location, beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We will definitely plan on staying here again.

The condo was clean and perfect for our beach trip. My husband and I visited Miramar Beach, along with my mother and aunt ( both 80+ years old). We enjoyed the condo layout and balconies. The pool and beach proximity was great.

I came to Destin to meet with another family and take my son and God son on a vacay in the middle of a busy sports season. This location and condo was perfect for us! We enjoyed the beach although the surf and the rain was less cooperative the first couple days. The pool and other amenities were better then even pictured. We will be back again!

Absolutely loved our stay and place ?? The Mediterranea is one of the best places in Destin. Great location, private beach access, and probably one of the best pools and landscaping you'll see in the surrounding location. Pompano Joe's is diagonal from your place which makes for an easy choice for lunch/dinner. Highly recommend.

Our stay @ the Mediterranea unit 304B couldn't have been more pleasant. The view was perfect and the decor was very nice. The kids had a blast and were not ready to leave. We would definitely like to go back.

Great location, perfect for our family (2 kids 9 & 6), plenty of outside space for them to play safely, pool and beach steps away. Condo was clean, modern and beautifully furnished. Downside - Only 2 minor points: 1. Although a small packet with dishwasher soap / detergent is provided, there is nothing else there, salt / pepper, coffee filters etc. not a huge deal but with knowing. 2. Not the owners fault, but the walls / floors are not thickest so there is some noise from the neighbors above & adjacent (more than other condos we’ve stayed at). All that being said, we’d 100% recommended and would go back in a heartbeat

Great, clean place to stay with a kitchen that has everything needed to cook with if you want too. Beds are comfortable and the beach themed design is beautiful! Close proximity to everything! Footsteps from the beach! We loved this place and will stay in 304B again!

All good except,
Dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes.
Microwave had fallen off the wall prior to us getting there.
Guest bedroom bath tub doesn't drain very well and the shower head in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. The face of it kept coming off. Thanks!

great location just steps to the beach and the property has a section of private beach that is literally right across the street. Very nice pool and amenities. One restaurant/bar right across the street so you don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Property was very clean and kitchen well stocked.

We have stayed at the Mediterranea in the past and will continue to do so, it is definitely a 5 star! This particular condo is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We love the pool area, so beautiful and relaxing and the beach access. It's everything one could ask for when vacationing.

Enjoyed our stay at 304B. Mediterranea is a great complex and the unit was clean and equipped with all the necessities. My family and I enjoyed our time and would rent this unit again. Also, the washer tub went out during our stay, but Newman-Dailey and the owner were prompt at getting a new one purchased and installed. Thank you and indicative of the great service from Newman-Daily.

What a wonderful location! This was our 4th time in Destin, My Husband & I along with our 4 kids (15,11,10,8) Mediterranea was fabulous, the pool , the condo , the beach! The condo itself was clean, really nice decor & kitchen was super stocked with any cooking pan , Tupperware & untenlis you would need . We were sad to leave but will most definitely be back!

Second year I have stayed in this unit - LOVE IT! Has all the amenities you would want. VERY clean. The grounds are beautiful.

The room we stayed in was very nice and furnished well. The mattress in the guest bedroom caused two people to roll to the middle, so I think it might need to be replaced. The condo was very clean with the exception of layers of dust on top of the ceiling fans. I would also recommend that the floors get wet mopped each week. The ceiling fan in the guest bedroom isn’t wired up to the wall switch where you have the option to just have the fan on without the light on.
The pool was very warm even hotter than bath water. We have stayed at Mediterranea for years and do not remember the pool being so warm and uncomfortable to enjoy.
Other than these suggestions, we had a great stay as usual. Mediterranea is a terrific place and the condo we had was very nice.

Love, love, loved condo #304, so very clean very tastefully decorated. The view was wonderful, I couldn't say anything bad everything was perfect, and working with Newman Dailey was awesome, check in was quick and very informative. We especially took advantage of all the freebies offered. Saved us some money and that was cool. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Mediterranea Unit 304B is no doubt one of the best units we have ever stayed in! It was so nice, comfortable, clean and the kitchen is so well equipped with anything you would ever need!!! Our only disappointment was our time went by way too fast but vacations always do! Loved everything about this unit and as always we had an awesome experience with the Newman-Dailey staff! Can't wait until our next vacation!

Mediterranean 304B was Great! Enjoy everthing about our stay there. The decor and furnishings was well prepared. The convenience of getting in the room and moving around the property and beach access was easy.Would Surely recommend this unit and hopefully to book it again in the future. This was our first trip to Destin and we had a wonderful time. We stayed at Mediteranea and just loved it. The condo was very nice and clean and had everything we could ever need for the week. Plus it was so close to the beach! The pool area is very nice and it is super convenient to all the cool restaurants and stores. I hope we can stay here again next year!

We just got back from our vacation in Destin. We stayed in the Mediterranea of
Destin Room 304B.
We just wanted to take a minute to thank you for everything. You were so
accommodating to us at
check in. You allowed us to go ahead and use the pool until our room was ready.
We were so impressed.
Then once we got to the condo, we were blown away. It was gorgeous. It was home
away from home.
