The accomodations were precisely as needed for our family. We have two married daughters and one grandchild. We were able to be together and to have individual time as well. The accomodations were very comfortable and made for an experience we would like to repeat next year!

We were very surprised when we arrived and saw what accomodations we had. Very spacious, well-kept clean condo. The patio on the back of the unit was where we spent alot of time. The master bedroom was very large and the closet served as an extra bedroom for the baby. Perfect for a crib! The kitchen was well stocked with most items. More towels and wash clothes would be nice. Beautiful ocean view just a short walk from the beach and even shorter to the pool. Nice hot tub and pool area. One of the best things was being in Santa Rosa beach, much less crowded than Destin. A few minor complaints though...door going to the patio from the master bedroom would not open and the tubs in the bathrooms other than the master were not draining well. We have already scheduled a return trip next summer for the same unit. Thanks for making our vacation memorable.

We have stayed at the San Remo #101 for five years now. We just love it. But this year, the upkeep and enjoyment of the place just wasn't there. There was horrible black mold all over one wall in the master bedroom behind the curtains. We saw this starting last year and it obviously hasn't been taken care of. It made us uncomfortable being in the room with it. Also, there is some "agreement" with the condos next door that they can use the pool. The people came over and would 'save' ten chairs and then not use them all day. And large groups of people would come over and just take over the hot tub. So here we were actaully staying at the San Remo and couldn't fully enjoy the pool. We talked to some people who say they use to rent at the San Remo, but now rent next door since it is cheaper and they still get to use the pool. So this "agreement" actully really hurts the San Remo business. We alwasy thought we would come again and again to the same place, but after this year we are looking at other places to rent in Santa Rosa Beach.

It was so nice to hear that this guest has been happy at San Remo for the past 5 years and we appreciate the wonderful comments. We are so very sorry about the mold issue. I have learned there was a problem with the windows at San Remo that caused them to leak. The builder has corrected this issue. However, because of this review we have discovered the inside frame of the bedroom window has not been replaced. That is being taken care of now. As for sharing the pool with the property next door, we have not heard that it was a problem before but will contact the homeowner's association to make them aware of the issue. We have contacted this guest directly and hope they will continue their patronage with Newman-Dailey. Thank you, Karen Poe,

This is a beautiful property with great amenteties on a quiet beach. Our condo was clean, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen...which is important to us as we like to cook and eat in. Our children and grandsons enjoyed the beautiful pool. We have a very active two year old grandson and appreciated how safely everything was set up so he couldn't get into the pool or beach area without us. We were on the ground floor and also appreciated not having stairs. We would highly reccomend this property and would rent it again.

We stayed in this condo the summer of 2005 and I would highly recommend it. ?It was perfect for two families. ?Perfect for the kids. ?The decor and quality of the condo was the best we have ever stayed!

Stayed June 2006- best decor and accomodations Ive ever had in a condo. ?Beach is not crowded. ?Little bit of a walk down the boardwalk to the beach but gorgeous view. ?We thought Rental #101 was well-worth it for the ground floor level. ?Well be back again next year!
