Celebrating American Craft Beer Week with Local Destin Brews

It’s American Craft Beer Week (May 11-17) and as part of the nationwide celebration of small and independent U.S. craft breweries, we’re celebrating by featuring a craft beer from three of our favorite local breweries in the Destin area. Join the celebration and support independent brewery businesses by giving and enjoying the gift of craft beer and next time you're enjoying a Destin vacation, consider trying one of these delicious local craft beers.

Idyll Hounds – Divide & Conch’r

Divide & Conch’r is a Double India Pale Ale, one of the signature annual brews produced by Idyll Hounds Brewery in Grayton Beach, Florida. This beer pours deep Amber with a nice hop profile that isn’t too bitter.

Destin Brewery - Bridge Rubble Double

This double IPA is a hazy, juicy beer. It's a nod to a New England-style but is made for a warmer climate. With a higher ABV it's deceptively smooth for a double IPA. Made with Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy hops, this beer is a great choice for those who enjoy a double IPA. If you prefer an Ale, the Destin Ale is a great choice from Destin Brewery.

Grayton  Beer – 30A Beach Blonde

Grayton Beer features one of the area's most popular ales, 30A Beach Blonde. This light-bodied blonde ale greets the palate with a subtle citrus nuance and mild malt sweetness. 30A Beach Blonde Ale is a refreshing and sessionable ale that conjures up that relaxed coastal attitude. With the addition of cans, this beer can now be enjoyed on the beach or on the patio of your vacation rental.
