The condo location is great with amazing golf views. First time using Newman Daily and will not be the last. Excellent customer service. we used the free activities that come with the reservation and had fun.

This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at Summer Breeze. I have stayed at other locations close by but I Love this Location to the Beach and to Pompano Joes. Our vacation consists of Condo/Beach/Pompano Joes/Beach/Condo....in that order!! I will say, that over the years, the Prices have gone up and it needs a little updating, but other than that...we still love it!!!

We stayed at Summer Breeze approximately 19 years ago. It’s still the best location on Marimar Beach! The pool is still beautiful and well kept as are the grounds. The unit was fine with plenty of towels and a comfortable bed. An ice maker would be nice when the refrigerator is updated in the future. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the wood railings could use a fresh coat of paint. I would give Newman-Daily a 5 star rating! They responded quickly to our small issues with the TV and beach service. Check-in was so easy and convenient; departure instructions were simple and easy to understand. I would definitely stay at Summerbreeze the next time we are in the area.

This is a very cute condo, in a wonderful location with just minutes to the beach and walking distance to some local restaurants. Unfortunately my family had an emergency and we left less than 24 hours after arrival so I might not be able to give more details, besides that we were so bummed and are truly hoping to be able to visit this condo again soon.

My family of 4 rented the property for a 5 day stay. Although it’s across the road from the beach, you still have a view from your balcony. Being located directly across the road from the beach access made it easy for us to get to and from the beach. Having beach service included was great! Properly was clean and quiet. Unit stayed cool. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great short stay at Summer Breeze for Mother’s Day weekend. The unit is small, efficient, and had everything my wife and kids needed for a few nights. We typically stay beachside so were a little concerned about crossing the road to the beach, but it was it fine and a much shorter walk than we thought. The free beach chairs and umbrella were a great perk. Pompano Joe’s was only a 4-5 minute walk and had two outside bars to order apps and drinks. Only real con was the 9am checkout, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. Just a heads up, this is a third floor unit and there is no elevator.

Check in was a breeze, the condo was clean and well-stocked with cooking needs. We grilled by the pool and met wonderful people from across America, it was refreshing to know that folks from the north and folks from the south really aren’t that different!

We really enjoyed our stay! We usually book a property with a private beach but due to booking late we were unable to find something available! I was concerned about how crowded the public beach gets. However, it was not an issue! The beach service that came with our condo ensured prime beach location and was wonderful! The condo had everything we needed and was a quick walk to the beach! We return yearly so we will definitely be booking again!

We were a little concerned about going to Destin with Covid on the upswing in Florida. But, we did an have no regrets! The condo was impeccable, linens clean and everything felt sanitized. There was nothing in the condo we would have changed. The only issue we ran into was at checkout. The gentleman came to clean at 9:00am and our information clearly stated checkout was at 10:00am. He did get a little angry with us when we told him than. But, that is not the fault of the condo! We will absolutely consider staying here agin.

5 stars.....Location was great and such a short walk right across the street to the beach. No condos or buildings on the other side of the street made the views from the balcony of this unit perfect. Close proximity to many beachside restaurants yet still seemed so low key and relaxing to be in this area. Will definitely book here again if possible.

To start off, this location was great! We loved seeing the ocean from our balcony and only having to cross the street to get to the beach. It was really nice to have free chairs and umbrella to use each day at the beach too! The place was clean, but was very outdated, mainly the kitchen. The fridge doesn't fit well and makes it hard to shut the door, you had to really push on it to make sure it was closed fully. Also, it was tiny and not stocked with much. There were only 3 regular sized spoons, so we had to use large spoons to eat too. Also, the bathtub had residue in it, I think maybe from an old non-slip mat, but not sure. The kids wanted to take baths, but we did showers instead. It was nice being within walking distance to Pompano Joe's for an easy dinner. Newman-Dailey was great to work with and we used the free adult pass for the dolphin cruise which was one of our favorite activities.

We really enjoyed our vacation to Miramar Beach and this condo. I would definitely stay here again. The area is really nice. It’s a short walk right across to the beach. It was really nice that two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided for the week! The Newman-Daily personnel were great to work with also. I would definitely use them for a future location.

We have stayed at several beaches over the years and this condo was hands down true best one. My family and I enjoyed the views and the layout. It is perfect for a family of 5. Another perk we’re the activity tickets, it really saves on the budget plus is fun for the whole family. I would and have recommend this condo to family and friends. We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is an older property but had a nice ocean view and was comfortable. It is nicely located allowing you to walk to some restaurants and shops. The road in front of the condo that you need to cross to get to the beach is busy but using the cross walks helped. We did not cook anything so we did not really pay attention as to how well equipped the kitchen was. We would return to Destin in the off season and stay here again but would avoid it on major holidays in the future, way to busy for us. Thanks for a great stay!

The “bunk beds” weren’t really beds they were super uncomfortable they do not have a mattress, they have a huge fluffy mattress topper which allowed you to feel every board under ?????? my kids complained the whole time. The master room was nice the furniture kinda takes upmost space. I didn’t realize we would be on the 3rd floor and no elevator ?? other than that the beach was convenient we had beach service provided free from ND “thank you” the pool was super clean it was a great last minute booking!!!

We had a beautiful weekend with clear water, wonderfully mild temperatures, and cool breezes. We love staying at Summer Breeze. We came here with friends in 1986 and got engaged to be married on the the beach across the road. I would have given 5 stars but we had a few issues. There needs to be blackout curtains in the bedroom because of all the outside lighting coming in both windows. The iron does not work. There was only one hanger in the closet. The bathroom sink had a very slow drain. Other than that, our stay was great! We hope these things will be taken care of so that we could rent this condo again.

Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 to 6. Great location, directly across the street from a public beach, and close to good restaurants, grocery stores, an outlet mall and a DQ. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. The bunk beds were fine, and the sleeper sofa was surprisingly decent; everyone got a good night's sleep. The kids complained about a lack of outlets in the hallway by the bunk beds; they had to unplug a lamp in the living room and run a cable under the door to charge their devices. The kitchen was small but well-equipped. We cooked several meals and had no trouble finding the pots, pans, casserole dishes and utensils we needed. We didn't watch a lot of TVs, but the TVs and cable package were terrific, and the Wi-Fi was super fast (which was helpful when it came time for the kids to load up their devices with movies and TV shows to watch on the long drive home). The unit was clean and in good repair, although the furnishings were a little dated in mid-summer 2018. Also, it would have been nice if there had been a washer and dryer in the unit itself, but there wasn't room, and there are a coin-operated washer and dryer downstairs. We had a great time and would absolutely stay in this unit again!

The staff at Newman Dailey were wonderful!! So helpful and kind! I absolutely LOVED having all of the excursions included in our trip!! It was an awesome experience and one of the best vacations I've been on in a long time :) A couple of improvements that I would like to suggest...The condo we stayed in was nice, but pretty outdated. The couch and mattresses were very uncomfortable. I would also suggested that all of the rentals that Newman Dailey has should have some sort of guest binder or guide that is put together and left for guests. This would have come in very handy and been helpful to people that are unfamiliar with the area. We had to really search hard to find transportation to get to Destin for the excursions and to find out where to eat, etc. Overall, this was a wonderful trip and I am even looking to possibly relocate to the area a purchase my own condo to rent! :) Thank you, Sunny Sampson

*****We love Condo 202! It is so inviting and comfortable. We love sitting on the balcony early morning drinking coffee and watch the sea and people go by. In the evening we sit out and watch the traffic and think we don’t have to be in it as we can walk a short distance to Pompano Joes and have a nice meal and beautiful sunset on the beach. This place was so welcoming and the staff was so understanding and gave us a great discount because we were IRMA evacuees!! (other hotels were doubling their prices because they knew evacuees had nowhere else to go - grrrr...) Everything was clean and tidy. Just a bit dated - would have loved a slightly better bath/shower. (very small) and not enough toilet paper! But other than that - it was amazing! Great amenities and view of the ocean. Very Quiet (except one dog that kept barking) Loved it! Plan to come back!

This was my first time to Destin and using Newman-Dailey. I couldn't have been MORE happy! The condo was ready when we arrived at 12:30 :) which was three hours earlier than the check in time. It was just me and my two kids, I felt very safe where we stayed and so close to everything. We will definitely be returning and using Newman-Dailey for our stay! I can't rave enough on how awesome the staff was from making my reservations, to keeping it a secret from my kids when I got to the office (they made notes in the system that it was a surprise for my kids:) ) to while I was there the staff continued to make our stay pleasant and make sure we had things to do even on rainy days. Truly a loving staff, we will be using Newman-Dailey every time! :) thank you so much for making my stay relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at your rental. Everything was perfect except the floors were very dirty by the looks of our black feet within the first hour of arriving. The floors looked clean but it was obvious after walking on them that they were not. That was the only complaint we had. The facility was quiet, rental was well priced, the pool was clean, the location perfect, right amount of towels, and the rest of the condo was clean and quaint. Our stay was even better than we hoped it would be! Our condo was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved being right across the street from the beach. We never heard the people in the condos around us, which was nice. The condo has a laundry facility which was convenient, but it's a little run-down. And I'm being picky, but I wish we had been given trash bags so we didn't have to buy a whole roll there. We used the pass for parasailing and the dolphin cruise, and had a great time with both. Destin itself was fun and there was a ton of great food very close by. Overall, our vacation was perfect and I would love to come back. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were lucky to get this room at the last minute in order to spend time with other family members staying in the same complex. Room was very nice and very clean. Would definitely stay again. The only thing we had a problem with was in using the complimentary beach chairs. We understand it is a first come, first serve basis. Our other family members stated that on the days they had already been there, they were unable to get an end chair as they were all reserved. As far us, we always enjoy watching the sun rise on the beach and prefer spending a few hours in the early morning enjoying the quiet beach before the crowds arrive. Whenever the man started setting up the chairs, he VERY rudely informed us that the end chairs were already reserved by CASH paying customers. I let him know we were not aware they could be reserved in advance and asked if he had a card or something to where we could contact him to reserve chairs in the future and he quickly told us that no he did not and they were always already reserved. We are aware that the complimentary chairs are first come first serve and understand that but on the days we were there AND the days other family members were there these "reserved" chairs remained unoccupied until late morning. Think this could be handled a little better or at least let visitors know you can reserve in advance by payment, if in fact this is the case. Otherwise, a very enjoyable visit!

Thank you for letting us enjoy summerbreeze 211! It had a good view of the ocean and the beach wasn't to far to carry all of the kids things. Pompanos joes is great to walk too and enjoy as well. My only suggestion is that the pool and jacuzzi needed some attention. It looks old and crusty...but 211 worked perfectly for us.

I'd say if you don't like walking up and down stairs then may be this place isn't for you, but we knew there would be stairs because the management company told us at booking, and the view was worth it to us. The pool and hot tub were close and easy to get to, and the beach access is just a very short walk accross the street (crosswalk is just to the left in front of building). We liked the condo and the location. The Pool was heated and so was the hot-tub, so even though the weather was not as warm as we would have liked, we still got to swim. The condo has a lot of steps, so if you have a difficult time walking steps, this would not be for you. The living room furniture needs to be replaced and the dishwasher didn't get the dishes as clean as I would have liked, so I did them by hand. Overall, the condo was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I would stay here again.

We called from the road after finding the condo on the web (absolutely no planning ahead). Kellie was great and even sent a link to my email so we could see it as we traveled. Stayed the first week of September after Labor Day. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and we settled right in. Had great weather and made good use of the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. Would definitely stay again.

Very, very loud up stair neighbors, kids running back and forth from 6am to 11pm every day. Love the new appliances. Needed to have a broom. Couldn't take inflatables with us so left for yall, so other people could enjoy. Wish had a washer and dryer because it was $4 per load. Very outrageous.

The condo was clean and it seems the owner has really taken the time to update it with several nice touches including new appliances, furniture, countertops and tile! The Summer Breeze condo itself was very nice. Great location! You could walk to almost anything.The walk to the beach was great, which is where we spent most of our time. The condo we stayed in could use some updating. The carpet in the bed room was pretty dirty and stained. The bed itself was very comfortable. The living room could use a sofa and a comfortable chair. The futon is not exactly a couch and the wicker chair is not comfortable at all. We found ourselves going to the bedroom to relax and watch tv. The patio furniture could use a little updating too.It was pretty dirty. Its a shame because the view from the balcony is awesome! Just a couple little changes could make this condo the Best!

We had a last minute change in our plans and Newman Daley were able to accommodate us very quickly and with a great value. We stayed at Summer Breeze which was perfect for the two of us. There is easy access to the beach and chairs and umbrellas are provided. We had a great time and would rent here again.

they were really nice. The location was really nice located at the beach. The rooms were decorated real nice and we like that they had a information packet that was nice.Everything was working. loved convenience and beachside service. the free gift card not much good old dvds to rent and boats dont furnish anything on trips and we had been on them. we saw all we wanted for free. no one told us about tues harbor docks party gras parade and entertainment then on thursday air show and fireworks were great. best fist at dewey destins the cobia with light marinade was best fish I ever had and they get it rarely. I had it grilled and asked them to go easy on marinade of honey, terriyaki and italian dressing. condo was nice but didn't realize on second floor and nonsmoking room but above smokers so didn't use balcony cause of smell. bathroom drain was clogged and couldn't come til next day to undo it was full of long hair and sand. also sink disposal and dishwasher stunk tremendously and something was in disposal but we were afraid to see what it was. every time we opened dishwasher had to spray room with lysol to kill the smell. also bath towels wash cloths so scratchy and very few. we washed one time is $4 so went to belk and bought washcloths we use at home and just bore it with towels. we are used to having washer dryer in unit and there is only one of each on site below so we didn't wash any personal items while there glad we brought all those extra beach towels. we also had brought plenty of paper towels and toilet paper hated toilet paper there that cheap scratchy stuff. no paper towel holder even there and we tried to use our own paper plates, bowls and cups. frig wasn't cold so we had to turn it up while there also then it got better. people at office not very knowledgable about locations and things to do but one lady told us about some places to eat. on phone Dawn Fike gave me more info than anyone by email but beach so pretty and water so clear we just did that instead of the snorkeling and snuba. also hurricane on way so got eye candy of surfers there for that. it was fun to watch them and I read my kindle a lot.condo wasnt cleaned either.

My family and I needed a trouble free Vacation and room 304 at the Summer Breeze Complex helped accomplish that. The condo was well maintained, clean, and everything functioned the way it was suppose to. The view was nice and everyone seemed friendly. Newman-Dailey Resort Properties did a great job on making the reservation process problem free. The only suggestion I have is to purchase better balcony furniture that reclines. Watching the sunset in a straight back plastic chair with no padding took a little of the pleasre out of it. ---

We loved our stay in Summer Breeze 202.Very easy check-in. Our kids loved the bunked beds and the view was awesome. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves. The condo was very clean and was in a great location.Very close to shopping and even enjoyed walking around Miramar Beach. Best Family vacation!

Asking yourself if you would rent the unit again is always very telling. For me I would certainly rent this unit again. The decor/furnishings had a cottage feel and were above average. The location was great. It was just a few steps to the street and a few steps more to the beach. Cars were very willing to stop as our group crossed the street. The "feet washing station" was in a great location and nicely done. The deck was oversized and provided a nice view. My complaint about this unit would be the lack of space for food/groceries in the kitchen. There really was limited cabinet space. The kitchen was small but pretty much had most everything you would need. The appliances are all new and very nice. The specialists at Newman-Dailey were professional and very responsive to any of our needs.

We have stayed at the Summer Breeze complex for the past 10 years. This unit is very updated and the furnishings clean and modern. The balcony furniture was very comfortable and the view was spectalular. Unfortunately the icemaker did not work well so we had to purchase ice daily. My husband loves to play golf so the play for free daily is a great part of this rental.

I loved the place, As for my family some days we eat in and everything was there for us to be able to cook. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable and have a place to sit. The beds were nice too. Even though you were not on the beach the walk was not bad at all. You could see the water from our room. I also liked the fact that I could walk out and see the pool where my teens were playing and see what they were doing. The only thing I would suggest is thatyou put more than 2 trash bags and 2 rolls of tissue for a week. I would ask that you get whomever owns the room above 211 to check thier floors because it has a very bad squeak above the bedroom and if they get up early you can not sleep.

My husband, daughter and I loved staying in this unit! The decor is perfect for the beach, and the condo is in really good condition. Loved the granite countertops! Proximity to the beach couldn't be better! There is also a great view. The only negative was that the condo was not as clean as I would have liked. That may be more of a complaint for the management company, however. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed here severl times before. Love the location, the view. There were a few rowdy people that kept me up the first night (not people staying at Summerbreeze) I realize each time we come it is Spring Break time. Remote control was the only thing tht was missing but someone came and showed me how to work the TV and just used the TV without the remote. No biggy. Love the pool and hot tub and the convenience of a washer and dryer.

We have stayed at Summer Breeze before but this was the first in this unit. We really liked the decor and upgrades in the kitchen. We did experience a leak in bathroom but as soon as we reported it, the maintenance department came right away and took care of problem. The view of the Gulf is remarkable. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and we did enjoy them all. Newman Dailey does a great job with the rental of the property and we can't wait until we can return.

The location was great. When we arrived we were surprised to see that the condo appeared to be in the midst of renovation. It looked like some attempts at updating the space had been made, with new appliances in the kitchen and a nice living room. If they continue to complete the updates, the condo will be nice.

The condo is cute, kitchen was super organized and well stocked. The balcony gave the most perfect view of the ocean (It would be great if the City of Destin would bury/move power lines off the scenic hwy) The furniture was clean, well thought out, and made us feel right at home. There was enough space that the kids each had their little area and were so happy. It's so close to the beach it's amazing. Even if you forget something you can just run back to the room! The only con I can list is not with the unit but with the property. It was Memorial weekend, so that in consideration, it seemed now that ND does not have a property manager on-site there is a lot of community abuse. Not once could we use the pool with the kids because there was a constant college mixer in the pool and hot tub. I believe I have read that ND does not rent to anyone under 25? So we were not sure how that worked out. In the mornings we would tried to go down early, but some of the partiers were sleeping on the pool furniture. In the same spirit parking was difficult. The public parking across the street was full on a holiday weekend, and people just came on over and parked at SB without a thought. I didn't even remember until after I got home and unpacked that I was supposed to put a parking pass in my window - never did it and it didn't seem to matter. That being said, that was not that big a "con" and we would stay with ND at SB again. This unit was great, super comfy bed and layout. Also there was plenty of storage space for clothes which is nice for a family. We did not use any of the "perks" from ND and partners so I can't comment on that. Overall would take my family tomorrow if I could! Would recommend to friends and family.

The owner of this rental has clearly been working very hard to make it nice. There is all new furniture throughout, new living room, diining room and bedroom furniture. Flat screens have been added in the living and bedroom which bring this rental completely up-to-date. Third time at Summer Breeze. This was not the best Unit I have rented. Curtains in the den are broken, bathroom is missing a shower bar that appears to let water in that may cause damage in the floor below.Den needs a better sitting chair. Tv's are outdated and small. Unit could use a new paint job. Overall it felt cheap. The other two times at Summer Breeze were great, I do like staying here and will return but not in this Unit.

I thoroughly enjoyed this vacation. It was much needed. Condo 202 at Summer Breeze is in need of some attention. Paint. The blinds in the living room. The stopper in the bathroom sink. The TV screens are really small (maybe 19") The microwave screen does not function. The linens and mattresses (ony a double in the master not a queen) are worn and saggy. There is a pervasive dank smell... However - the grounds at Summer Breeze are fresh and clean and I always love the location.

Service received was excellent. Loss of refrigerator was handled better than could be normally expected. Compensation for loss of contents was generous. Location of condo offered excellent view of the gulf. Bed was comfortable. However, the seating inthe living room was impossibly bad and if not changed our rating would be lowered to - "do not rent under any circumstance" Also if you like to read it will be near impossible in the evening hours. The only adequate light comes from the sun during the day. The weather in March 2010 did not add to the limited enjoyment of this vacation.

The problem we had with this unit was the comfort of the furniture. The bed wasn't great, but we could handle that. The sofa in the unit was probably the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered. I pity anyone who had to try to sleep on it. There was nothing comfortable to sit on except the kitchen chairs.

Although we enjoyed our stay and the view/location is wonderful, this unit has some issues. To start, the bed is broken. Not good for a 1 br unit. The closet door is broken. The sink plug handle is broken. Lights out, peeling paint, etc. I could go on, but it's simply a maintenance issue. Walk the unit Newman-Dailey, and fix what's broken.

The Newman-Daily staff were great to work with. They were very helpful in arranging for my rental and made sure I had all the information I needed before my arrival. The location of the unit was great - right across from the beach with a nice view of the beach. There is traffic on the road but it's not hard to safely cross. The unit is small - I can't imagine having more than 3 people in there. The living room furniture and bunk beds aren't very comfortable but the rest of the interior of the unit was nice. The best part of the deal was the complimentary beach service - having the two canvas chairs and beach umbrella available for us all week was wonderful! Thanks so much for this amenity!

The service was great at check-in.The condo could have been a little cleaner as far as the linens go.The remote in living room did not work well. The bedroom TV seems to be going out it had issues at first turning it on with the picture.They had a service man come in and replace the dishwasher while we were there. The location was very nice and we enjoyed the free movie rental.The balcony was a nice place for sun at the time it was still a little chili.Over all the location was nice but I think a little over priced for rental as it was .

The apartment was great. The view was fantastic, we really enjoy it. The only problem was when we open the refrigerator was smelling and temperature was a little warm to put our stuff immediately there, and the remote control from the master bedroom didn?t work, but everything else was a wonderful vacation.

As usual Summer Breeze was a relaxful vacation spot for our family vacation. Every unit we have rented has been well maintained and served our family well. The units are not the most luxurious in the area, but the prices reflect that. We enjoy our stay every time we go to Summer Breeze. The only drawback this year was that whoever was in the unit before us must have let some shrimp spoil in the refrigerator. Open the door and stand back. I don't know how you could get rid of that smell. Other than that, everything was great.

We found the Summer Breeze to be a very good location to the beach. We enjoyed the amenities of the beach umbrella and chairs. We used the "free" ticket to Fudpuckers and glass bottom boat ride. I found the condo to have adequate supplies for cooking,etc. The last day we were there, the handle fell off the shower, so we could not take a shower. The only other thing were the curtains did not adequatley pull over the doorway. Other than that, we would certain return to the Summer Breeze!

We found the unit clean and more than adequate in living space. The pull-out sofa-bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. It was windy for a few days and chilly for Florida. When it was warm enough we enjoyed lying out on the ocean beach which is just a short walk across the street. On cooler/windier days, we utilized the pool area which was cozy and we were sheltered from some of the wind. Plenty to do in the area: golf, shopping, amusement rides, beaches, etc. The office personnel were helpful and very friendly. The only time we had an issue was when a cleaning company came and shampooed our carpets without any notice while we at the beach-created some inconveniences for a day and a half as carpets needed to dry. All-in-all it was a good stay.

We have stayed in this area for the past 8 years and in the same unit for the past 3 years. We love it. The unit has a gorgeous view of the gulf and within walking distance to a couple of great restaurants. This was our first time spending a week, and even though tropical storm Faye was around for one of those days, it was a good day to go shopping! The sunsets are amazing. We sat on the beach, drank a little wine and chilled. It's the best.

I stay in The Summer Breeze every year, and it really does feel like our own summer home. The apartments are always nice and clean and have everything we ever needed. This is the best condominium set due to the proximity to the beach (across the street), the location of the swimming pool and the view. It is also a relatively small Building so it never feels crowded. I am sure to return next year!

I have stayed at this condo in the past. The interior needs updating in a big way, everything is right out of the 80's. My room was on the bottom floor. Avoid this if possible. Every time the people upstairs took a step, you would hear it. They had small kids that moved around a bunch. This room overlooked the pool, nice pool BTW. I had a problem with some other guests. They were hispanic and were playing Tejano music super loud at the pool. There were also 5 couples staying in the small room that was built for 2 couples. They were loud and drinking late into the night. I called Neuman Dailey, but nothing happened. Overall, not a bad condo for those that do not wish to spend a bundle. I would stay here again.

This was my 3rd visit in 6 months and I always enjoyed staying at Summer Breeze. The problem I had this last time was with the rate. Every time you call the office I got a different rate and it seems most of the time the rate don't even match up with what is advertised online. It seems they try and rent the units for the most money they can get out of you, even if the office has previously quoted you a less expensive rate. I would expect Newman Daily to treat their frequently returning customers much better. I am not sure I would rent from them again given the treatment of my last visit.

We loved our condo. It had recently been updated and everything was very clean and new! Our children loved the bunk beds and the close access to the pool after a day at the beach. Man the condo was great! Clean, full amenities, close to the beach. Mr. Dailey was helpful in helping me find someone to work on my vehicle when I got there. Nice people that work there. The retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant that works on the grounds was very nice too. Beautiful beaches across the road. We WILL be staying there again! Only complaint: floor creaked from someone walking across the floor above us. Set an upstairs room. Otherwise a perfect 10!!!

We have been vacationing with Newman Dailey for the past five years or so. Four years at Summer Breeze and one year at the houses near(Trinidad or Martinque I think.) Always accommodating Newman Dailey employees. This year the young gentleman (sorry I forgot his name)who checked us in was very helpful through our stay. The only concern I have is Summer Breeze has no internet access. I realize we are on vacation but we need to communicate with work, even if it is briefly. I may be wrong but I thought (assummed) the website said access in the condo, Summer Breeze, office which is closed. We had to go to the Newman Dailey office. It is just the times we live and work in that makes internet necessary and I would hope the condo owners realize that. Always a pleasure.
