We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Destin. The condo was adorable and really did have all of the comforts of home. We really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was with cooking utensils. We also appreciated there were plenty of towels, beach towels, umbrellas for the beach, and beach chairs. Communication with the property management was flawless. They were proactive and easy to reach via phone or text. We had a small maintenance issue during our stay, and they came out the same day to fix it. The neighborhood where the condo is located is adorable. The location of the condo is the best in Destin. Across the street from beautiful Crystal beach, walkable to Camille's (yummy sushi!), and close to all the best shops (Destin Commons and Grand Boulevard). The pool in the condo is also lovely. We ended every day there. All in all, an awesome rental and I would gladly go back!

Lovely apartment, clean, cozy, plenty of space in the apartment, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the beach is nearby.

This condo was in the perfect location for our large family vacation at the beach. We were able to walk to eat, get a drink and also to the beach and pool. Everything we needed was close by as well such as grocery stores and restaurants. This is a quiet location at bedtime which is important to me.

We loved our stay at Caribbean Dunes. The pool was very nice (very warm) along with the spa (great temp). The unit was well maintained and very clean. There was a nice tote bag left with all the info and passes necessary for parking. Communication with the management company was great! Our downstairs neighbor had a water leak issue coming from our unit which management did a fantastic job of working with us to resolve quickly. While it was a small inconvenience, they were fantastic in communicating with us in their needs to resolve the issue. These things happen and in no way impact our 5 star review. If anything, it added to it because of great communication. The beach access and location were amazing! There is a sushi place on the corner and many other restaurants nearby along with a Publix for your grocery needs. I highly recommend this place.
