While many beach vacation rentals also deck their walls in coastal shades, what they don’t have is the luxury upgrades of 1105! An open kitchen with smooth granite counters, shiny stainless-steel appliances, and a bar that seats four for extra dining are major perks. Plus, upgraded flooring, curved walls with inset lighting and a furnished balcony with views of the maritime forest hedged by the lake and the Gulf brings a little glam and a lot of serenity to this beach vacation rental.
We’d be remiss to not mention the master bedroom- it’s as large as some studio apartments and features a fantastic bathroom where a large tub, a glass walk-in shower and double sinks will make you feel like royalty. 1105 is a very family friendly condo with extras like highchair, pack n play and kid dishes. Oh and simply being part of Sanctuary at Redfish- a green community on a natural preserve built around the rare dune lake named “Redfish”- is a wonderful thing!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
