Extra fan room room was amazing. Bring extra toilet paper. Ice maker didn’t work consistently. More hand and face towels needed. Place is beautiful and clean! Would definetly stay here afain

This property was easy to access and so close to the beach. The room was perfect for our family of five. The only negative was that the building elevators were not all working so there were very long lines at time for the evevator(s) that were in service.

This condo was perfect for our family with two little toddlers….had to move a few decorations up higher but otherwise perfectly toddler friendly. The ocean views from the balcony is what made this an easy choice, the interior being high quality was the cherry on top. The bed in the primary was so very comfy. The walkability to the pool & the beach was very appreciated. We would hands down stay here again should we ever return to Destin. And for those wondering, a pack n play will fit in the secondary bedroom!

Pretty much perfect! We just did not have any rags, and we had to ask for our wristbands. 1 serving of coffee. But other than that - beautiful condo, great views & short walk over to the beach. Pretty pools also!

I stay at Sterling shores all the time and this was one of my favorite rooms.

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. PH14 has a excellent view and grounds at Sterling Shores is clean and well kept. We did not have any issues with anything in the condo and it was a perfect unit.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Sterling Shores. The condo was so comfortable and felt clean and new. It was spacious and a wonderful place to relax. The views were incredible. The beach right across the street was very easy to access and had white sand and clear water. The condo has five boogie boards as well as a couple of beach chairs. The coffee maker is for a large pot as well as individual cups. If you want more than the starter pack, then just be sure to bring along some coffee filters plus coffee or some keurig cups. Newman-Dailey was helpful and communicative. We would love to stay here again!

As soon as we walked through the door we dropped our luggage just in awe of the beautiful view. Waking up seeing nothing but sky and the beautiful coast felt like paradise. Aside from the view, there were lots of other positives. The kitchen is well stocked with all of your basic necessities (and more!), plenty of storage space in both bedrooms and bathrooms, the mattresses were very comfortable, and I loved the master bathroom! Everything was very clean, modern, and well decorated. The grounds were clean, the pools were very clean and the perfect temperature, short walk to the beach with included chairs and umbrella. Very close to grocery store, shopping, entertainment center, and restaurants. The only criticisms I have is the smelly dumpster near one of the elevators and having only one person working at the pool bar, resulting in super slow service (best to bring your own drinks and snacks).

Clean, great location around all your needs, amazing views overlooking the pool and beach, perfect for family, direct beach access, and the list goes on. I must add the beds were comfortable as well! Book it you’ll be happy you did.

This property was excellent. The view, location, and cleanliness of the property did not disappoint in any way. The pictures don’t do it justice. I can’t wait to come back, and I will be looking for opening for this condo! Was an awesome place.
