Beach House Condominiums

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The view from the balcony was truly panoramic. The condo defintely felt like home for a week. This last stay was with 4 adults and it was perfect.

I don't usually give reviews however this vacation warrents my time since we had such great service. Thank you.

The weather was: Windy the first couple of days, however, it was perfect, calm, and clear afterwards! Our favorite adventures: Deep sea fishing, visiting and hanging out at the Harborwalk Village as well as Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, and most of all enjoying the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald waters! Great restaurants we discovered: Fudpuckers and The Crab Trap! Other thoughts to share: Location right on the beach couldn't be better- we were soothed to sleep each night with the sound of waves crashing. We had a great time the Condo was plenty of room. We did have some issues but Newman-Dailey resolved the issue right away. I do wish there was different cooking pans but other than that the kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitley rent this unit again and do plan to. What I really loved is the location!

The condo was a real home away from home. Comfortable beds, nice televisions in bedrooms and living area,kitchen was well appointed with all items needed to cook and serve a meal. Even the tableware was plentiful and cute. The unit has a nice balcony with a view that looks out on the lovely blue green water and white sand. There is a table on the balcony for relaxing and enjoying the view. This unit is located in a quiet complex with an elevator for reaching the unit easily. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs in the pool area for enjoying the sun and reading a book. I especially loved the umbrella service. No worrying about dragging and setting up chairs and umbrellas, it is done for you. At the end of the day you grab your belongings and leave sandy chairs and bulky umbrella to the wonderful staff to put away for the day. There are many good places to eat near this condo and the beach is great for early morning and evening walks. We enjoyed our stay in June so much that we returned in October! If you want a nice place right on the beach with a friendly staff and many free activities offered by Newman-Daily this is the place to stay. We enjoyed the discount dauphin cruise and free movie rentals. People who play golf would love the free and discounted rates that are offered. I must say that Newman-Daily took care of everything from hassle free booking to excellent directions. This was truly a wonderful experience.

Memorable family getaway the condo was very clean with fantastic gulf view. The unit size was comfortable for family of seven with young children. We plan to go back again.

The place was clean and convenient to everything. Love your services as well! We are coming back down this weekend.

We had several problems upon entering our unit upon arrival. There were some unfinished cleaning items like the master bathroom and the tile floors still covered with sand from the previous occupants. The unit itself was spacious and a perfect size for us with three kids. Right on the beach too. The interior of the unit more than made up for the exterior of the building but that's not why we came to the beach! :) When we reported the issues we had we were immediately taken care of by the Newman-Dailey staff. They made sure that we were a priority which more than made up for the couple of items previously mentioned. All-in-all, I wish there had been one more pool to use, but I would return to this location and would request the exact same unit again without a doubt, and I would definitely rent from Newman-Dailey again in the future because of their service from online rental through checkout.
