I truly enjoyed the property and do hope to return to it. The only inconvenience was a very annoying dryer noise that I did not turn in until the end of my stay since I did not want to be inconvenienced with maintenance while there. The staff was very friendly during check-in and I'm sure would have corrected it immediately had I requested it. The location was perfect with a pool outside the back door and the beach only a few minutes walking distance. Absolutely recommend it!

We stayed here in May 2011.. for the price we got I was happy. The only thing that upset us is that the pool that we looked out at was out of service and we had a child with us , that didn't understnd why he couldn't go in. I really liked the welcome package I received from Newman -Daily when we arrived, lots of great coupons etcc.. We were walking distance from the beach and this condo was very clean but Refridgerator & washer/ dryer were very outdated. I would use Newman-Daily again..

Very nice and clean condo. It is close to everything, just a short walk to the beach. We basically had the pool to ourselves. We will definately revisit this condo!

Close walk to the beach, liked that we had use of chairs and the beach umbrella. Just wish the kitchen had been stocked with basic items such as sugar, salt and pepper, coffee filters.

Nice accommodations, great ND service, plenty of room and a memorable experience. For the price a real bargain as well. Short walk to the beach but the exercise did us all good. Chairs on the beach were a nice touch too.

The owner of this adorable beach condo has done so much work over the past month. New kitchen counter tops, new TV media center, new sofa and chair, new decor, both bedrooms painted, new bedding and curtains. You just have to come back to unit 16a at Crystal Village to appreciate it all.

The owner of this property has recently installed a flat screen TV in the living room, new carpet in the bedroom and new innerspring mattresses on the bunk beds. This is a such a gorgeous property and great location.

This property was not our choice but after several moves by the company due to property no longer available we ended up here. There were a list of things broken, soiled and just not up to par. Sorry :(

Overall experience was good. The only problems we had was no WFI...and the dvd player did not work. Thank goodness one of the boys had his playstation that played dvds. Other than that, this was our second enjoyable stay here.

It was nice and quiet, a short walk to the beach, we stay in Corpus Christi TX every year in a condo, but this was so much different, I would choose Destin again in a heart beat. it was a nice small complex. and we plan on going back,

The staff at Newman-Dailey was wonderful.We had an issue with an appliance and they took care of it immediately.The location of the condo was great. Just a block from the beach,with beach service!! It is in the center of everything. The outlets,the track, the harbor.Our condo was clean & quiet, nothing fancy, but who needs fancy when you have kids. We will definetly use Newman-Dailey again and stay in Crystal Village.

Went for a last minute 40th birthday and the
company was extremely helpful in finding the best
property for our price range. Once we in the condo
we notice how extremely comfortable the place was
with nice decorations and all the appliances and
dishes we needed for the week. All we had to buy
was the food and drinks. I loved the location
because we did not have to get into the car to go
to the beach, go out to dinner, or just have a
couple drinks. It all was right there within
walking distance. I enjoyed this trip and property
the best because everything was there and close and
in the afternoon and evenings we could enjoy some
time at the heated pool. The one and only thing
that I did not like was that we were unable to
grill out. Only gas grills are allowed and of
course we were not going to purchase a gas grill
for the week. Owner of condo should invest in a
gas grill for the condo. We will call Newman and
Dailey for sure next time we plan on vacationing
without our RV.

The condo was great. Good location to the beach and other amenities. The local neighbors and vacationers were very pleasant. We would book a vacation condo with Newman-Dailey again. The only things that would have been better would be the floors/carpets could use a deep cleaning, the knob for the oven was wrong as far as what temperature to cook at, and somebody that rented prior to us had smoked in the main bathroom. It was a great price for all that was included. We took advantage of a few of the discounts and free things included and all was a great experience for the whole family. The next time we go back to the Destin area we will book a condo with Newman-Dailey again.

This being the first time I had rented a vacation home from Newman-Daily, I didn't know what to expect. I had experiences in the past where the pictures advertised were great, but when I arrived, the rooms were not so great. However, when we arrived at the condo, I was so happy to find that the pictures on the website were exactly what the condo looked like! We had a wonderful time, and we will always use Newman-Daily for our future visits to Destin! I'm actually already planning a week long trip for next summer!!

we had a wonderful time while on vacation in destin fl. we loved the condo as it was perfect for a small child and a small dog as well. the location was central to everything destin has to offer and the amenities were perfect. we liked the comfort of the condo the water pressure was perfect and the beds were comfortable and the place was very cold which was great in the heat and humidity. if I had to say anything that we did not like it was that this property did not have a view of the gulf but we knew that going in.

Twenty-two of us went, one happy family. Our first
trip to Destin. This was the first time condo were
ready for us and CLEAN. The freebies were awesome
and well used by us all. Receptions at the front
desk were very helpful & informative. Both pools
were great. Rooms were well-kept. We only had one
problem!! The screws that are holding the child
safety pole on doors at pool need to be CUT OFF.
One grandchild and one adult were hurt by these
long screws. 7 yr. old just missed her eye and was
cut beside her eye when walking out the door. My
adult daughter again when the door shut back got
two punture wounds in her arm from long screws &
her arm turned back & blue from it. I share this
only in hopes that these screws will get cut off
before someone is seriously hurt! (we were very
thankful for child safety locks)Phone calls were
handled before our arrival with great respect &
pleasure. We would come again (asking first if
screws cut off! :>) Thanks for making our first
stay in Destin pleasurable. P.S. the town sure
could use more traffic lights :>)

We was a little Scared to see what the condo looked like because it was alot cheaper than the ones we had looked at. When we walked in the door it was amazing to see how big and updated it was. We was a group of 6, we had 4 adults and 2 children. The condo slept all of us perfect. The kids loved the fact that they could look out the door and see the pool. The Beach is right down the road. We also loved the fact that we got coupons everyday. Thats what we planned our trip around.. If you want a great place to stay for a great price this is where you want to stay. I will for sure be back... Maybe even before the summer is out!!!!

It was our first time in Destin. The Newman Dailey customer service reps were all so kind. The Crystal Village Condos were nice and clean. The walk to the beach - about 2 1/2 blocks was an easy walk. We enjoyed dining at Pompano Joes which is close-by.
It seemed like we had the place to ourselves -it was very quiet and the kids had the pool to themselves most days. The decor was pretty and the kitchen had all the necessary dishes/pots etc that we needed. The two full bathrooms were sooo great to have for our family. I liked having the washer/dryer -very convenient and needed though the dryer took some time drying the towels.
We really enjoyed the amenity perks - especially the $60 - $70 we saved as a family of 5 at The Track - we went there twice and the kids LOVED it (also the Krispy Kreme donut store that was nearby :) We also used the free movie amenity.
My only suggestion for improvement is to replace the pull out couch in the living room. My 14 year-old daughter could not sleep on the pull-out bed as it dipped quite a bit in the middle of the mattress, but she slept comfortably on top of the couch.
I most definitely will recommend your business to my friends.

The 2 bedroom condo we rented was spacious and very nicely furnished. The front desk was great and made us feel very welcome. the condo is 2 blocks from the beach but parking was easy and was worth it. and the price was good for the value.

21A is one of the best units we have visited in Crystal Village. We always stay at at Crystal Village when visiting Destin. The grandchildren love the pool and my husband and I love being able to return to the quiet beautiful setting after a day at the beach. It is close to everything we enjoy. I have stayed here before. It is quite comfortable with all of the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. My unit was nicely decorated and had plenty of space. The property grounds were quiet and well maintained. Most units are located just a few steps away from the pool and the beach is only a three minuite walk.

We had a Great time on this vacation to Destin, Florida. It was really quiet and a very nice room. It is a bit of a walk about two blocks from the beach but we enjoyed the walk. It comes with beach chairs and those you will enjoy. I had A/C problems when we got there but they had it fixed within two hours. It was a great vacation great stay definately for the price. Room looks just like the pictures. Enjoy your vacationon this room!
