The weather couldn’t have been better during our stay and we loved being so close to the beach! This unit has everything you need- we enjoyed several nights in making dinner together then going for a walk on the beach to catch the sunset. Thanks for making our trip so special!!

This was a great unit for our family of four and the location couldn’t be more convenient. We loved having the pool onsite for the kids and were so close to everywhere we wanted to visit in Destin- we’ll be back soon!

Everyone was very help full, polite, professional.
The condo was clean,comfortable, we enjoyed the stay.
The location was great, the beach was within walking distance. We will diffently return, with a much longer stay than one week.
Would not stay there again :(

We have vacationed in Destin for several years now, always staying somewhere new. We brought our children down a few weeks before and had a lovely time, stayed in a beautiful Newman Dailey condo that we adored. My husband and I were coming back alone for this vacation. We knew we wanted something small, but still needed comfort. I don't think we were comfortable here at all. The decorations were very dated, the Tv's were old and small, and the bathroom smelled like urine the entire time we were there. There were no comfortable linens and we had to cover the couch with sheets before we could sit on it because it felt dirty. I say couch, it was really just a loveseat. The carpet was stained and after being gone all day we would open the door and smell beer. I am guessing from the carpet? It was not from us. I contacted ND right away and they were so nice. They refunded part of our rental fee and since it was just my hubby and me we decided to make the best of it! I would suggest to the owner that they update their decor, put more linens in, and update the electronics. It is also way overdue for a good paint job. I have never left a poor review about anywhere we have stayed in Destin, but would have wanted to know about these issues before we arrived. I am thanful that ND made it right for us, and we will return and rent from them again. Just not in this unit.
