This was by far the nicest beach condo we've seen to date, and we've spent a lot of time on the beaches. It is very tastefully decorated, and well kept. Staying here will very likely become an annual trip for our family.

Sylvia was an excellent host. We thought the condo was very
nice and homie. We stayed with our two daughters and their
husbands. You had lots of privacy the way it is setup.
We all were very satisfied with our stay. The only problem
was it came to and end and we had to go back to reality.
It truly is a beautiful view of all God's wonderful creation. I would recommend it to anyone and I plan on going
back again.

This condo was wonderful. Newman Daily not so much. Reported ceiling fan not working on first day and not repaired all week. Went to Walmart and bought box fan. If I was the owners I would be upset. Has great views and wonderfully decorated. Felt right at home.

Our month at Jade East in J0630 was so fabulous. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and decorated very very nicely.
Jade East personel are super nice, always helpful with our needs. My 4th year at Jade East and 5th year with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. Great with Guest.
The Sun Rise and Sun Sets are Heavenly. The beach walking very renewing. Wish I could stay much longer!

That was the best summer vacation I've been never had.The location was convenience. And beach service was nice. The room was very comfortable. especially the master shower room was pretty big.I well go back again.

The service was great from the time we checked in until we checked out. Everyone of the employees were so nice and helpful.We really liked the home and loved the 15th floor. The nice patio furniture was just wonderful to sit and watch the dolphins. Most of our days were spent at the beach and we plan to come again soon.

The unit overall is an average with old furnitures and clogged toilet. It was on the weekend so I could not find help from the office.
The suite is not fit the price that we paid. I hope the owner needs to fix the unit problem and upgrade to the level that fit for price renting.

This condo needed new carpet. The blinds in front bedroom were broke and the sun would come in before you were ready to get up. There were not enough pots to cook with. Not enough forks and spoons for 1 meal. For this money you pay, it should be a+. However we will be back. I will just check out the room with Jessica better next year...

The location was great! The unit had some thing that needed repairs when we arrived but they were fixed immediately...the room was great the being a family of four having then second bedroom with two beds worked out great! Also having the family room for everyone to spread out in worked out well. A bit on the expensive side...

This is our fourth trip to Jade East/Destin and our third time to use Newman Dailey Rentals and our family starts counting the days until our next trip the minute we leave. Jade East is the perfect location, right on the beach (private beach), right in the middle of restaurants and entertainment and a great condo time and again. Our Unit J1630 was great, updating furniture, comfortable beds and good sized kitchen. We had a light in kitchen not working on arrival, called and maintenance was there within 30 minutes and fixed it. No other issues during our stay. The free daily passes Newman Dailey gives you are great, we used ours for "The Track" and went go-kart riding. Last time, we did the Dolphin Cruise which is great too! My teenage kids are already asking when we are going back...it won't be long!

We enjoyed staying at Jade condo for a few days. The condo is a very nice and clean rental with a great view of the beach from the living room and balcony. It is right on the beach. Check-in service was very quick and easy. The only problem we had was, we were given the wrong beach gate access number and had to get it from someone staying at the complex as well. But everything else at the complex was nice. The outside was maintained neatly with the pool/spa being very clean and clear. The kids enjoyed the beach and pool, and at night we searched for crabs on the beach. We would enjoy staying here again!

The staff was awesome. The service was second to none. All of the necessary documents were waiting on me. Check in literally took 5 minutes.

We rented two condos and both the aCs were not working. We had to move as a result. On site management was not too responsive. Pool was not heated and hot tube was just warm. Would not stay here again.

I am disappointed to hear that this guest didn’t feel as though on-site management was responsive to his needs. He reported the A/C issues & was immediately moved to two different units per his request. When I delivered receipts to his room, the member of his group that answered the door indicated that all was wonderful since the move.
The pool is never heated in early October, as we don’t advertise that it will be. Hot tubs can run a little warm at times & had we been made aware of the hot tub not being hot enough, we could have taken the steps to remedy that issue. I have tried to reach out to this guest to acquire more information about his stay, but was unsuccessful in reaching him for feedback.

Value was typical for this type location.Very close to attractions,dining and beach.Was a little dissapointed in the cleanliness. Althought overall unit was clean, it had a "musty" smell on entry and many of the lamps and decorations were very dusty. Would consider another stay if unit was cleaned and smelled fresher. I realize it is not a hotel and aily maid service is not part of the program, but a thourough cleaning should be mandatory.

We love the place. We have stayed there two years in a row. The house was very clean and high end. I recommend keeping spices and some other non perishables in the house & a first aid kit.

We stayed there for 2 days. had a great time. cleaned up before we left. Had an extra charge of 65.00 on credit card called to see what was the charge for. Apt. Mngr stated that was an extra fee for cleaning up. She stated that the maid found Cigarette butts in Disposal? Why would anyone in there right mind put butts in Disposal. we didnt know to check that before moving in. But other than that place was nice and convient.

Our family had a prearranged week at another condo in Destin which went askew at the last moment. Everybody was packed and ready for the beach when we were notified the facility was not available. Newman-Daily came through with Jade East unit 330 at the last minute and saved our beach vacation from disaster. The unit was most acceptable.
The condo was perfect, but the noise on the beach was horrible.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The view was great. However, the noise coming from the teenagers at night on the beach was horrible. We had to call the sheriff's department after 3 nights of booming music, fighting and cursing from about 70 teenagers that had grouped themselves in front of our condos. There was no one on the premises to take care of the matter. Several teenagers were handcuffed on the beach. Not a great way to spend your vacation. It would have been perfect besides dealing with that every night.

When we first arrived we encountered a few problems with unit. A very small 13 in tv/vcr in master bedroom. We could not even see tv over footboadrd on bed. Light in hall fell down during night and towel rack in bathroom broke when we put a towel on it, and chair on patio was broken. We reported problems to the office and I have to commend Jessica in office for prompt response to problems. We had 2 new flat screen tv's by the end of day and all other problems were taken care of by a very nice man. I don't remember his name. This was our 50th anniversary and whole family was there. The beach was beautiful and young men who took care of beach chairs were very nice. Our chairs were always at the front of the beach. Because of their prompt solutions to problems I would recommend this resort to others.

Stayed the week of the 4th of July. We had a wonderful week in Destin. It was our first time to stay at Jade East and we loved it!!The condo was so comfortable and decorated so nicely. The owner's taste is very similar to mine, so it was like being at home. Jade East 1030 is our new home away from home!

Destin was beautiful. The Jade is a nice place to stay. I felt safe with the kids knowing the property was gated and that the beach area for it was private. Room 550 was nice but does need some work. The toilet overflowed on day one but issue was resolved and management was very concerned. Many issues were fixed while we were there but the dryer never worked. It made it hard considering we had planned on having a washer/dryer accessible. Other than that it was a great vacation.

Unit 110 is located on the ground floor for entering/exiting the condo, which was great for our aging parents. They were thrilled to not have to worry about standing to wait on an elevator. We didnt have to worry about the balcony being too high for small children. Yet the condo is up on floor as far as view goes on the beach side. So you get the view without seeing everyone walk right in front of you. It was perfect. We would definately request unit 110 again for a stay in Destin. I would request it even if it was just our immediate family. Everyone in the office was helpful as well.

The condo has a really large central living area with the most faulous views through walls of sliding glass doors. The master bedroom has the same views and the balcony is hugh, wrapping around the top floor condo from living area to master bedroom.

Upon arriving the place we had rental was not what we expected; we had drove from houston,tx. so it was a very long day, but they were able to accommodate us with a very nice condo on the beach with a beautiful view! The condo was decorated very nicely and we all really enjoyed our stay! I was very happy to see the wood floors through out the unit,except the master bedroom really needs to have the carpet replaced or even better replaced with wood. Otherwise our visit was excellent. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Jade East.

Jade East is a beautiful property. Our condo was gorgeous wtih updated everything! One caution - if traveling with small children. There were no safety locks on the balcony doors or the front door. Children 2 or 3 and older can walk out onto the balcony from the bedroom or out the front door anytime. I would suggest safety locks be installed please!

We've stayed in Destin and at the Jade East several times. This uning was very nicely decorated, great view from the balcony. The only downer was the ocean - the green grass or whatever is like algae and was really gross. Usually its over by this time of year, but this has been an unusual year with the Gulf Oil Spill etc.
Reservations and check in were particularly helpful. Jade East is a nice place and kept clean inside and out.
We tried Dewey's Destin, very good. We went back to Captain Dave's and Back Porch, both better than usual. The crowds are less at this time of year, so traffic, etc. was better than usual.

Jade East unit 240 is the best condo and location in Destin. Newman Dailey is the best rental company because the staff will make you feel like family. Debbie Scott at Newman Dailey will make sure that everthing is the best for you and your family along with her co-workers at the main office. Jade East is a gated facility and Newman Daily even has (Jessica) another employee that will take care of your problems and she is located on the Jade East property for easy communication during your stay. If you have a problem with your unit a maintenance technician will be there within 5 minutes, how is that for service. Our hats off to Debbie Scott at Newman Dailey for making us feel like a family member and making sure we had a great vacation!

We stayed in Unit 630 Mid September. Perfect time of the year for a peaceful and quiet getaway. Perfect weather too. Loved everything about the condo. Location, view, cleanliness, services, pool, grill area, tennis courts. All more then met our expectations. Also loved the key coded security so we didn't have to keep up with keys and felt very secure. Beautiful white beach. Only downfall for the week was alot of green algae in the water so we didn't get in the ocean as much as we would have like to have. But of course that is not the fault of the Jade East Resort or Newman Dailey Properties. Overall experience with them was excellent. We will be back again to the same place.

We had been saving all year because our first stay was so impressive. However, we had car trouble and had to take another car with half the room. Two adults and four teenages. We were told we could check in early since noone had rented the day before us, but the gate codes didn't work and our info was not in the mailbox. We had to wait two hrs. for the employee to show up eventhough we called the emergency number. They offered us a late checkout to make up for it. A bar stool had been broken and the carpet looked dirty (full of stains). We were dissapointed that there were beer bonging 20-somethin's on the beach. There were incidents of throwing urine and feces off onto people in the lobby. Also, chunking of ice at people at the pool. I guess you are renting to irresponsible young people now. The elevator smelled like urine. Fireworks were shot on the beach. Couch sleeper mattress iwas VERY uncomfortable. We were glad to see the water had not been damaged by the oil eventhough it was full of seaweed. In addition, Beach Mike is an asset as he had our lounge chairs setup early in the morning and it is great not having to carry everything down to the beach. We probably won't be returning anytime soon because of the cost, but I am sure we will be back someday as long as it doesn't turn into a "spring break" type of place.

We had a great time at Jade East, although this condo needs some minor repairs and a few additions added to make this a great condo. New countertops in the kitchen, a dresser in the master bedroom so you dont have to live out of a suitcase. A new ceiling fan in the bedrooms that dont squeek. And new curtins in the 2nd bedroom that can help with the light and sounds from the outside hall. Other than these few minor things, this condo is near perfect and comfortable.

Our stay was fabulous. The property, staff, location and condo all get an a+ from our entire family. We loved having the ocean right off our balcony and spent many nights there talking or in simple silence.
The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the beds were all very comfortable and the decor throughout very tasteful.
Our only issue was the stand alone ice maker didn't work properly. The staff promptly looked at it and tried to fix it. The response from the staff was immediate when we needed light bulbs in for above the shower.
My sisters, niece and nephew came in from Tucson and along with my husband and I our expecations were high though prepared ourselves for the beaches to be closed. Thankfully, the beach was oil free! It was a wonderful vacation all the way around. We will definately be back!

The condo was comfortable with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The kitchen was well equipped. Beach service was exceptional, and we were able to totally relax. Having more than one person to check us in would have helped speed of check in. The owners obviously have worked hard to make this a special place.

When we arrived there was no electricity in the living room for lights, fan or tv. This was fixed within about 3-4 hours. The toilet in the master bath and middle bath each stopped up a couple of times and we had to mop the floor each time. Plunging each of these became necessary often.

I would like to say that Jade East 940 was beautiful. The whole complex was extremely nice and clean.
My complaint is with Newman-Daily Properties. Even though I loved Jade East, I will not book another reservation through this company because of your cancellation policy. I have booked with several different organizations, and never had such a rude, restrictive policy- the Mickey Mouse travel insurance policy that I felt forced to take out. I read the policy and procedures for your travel insurance company due to the oil spill and I felt as if it wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. The rules and hoops you have to go through and then you still probably won't get your money refunded, well, thats just poor business practices by you. Refering to the oil spill, I was told the only way I could get any refund would be if the state of Florida closed the beaches and if they were able to rent the condo out for the exact same dates. I was stuck. The oil did not impact our stay but the weather did. We were booked to stay until Friday, July 2, but we left on Thursday around 11:30 am due to the constant rain. I did not call the reservation line to tell them we were leaving because what good would it do?
I said all that to say that I will not book through Newman- Daily Properties in the future due to your cancellation policy. Also, I feel as if I was cheated by not being offered a "break" on my rental fee's due to the lack of vacationers in the area. Many of my friends who booked in Destin and Gulf Shores (with other rental companies) were given a partial refund on their rentals if they would just still come to the gulf coast. Not us because you didn't care if we came or not, you had our money for the condo and we had no option. We were stuck. You take care of the properties, but you do not think about or care about the actual people renting these properties.

Overall we were impressed with the checkin process,condo and furniture. My only problem was that maintenance requests were either not acted upon or were acted upon in a delayed manner with little or no feedback. Condo was not too clean when we checked in. The master suite was great and enjoyed the balcony quite a bit.
Another problem was with the elevators--they kept getting stuck on certain floors.

Upon arrival, gate code didn't work, room code didn't work and no staff on site for check-in. No air in condo for 2 days. On final night, locked out of unit because code mysteriously didn't work again and had to wait twenty minutes for new code. Overall, very frustrating experience but nice condo.

This was our first time vacationing at Jade East. We found and made our reservations online. The process was very easy; and the management answered all of our questions (polite and helpful!!!). We received a package in the mail well in advance of our trip, detailing our stay (which included several discount coupons to many of the areas attractions). Unfortunately we arrived after hours, but no worries. We soon awoke to the most incredible sunrise and breath taking views of the gulf of mexico. The white sugar sand beaches and emerald water were unspoiled. With regards to Unit #910. We would definitely stay here again. Hats off to the owners!!! From the fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, and utensils); games in the kids room; in-unit washer/dryer; about the only thing missing is your suit case full of clothes; and your closest friends and family members to enjoy it all with you.

Loved the condo layout. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of room. The
master bedroom was amazing. We loved the large bathroom and shower. The
master bedroom had its own door to the balcony. We left the door cracked
and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. The condo was very clean and well
stocked. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we
needed for our short stay. The room came with two beach chairs and an
umbrella located on the beach. That was a big help since we did not have
either. The private beach and pool were great!

Myself, husband, daughter, son-in-law and two young granddaughters stayed in Unit 1030 at Jade East. The unit is beautiful, but unfortunately not kid friendly. With the mirrored walls, glass table tops, we were constantly watching the grandkids telling they over and over, "Don't touch that!" When we discovered that the dryer did not work, we asked to be moved to a more family oriented unit. We were moved up a level to unit 1130 which we thorough enjoyed. Both units were clean and the view from the balcony was great. We would recommend either of the units, but with children, unit 1130 suited us better. Had great fun. We are already considering returning next year. (Note: After reporting the dryer not working, it was fixed the next day by the maintainance man.)

Condo was just okay, however we really enjoyed the pool and the beach. Beach service was great and we did have an issue with the pool heater was turned off. However, the issue was resolved quickly. Excellent staff made sure our stay was what was promoised. I would stay here again.
The amenities were excellent - very close to the beach.
Back bedroom turned green at night from outside lighting. Could use some shades.

Management was great. I recieved wonderful service even after hours. They were very hopeful considering I forgot to bring the information from the email. The home is beautiful. My family and I loved the place so much we didn't want to leave. I loved everything about Jade East, I am planning another trip soon but without the kids. I recommend Jade East to family, friends, and anyone planning to visit Destin.

We stayed at Jade East for spring break this year and had a great time! View was excellent--Location was great--condo was very roomy--great master bedroom and huge bath along with the other bedrooms and beth---check in staff was great---the only disappointing item was the cleanliness of the condo....many dishes in the cabinets were dirty and had to be rewashed. However, LOVED having a washer and dryer and balcony right over the pool and beach! All in all, it was a great trip and I would stay here again!

We have stayed at Jade East for 2 years now and really love it! The staff is great and so helpful and nice! Thank you to Jessica and Landra for your help and being so nice! You girls are wonderful! We have stayed in more than one unit here and have seen quite a few and they all are very nice and spacious-the staff keeps everything so clean and maintained. We had friends visit when we were staying there and now they want to stay there. We have stayed other places and continue to stay at Jade East. See you next year!

Our family truly enjoyed every bit of our stay at Jade East. We have been staying in Destin for 20 years and have stayed at many different complexes. There was a security guard on site for the duration of our stay. This made us feel good about letting our teenagers go down to the beach in the evenings. The complex was kept very clean. Everyday they were mopping the floors of the common areas, as well as the elevators. They had someone on-site to keep up on all maintenance issues. The pool was great. It was heated, which is a must in April in Destin. We really had no complaints about our unit. It was directly across the street from Big Kahuna's. It was perfect for our large family. We would definitely stay at Jade East again.

The unit was large and right on the beach.
Gorgeous beach and water. Liked the location. Near
food and shopping not a bad drive from airport.
Felt very safe. We saw lots of teenagers but
patrolled and under control.
For room 310 - would have liked to have beach
towels in the room to use on the beach, especially
in this day and age when you have to pay to bring
luggage. Room didn't have a coffee pot. We ran to
Walmart and bought towels and coffee pot first
night. Had to go back to buy soap for the bathroom
and toilet paper. Only had one garbage bag in the
kitchen?! Felt like unit should have provided a
little more for the week.
For ND - Lots of codes, and loved coding into the
room instead of carrying keys. But didn't know how
to enter parking lot or beach the first time. Had
to call ND a couple times that first day to gain
access. Internet, everything had codes that we'd
have loved to have on our booking info. Everyone
at ND very friendly and helpful when called.
Over all a good experience!

We've been coming to Destin for about 10 years now and have stayed in a couple different facilities. Your's is one of the best, probably number 1 because of the amenities and customer service. We have a WONDERFUL time at the Jade East Tower. The room was clean,neat,and well set up. The beach was very nice,(the complimentary chair & umbrella very,very nice). All in all our stay at Jade East Tower was excellent and we will definitely recommend you to all our friends. A+++++. Oh yea, the weather you all provided was quite nice also. Thanks for everything.

This was year two for us at Jade East and it never ceases to amaze us at how fortunate we are to be able to stay at such a beautiful spot. We stayed in Unit 1130 and the home was impeccably maintained. The view from the balcony as well as the master bedroom leaves you feeling like you are on a little slice of heaven. You are right on the Gulf and the sunrise and sunset alone from those views is worth the price. The kitchen was extremely functional. The bedrooms were in wonderful condition. We got a lot of use out of the beach access ( chairs and umbrellas as well as beach location) and we used the pool quite a bit. We also used the free mini golf tickets daily for the kids that also got us discounts on go Karts. A trip to the Gulfarium is a must as well as experiencing Fudpuckers. The location of Jade East is central to all of that. We liked the views the best. I would have to say the only thing we didn't like was some of the spring breakers from highschool were up to all hours of the night making noise in the hallways and beach. It did not bother us in the master bedroom, but it did lead to a little sleeplessness for the kids one night. Other than that.......we seriously plan to make Jade East our vacation destination for years to come!

Betty took our reservation and she was great as well as helpful. Jessica, WOW, she was sooo great to deal with. She was so helpful. We got married behind Jade East and she went above and beyond to make things stress free. When we first arrived and found that Cody, who we booked the wedding with, no longer worked there...I immediately began to stress. Jessica was calm and did everything in her power to help me. Her son became ill and she came to our room (Friday AM) and personally handed the keys to the clubhouse as well as instructions to me because she knew the office would be closed the rest of the weekend. I knew she cared and that really meant a lot. THANK YOU JESSICA!!! Newman Daily was AWESOME!! We go to Destin every year and I will ALWAYS book with Newman Daily!!! THANKS NEWMAN DAILY!!!!!!
As for the room, we loved it. The decor was wonderful and relaxing. I didn't like how the door slammed when the sliding glass door was open. Someone can really get hurt. But this is something you all cannot control and I know/understand that. The view was ok and I would have preferred a larger balcony. I didn't like how the room next to us could overview our balcony...I didn?t feel it was very private. Again, nothing you can control.
Overall, everything was great! Location is GREAT! Thanks for all you do!

The location of the condo is wonderful, but the condo unit it's self was so dirty.
It looked like it had not been dusted for months and the carpet was very dirty.
It really needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. Also it needs a dvd player in
the master bedroom that would have been great.

Not a negative word to say...Staff was great, polite, and very accomodating in our needs...Would definetly stay at Jades East again in the near future...Property very well maintained, clean , and is located near just about everything you would need..The only thing I might recommend would be a larger washer and Dryer!!! With 7 girls hard to keep things washed and dry in a timely manner...Thanks Again for A WONDERFUL stay:)

we really enjoyed the 1030 unit, I was swept away with the beauty of the unit and the outside scenery. The pool was heated each day and ready for use, the locals was very nice and happy to see you, we will be back again in a few months. we love Jessica!!

Jade East Towers offers great beach views, beach access, exercise facilities, and access to Destin.
Unit 910 is a beautiful, comfortable unit, which we enjoyed and would use again. The staff on site was very helpful to fix and correct small issues which came up with the unit. If you need big screen HD tv this may not be the best unit for you.

I have been staying at Jade East for several years. The units are always spotless as was the case this last trip. I particularly like the VIP check in service.It's almost as easy as owning the unit.The thing I like most however are the magnificent views of the gulf.

As a local, we don't have the opportunity to get away to our exquisit beaches as our tourists get to do everyday. We can hardly even see our beautiful beaches anymore. The unit we stayed in at Jade East was just beautiful, very comfortable, homey, modernly updated. And the view...Oh my goodness!! Breathtaking! And Newman-Dailey was awesome, your staff was oh so helpful. I would like to thank them for being so community minded to donate these stays to local charities for auctions and such. It was their generosity that allowed me the opportunity to be able to afford this wonderful gift... A VACATION at home away from home! Which I also got to share with my brother and his family from Atlanta. We had some much needed great quality time together. Thank you so much this is priceless opportunity.

This was a beautiful decorated condo and exceptionally clean. We were very comfortable and you can enjoy the wonderful green waters of the Gulf right from the balcony.

When we arrived at unit inside the unit there still was mold and mildew in the master shower.
It looks like they are in the process of refurbishing it, and there was paint smeared all over the kitchen counter tops.
The master bedroom get extremely hot, if you leave the curtains open.
The base boards were in really bad shape and needed to be repainted.
As much as I had paid for this unit, I felt I could of gone elsewhere for a more 'up scale' place to stay.
I called Newman-Dailey after my stay, and they just said 'Thanks for the input'. I would of thought they would of offed some compensation.
The balcony is nice, and has a nice view but a bit small. The interior was decorated nicely.
The pool was very clean, and warm for an afternoon swim. Loved the beach service.
In the hall ways there is dust everywhere especially all over the elevators because they are re grouting the hallways.

We had a GREAT time during our stay in Destin. We totally enjoyed the beach and the service. However, there were a few issues with unit 1740. There was mildew in the shower (on the tiles and shower head). The shower caddy was rusty. The vertical blinds in the living room and master bedroom were missing slats (which were mysteriously hanging in the closet). However, we really enjoy vacationing in Destin and will definitely rent again at the Jade East Towers.

The staff was very friendly. We loved that the rental came with two beach chairs and an umbrella for the entire time we stayed there (one week). The view from our balcony was incredible. We would highly recommend Jade East to anyone vacationing in Destin. We thought the overall price for the rental was a bit pricey, however, we have nothing to compare that too, since this is the first time we stayed in Destin at a condo; we usually stay at the Holiday Inn right next door to Jade East. We would love to go back next year!

Condo 240 is very nicely appointed. The only issues I had were problems with the door entry. The staff were very kind and helpful in solving this problem. Only issues with the property were: the kitchen faucet leaks when you turn it on, and the first bowl sink in the master bath was slow - like it was almost stopped up.
We also ran out of toilet tissue before we left, and there was no spares in any of the bathrooms.
When you pay that much to stay, you don't expect to run out of something as inexpensive as toilet tissue.

I have stayed at the Jade east towers 3 times in the last 4 years had and okay stay the only issues were I even called ahead of booking at the jade east towers after reading reviews on the pool being to cold and had the same problem as the people staying in July with twin girls age 4 I ended up also leaving a day early due to pool water ice cold, the rental unit was nice, hard to stay in a place where 2 seperate rental companies in same building.

This condo was even more grand in person than the pictures appeared online. Overall, the decor was warm and amazing however the master bath was a little dated only in comparison to the rest of the condo. Overall, this condo is highly recommended and I am sure that it will not disappoint.

The owners were nice and very helpful in what to do around Destin, etc. However, when we got to our condo, the tile has a layer of grit.. entryway, hallway, kitchen, bathrooms. I swept/vacuumed, which solved the problem. Master tub had a greasy film on it, which I would have cleaned, but noticed that the tub drain plug allows the water to leak out, so stuck to the shower. Biggest problem was front door did not have a deadbolt or anything other than a knob. Our young daughter kept letting herself out. Need another layer of protection.. Only 4 washcloths in the unit for our family of 6. As my husband went to the office, I found the cleaning folks next door. Both argued that 4 washcloths were all we should have in our 2 BR unit before giving in and letting us have more. Probably will not stay here again. Paying this much for a vacation, more is expected. That being said, the view was beautiful.

The condo was very spacious and the views from the living room and the master bedroom were the best ever. The kitchen had everything we needed to accomodate 4 young teenagers and 2 adults. We had more than enough room in the condo and we never felt like we were walking on top of each other. I would definitely go back again.
One thing that needed improvement was the entry into the gated rental property. The code needs to be given on the paperwork so that the renter can gain access to the property upon arrival.

This was our first experience with the smaller 2-bedroom "30". I really
like these units. Especially like that there's a separate laundry room
off the kitchen. This particular unit is very nicely equipped. We've
never been disappointed with any of the units in Jade East. This is
mostly due to Newman-Dailey's great management.

We booked Jade East Towers in August 2009 through Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. To begin, booking the condo was a breeze. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely polite and accomodating. The condo was exactly as it was pictured on the website. In fact, the pictures don't really do it justice. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Just what you want when you are away from home. The view was breath taking and the pool and beach are both easily accessible. My kids had a blast. My teenage son even went as far as to say that "the condo is awesome". I will book with this company and at this property again in the future.
