We enjoyed the stay, ND staff was very responsive to any minor issues. Having a quiet place is important and we got that 100 percent.
Price was reasonable and location very good.
We will be return customers

I really did love this condo - it was in a great location, fantastic 180 views, and just around the corner from the grocery store. Nicely furnished, and had everything I needed. While I would definitely consider leasing this property again, I do have a couple of suggestions. I had to purchase two beach chairs and an umbrella because they were not provided. This set me back about $80.00. There were no throw rugs on any of the hardwood floors. The screen door off of the living room was off of its track because it was broken. Also, it would be nice to have the windows cleaned. They were filmy from the salt air and I had to clean the windows myself so that the view was more pleasant. Overall, these were all just minor things ... it was a very nice property and I definitely would not let any of these issues prevent me from leasing again (with the exception of providing some beach items).

This was our 2nd annual Girl's Beach Get away and we had a phenomenal time! The condo is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. Thanks Greg for making this trip possible :)

We love the Mainsail property and have enjoyed our first stay in unit 174. This is such a well kept property and the onsite amenities keep us coming back year after year. The large private beach is amazing and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

We love Destin!! We have been coming here since 1996. We have stayed at the Mainsail all but two times. The Mainsail is right on the beach, great condos, wonderful views of the ocean if you stay in a panaramic view condo like 141. 141 was great, as all the schooner condos are. During our stay it rained almost every day but not all day so we did get to the beach alot, just wasn't very sunny. But there is so much to do in Destin, you can't go wrong. We will definately return again and again and we would for sure stay in 141 again.

This was an amazing beachfront home. We've stayed in a lot of beach condos on the gulf and the Atlantic and this one, by far, was the best. The views from the entire condo are unbelievable. The kitchen is gorgeous and very well stocked. The furnishings are very tasteful, comfortable and large. The decor is bright and up-to-date. The few mechanical issues we had were addressed IMMEDIATELY.
We were treated extremely well throughout the entire process-from rental inquiry to check-out. This is a wonderful facility for couples and families. The pool is freezing in March (unheated) but the beach and other resort amenities were more than enough for us. The beach setup (chairs and umbrella) was a lifesaver and the kids loved watching the paddleboarders and parasailers cruise by. You WILL NOT be disappointed here.

We had such a great time at Mainsail and it was mostly because of this condo! It is the perfect location, everything was so nice! It is right on the ocean with a huge wrap around balcony and the amenities are great, amazing kitchen!!! Will definitely be staying here again!

We love our condo in Mainsail and have stayed in the same one for five years. We were somewhat dismayed when the decor was changed, since we had gotten used to "vintage Florida". However, the view, the comfort and the amenities offered keep us coming back. I will retire this year, and we are looking forward to visiting during different seasons. We really do consider this our home away from home!

We spent a wonderful week at Mainsail Condominium. Our unit had a wrap-around balcony with a spectacular view of the Gulf. We enjoyed having late afternoon snacks on the balcony while watching the sun go down. The unit was roomy with a large kitchen. We did notice a slight dank odor, but it diminished with fresh air and scented candles. Also, the king size bed needed a new mattress. Overall, we truly enjoyed it and would recommend Mainsail as a great place to have a beach vacation.

We absolutely loved every minute of our time in the condo and on the beach!!! Plan to make this a tradition. The condo is well furnished, the balcany superb, the beach, was the best.

The unit we stayed in was beachfront. It was beautifully furnished and had granite countertops and wood floors. Our daughter who was one year old at the time had a great time on her first beach vacation. Having such a nice kitchen was a plus. Since we had the baby with us, we ate breakfast and lunch at the condo, then went out for dinner. There is a state park just a few miles away that we enjoyed tremendously.
