The Maravilla condo was clean, close to the beach, very nice quiet area, good beach service with chairs and an umbrella included was a plus.

Short walk to the beach with amazing beach service included (2 chairs and an umbrella).. convenient location with short walks to a few local restaurants… the place was clean and the host was very communicative… being in an end unit was nice and quiet without a lot of people walking past the room… I don’t have any pets but lots of other guests did and it was nice to pet all of the dogs.. will definitely try to stay there again the next time I visit

We loved staying here! Wonderful location. The pictures don’t do it justice. We couldn’t get Internet in the second bedroom which was difficult as my husband had to work the month we were there. But the Internet worked everywhere else in the house. The property itself is kept very clean and all the people staying there were friendly. We would definitely come back to this unit. We liked that it was on the end and on the top floor as we didn’t have neighbors above us or to the side of us. We absolutely loved the beach furniture on the deck. Sometimes when it was cold I would bring the deck chair into the master and just watch the ocean from there. We also really appreciated having two bathrooms. Its a nice place and was a great getaway for us!

My family and I vacationed June 6th thru June 13th, 2020 at Mirimar Beach. We stayed at Maravilla Condominium 3401. This place is awesome! It is pet friendly. It was great for our family of 6. It is very spacious and we never felt like we were crowded. I loved the balcony. It is very large with a full table that sits 4 and it has a tall table with 4 tall chairs. Perfect for eating outside. The condo was very clean. It is decorated very nice. The furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and dishes for cooking in. I especially loved the starter pack of supplies. We got in late so we didn't have to go to the grocery store for coffee. It was supplied in the pack for our first morning. This condo is located at the end of the building. You can't hear anyone walking or any doors closing. The pools are awesome! My grandchildren love playing at the beach but they don't like swimming in the ocean. The sand is so white. We love this private beach and condo. The boys on the beach made sure we were satisfied with where our chairs and umbrellas were set up on the beach. They came by everyday to make sure we were doing okay and to say hi. They provided great service. The staff at the office were very nice. They made sure we were satisfied with our accommodations. We had a great vacation here and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

Nice, affordable condo in the heart of Mirimar Beach. Great property for families and couples, with many pet friendly units including this one.

We truly enjoyed our time in Destin area. The office personnel were absolutely wonderful. The only reason for 4 star would be the cleanliness of condo. Lots of dust bunnies. AC handler room and vents very very dusty. Look forward to seeing you again. Thanks. Nathan Stice

This place was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They had wonderful ammenities and perks. The place was so cute and was perfect for our week there. The beach was super close and the pools were nice. Will definitely been renting again.

The unit is bigger than most in Maravilla. The balcony is very large as it is a corner unit. The furnishing were clean and in good repair. The unit itself was in good repair and cleaner than most. The cable seemed to have more channels available than most units. We have been coming to Destin for 28 years. Most at marvilla. The renting agent was good and they provided you a starter pack of items as in coffee, dish soap, laundry soap etc. Helps so you do not have to go to the store as soon as your arrive when the stores are unbearably crowded. The couches are clean but not very comfortable. The pots and pans are cheap and too few. The July time of year was bad on many levels. Too hot, too crowded. These are not faults of the unit. The cabana guys leave a lot to be desired. Even if you got to them as they were setting up there were no chairs close to the beach if you were from Maravilla so you could watch the kids. We know this for a fact as they offered people just after us close to the beach seats. We tipped them $20 the first two days then did not use them at all. For the first time in 28 years our beach items were stolen when we left them on the chairs after our morning trip. The Cabana guy were no help at all. "I saw nothing, I cannot be held responsible". We are in our 70's and was traveling with our grandson thus the summer trip. The beach was crowed during the day and there seemed to be more rowdy people than usual. No more trips during the school breaks. They are tearing up Hwy 98 for long stretches in the shopping districts and this makes for extreme back ups. I'm thinking we will skip Destin for the next year or so. Unless all the restaurant increased their prices from last fall by $8 to $10 an plate the prices are jacked up for the summer along with Condo prices. We usually go to Destin Spring and fall and winter. Destin this trip was too crowded everywhere you went but the beach is just as beautiful as ever. The clean white sand is hard to forget and move on.

We had a great stay at Maravilla. The condo is in a great location just across the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy with the kids. We also really appreciate the pet friendly atmosphere. The condo could use a little updating with the decor, but overall, it was spacious and clean. Thank you for the great customer service throughout our stay!

Newman-Daily did great, from the very beginning contact to the gracious greeting in the office upon our arrival. The ladies there were very kind to us. I liked the fact that we were on our own but had a contact number to use if we needed. The Maravilla condominium complex is wonderful. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas and it was great not to have to bring those from home. We did have difficulty at night reading the Maravilla sign on the south side. Someone needs to trim the greenery next to the sign so the lights shine better on the name. We loved staying at 3401. The pictures on the internet make it look nicer than it really is, however. The furniture is not good quality, and the colors and design are not anything special. Such as: dark beige beautiful drapes and tile floor, but grey couches! The dining room furniture was very functional but outdated and showed much wear. The kitchen white countertops were certainly nothing fancy, but very usuable. A lot of the kitchen utensils and pots and pans showed much age and use. I am shocked that there is not a hair dryer furnished. I don't know when I have had to bring one on a trip anywhere. Nevertheless, we certainly did enjoy our stay there and were very comfortable, but the unit wasn't as nice as we had anticipated from the pictures. We are so very thankful that the owner agreed to allow our dog in the unit. I hope you found that she was a good dog and that we left the unit in good condition. I was also surprised that the beds had no blankets. I don't usually sleep with just a sheet and then also have to use the top bedspread for warmth. That is not satisfactory, as I'm sure the bedspread is not laundered like the sheets. We certainly will recommend Newman-Daily and Maravilla to our friends and we thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maravilla 3401. It is somewhat dated and needs a bit of care: ceiling fan on the porch is rusted and does not work; Ice maker had problems and ice trays were broken; sofa and other furnishings have an older, worn appearance. Smaller bedroom mattress needs replacing. Newman Daily staff were delightful, helpful and attentive. I would recommend Newman-Dailey, but perhaps not this particular unit.

Dear Ms. Dailey: I have used Newman-Dailey for years to book my Destin vacations, and with the exceptions of this year and last year, I have been generally pleased with the overall experience. However, I ALWAYS request a Gulf FRONT unit. I do not want a Gulf VIEW unit. I was assured this year, as well as last year, that the unit I reserved WAS, indeed, Gulf FRONT. Of course, Unit 3401 of Maravilla is only a Gulf VIEW unit. While my family and I enjoyed our stay at 3401, I was disappointed that once again I was misled as to it being a Gulf FRONT unit. Having said that, compared to comparable rental units in the area, I believe the value for the unit to be reasonable given the rental period. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The check-in process was made simple; and your staff was excellent upon check-out. However, I may book with another agency next time I visit Destin to ensure that I receive a Gulf FRONT unit as I request, and that I am promised by the booking agent. The unit was clean and spacious, but was NOT the Gulf FRONT view I was promised when I booked the unit. It was a nominal Gulf VIEW. This has happened two successive years, making me consider using another booking agency, whose employees will be honest regarding the terms; especially such a material term that is specifically requested, and assured by the booking agent that a Gulf FRONT unit is, in fact, being reserved.

Beautiful resort, Newman dailey was amazing to work with,.this condo needs to be remodeled or lowered in price, great location though!

We really enjoyed staying at this unit. It was very inviting and clean. It was convenient to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely choose this one again!
