We decided to spend Thanksgiving at the beach, which was a first for our family. It turned out to be absolutely fantastic! We had rented from Newman-Dailey before and, as always, were extremely pleased with their service and friendliness. The unit we rented was gorgeous and a perfect layout for us; (our grandsons loved the bunk room.) The beach was beautiful, and the large heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with this unit. The decor was very nice and plush. . It was very clean and we loved the layout. My 8 year old loved the fact that he could choose bunkbeds or a regular bed both with tv in room. The view was great and the beach access was so convenient. We would love to come back and would recommend it to friends. We watched the sunset everynight! The Newman-Dailey staff was so helpful in making the reservations and helping to plan activities. We liked being away from all the hi rise condos . This was out from everything big but had enough stuff close to drive to.

After having stayed at both Destin and WaterColors, we wanted something somewhat in between these experiences. When I shared this with the associate at Newman Dailey, she recommended San Remo at Santa Rosa. She was right on target! We had the most incredible time. The weather was perfect, the beaches were spectacular and our San Remo unit was everything this family of 7+ could possible ask for. This area allowed us to appreciate the wild life and foliage the sand dunes had to offer as well as a turtle pond on site. We were able to be near the Destin and Water Colors amenities without being in the hustle and bustle. Perfect! We will stay here again.

September is a wonderful time at the beach. Even though we had rain on one of the three days we were there, the view from our condo was still nice and very relaxing. The condo was nicely decorated with plenty of space. I loved the large balcony where I ate breakfast and lunch and took my naps in the lounge chairs. Although we could not see the Gulf meet the sand, there was a pretty view of the water just across the small lake and over the dunes. The pool was about 25 yards long which was great when my husband did his lap swims. The planked walkway to the beach was short and easy. It had a shower and feet hose for washing off sand and salt. The paved and not paved bike trails gave us an excellent way to see the area and get some exercise. If there was a down, it would have been the numbers to remember at the gates. I do enjoy the keyless entries. Most of the time the gate to the beach were opened but once we were locked out of the walking gate and had to punch in the code to the car gate. Overall it was wondeful.

This was our first time to stay in this unit. We have stayed at San Remo one other time. We liked the access of this unit, very convenient with 4 children. San Remo is very convenient to both Destin and Seaside. Great condo! We will be back.

Thank you so much! This condo was great! We had such a great time!! We went to Seaside, ate, went to Baytown Wharf and did many other fun things! We love Santa Rosa Beach. It is so peaceful and great. Thank you for everything.

We love Santa Rosa Beach area and San Remo. We have stayed at this location for 6 years. The property is well kept and maintained. Newman Dailey is very accommodating when anything is needed. We have one negative comment about this unit , even though we will go back to it again next year fro the winter months. The carpet is bad need of replacement,especially in the dining/living area. I would recommend that it be replaced with tile. That would make it easier to care for and certainly more sanitary... no further flooring replacment costs.

Thank you for blessing our family this week of Spring Break. So relaxing and to reminded us of the simplicity of life and love of family. I pray the same peace over every future guest within 209. So comfortable and cozy. We so enjoyed the pool serveral times a day. I will miss the view and sound of the Gulf the most.

We really enjoyed this condo. It had a great pool and hottub and a beautiful beach. The Santa Rosa area is charming and quaint - great for bike rides! My wife loved the decor and furnishings. My kids loved thier rooms, and I loved the great HD Tv's in all bedrooms and family room.
We would love to stay here again!

It was an awesome time to disconnect from the world and reconnect with family. We have stayed in San Remo several years. We love the location, the cleanliness and the other families that we meet.
Thank you for your patience with working with us during the oil spill. We only have media coverage to go by. You remained flexible for us to ensure our stay was comfortable, yet you allowed us the opportunity to back out if we wanted to due to the circumstances. I'm so glad we decided to stay.

Love this location. San Remo is perfectly located a few miles from Destin in Santa Rosa Beach. It is located very close to everything you need. It is like having your own personal beach and pool. This makes for a great family vacation. 201 is exquisitely furnished, very large. I would highly recommend this condo.

What a wonderful week filled with family and lots of fun. We met up with family from AL and NY to come to a total of 16 of us in seperate units. We went boogie boarding, built a sand chair, played flash light tag, went crab hunting, strolled around Baytown Wharf and rode the zip line, rented 2 wave runners and pontoon boat, swam around crab island, went to a movie, hunted for sea shells, blew fireworks on the 4th, spent lots of time with family. We loved the 2nd floor view and this unit was perfect for us. A few rain storms earlier in the week gave us a chance to go shopping and watch movies together. Other then that, the weather was beautiful. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us and we can't wait for next year!

This was our third vacation at San Remo Condos. The condo we had was beautiful, well laid out, great kitchen, and the balcony was fantastic. We traveled with our kids and another family and their kids. San Remo is a safe condo with a gated entry. (I love the entry gate!!!) There are so many things about San Remo that we love: the large pool, the easy access to the beach area, the ease of entry into the condo (because of the coded entry doors) and the beautiful condo itself. This condo was large enough that the kids had a place to play on the day that it did rain and the parents were able to sit on the back porch and enjoy themselves. We would and do recommend San Remo to our family and friends. We love the 30a area because of the great local restaurants and shops.

San Remo never disappoints, but SR201 was by far upscale, gorgeously appointed, very quiet with awesome views! It is a perfect location along 30-A if you want to avoid the crowds, but still be close. The unit has everything you could need and the complex has a HUGE pool with a generous hot tub. The beach is right there! This was our first time renting from Newman-Dailey and they were so accomodating and even surprised us with some sparkling wine in celebration of our home purchase in Santa Rosa Beach. We liked best the location of San Remo, especially SR201. No dislikes! Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Remo. We have rented before at Terra Cotta BUT this is much nicer!!! We loved being so much closer to the beach.
We did have a small issure with running out of hot water. The last two people to shower in the evening were either in cool or cold water. It was a cooler week while we were there, so it would have been better with hot water.
I heard that SR 109 may be for sale? Is this true? If so, what is the price? Also, does this mean that it might go off the market for renting?
Everything else was perfect! The decor was just so me and I was very relaxed and comfortable there.
Thank you so much for allowing us to rent SR 109. We will return, if it is still available for rent.
I do have question---I love the relax, retreat, reflex,renew poster/picture in the master bath. Do you know where I could find it?

Just wanted to send you our comments on the unit...WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY @ 203... The property has tons of potential... We were surprised to learn that the guests staying at the condos next door had full use of the pool & hot tub... It was was sometimes very busy at the hot tub with children and young adults... The unit was exceptional... The drapes in the living room don't
close & the gusty winds on Saturday blew them down... (I think people have been pulling on them thinking they should close) Perhaps a set of
sheers would help with privacy at night... We thought the place was very tastefully furnished & exceptionally clean... We really like the 30A area and we will probably stay here in October if we can find the time...
Once again, we really enjoyed our stay and the service we received from Newman Dailey was over the top...

We had a wonderful time in the lovely San Remo condo - #209. It was the perfect size for us and beautifully decorated with great views of the Gulf and a quiet end unit. A couple of things that need repair or improvement - there was a leak in the northeast corner of the ceiling of the bedroom on the right as you enter the condo. Since it rained heavily while we were there, the leak increased. The blind over one window in the dining area needs to be fixed, and last of all, the biggest problem from our point of view, was the bedroom on the left as you enter the condo. At night the lights outside STREAMED into the room and lit it up like day, making it difficult to sleep. If this was corrected by a blackout drape over the one window in that room it would be terrific.

The condo was more than I expected. It's listed as 2 bedrooms, but it is really 3, the bunk beds are in a little room by themselves. I was very very pleased with everything about it. Planning on comming back next month, just my husband and I, (no kids this time) and we have already booked with Newman-Dailey for that trip also. They more the met our expectations. Would recommend them to anyone.

The service was great, everybody that we spoke to was very polite and helpful. The home was very nice, the only thing that could have been improved was there was not a can opener, bottle opener, not much silverware, no grilling spatulas. We love the location, the pool was great. We love this place because it is very quiet and a good place to relax, that is what a vacation is all about.

We really liked the place and our stay was good. Only issue was that though all TV's worked, Non of the remotes worked. Also some remotes were missing.
No channel guide, so it was very frustrating to figure out the channels and due to lack of remotes, we need to change channels running up to TV caused lot of grief. I hope you wil address this minor glitch but equally a frustrating issue.
Aprat from that place is jsut awesome and looking forward to stay in future.

This was our first trip to Santa Rosa beach and we will definitely be coming back. The facility was very well kept and clean. Our unit was very nice and spacious. The beach was beautiful and very quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Nice,cleand and beautiful. There was only one thing that I wasn't prepared for and the noise was greatly annoying and that was the frogs that came out at night in the pond in front of the condo. Other than that our stay was wonderful.
I did leave my camera charger plugged into the wall and called to ask for it to be returned, but, I was told that it was never found. I do know that I left it there plugged in. We drove and did not fly so it was not misplaced.

Despite Tropical Storm Claudette that blew in on our first night and ruined an entire day of our stay the rest of the week was excellent. The condo was clean and beautiful and we loved the remote area away from all the commercial and fast food places. We would definitely stay there again.

I would not stay at this complex again. The walls are paper thin so you can hear above, below, sides, and throughout the unit you are in. When someone takes a shower or opens a door you know!!
There is a very run down apartment complex next door that is unsightly, the tenants know the code to the pool and use it.
We were trying to get back in to the pool area from the beach and 3 different people passing on the shared walkway told us the code to open the pool gate. Before we got there we had read reviews that complained of this problem and the property manager claimed the problem had been taken care of! I assure you it has not.
If you are looking for a nice quiet vacation this is not the place.

The condo unit was wonderful. It was very roomy for two adults and 5 kids. We have been staying on 30 A for the past ten years and we would stay at this unit again. We loved the view!! Also,the walk to the beach was very easy.

Everything went well. Debbie Scott in reservations and Ryan on the desk were particularly nice. San Remo was nicely situated with a good view of the beach and pool...nice grounds. Location was good and close to where we rented a house last year. There was plenty of space in the condo and it had a very nice, large deck. My only complaint is that you changed the lock code for the front door about 9:30 when check wasn't until 10:00. That could have been a problem if someone hadn't stayed in the condo while I was loading the car! I'd work on that if I were you. Otherwise, a very nice experience. Oh, there was nothing in the condo to identify the TV channels. I got a copy from Ryan when I checked in, but it turned out to be incorrect. What he gave me was probably the one for the Destin area instead of the Santa Rosa area. Also nothing in the condo to indicate which restaurants were in the area. That would have been helpful..you know, menus...something like that. We enjoyed ourselves. Thanks.

1. Newman Dailey was so very helpful in finding the right place for our family's vacation along with staying within our budget.
2. We rented 4 condo's and SF209 was one of them.
The View was breath taking, the condo was perfect
with plenty of room for all. The balcony was so very nice, plenty of room, always a breeze and over the pool area.
3. The grounds and the pool of San Remo was wonderful for the 23 members of our family to play games, have a cook out and just be together.
4. The location was perfect for children as well as adults. You can stay as busy as you want to be
or relax and enjoy the scenery, breeze and quiteness.
5. The free golf,track,dolphin cruise passes was
fantastic and that's just one of the reasons why we our family will be returning to San Remo in 2010.

My family and I have stayed in a lot of condos on our vacation. We stayed at San Remo 3 years ago also. San Remo 203 was nice but not perfect. When you are paying the rate we were paying you would expect all the bare essentials to be provided. Some of the things the condo did not provide were: a can opener, bottle opener, alarm clocks (no clocks at all in the unit except on the microwave and stove), and a laundry basket. The furniture was very nice but not really that comfortable. The living room did not have curtains that you could close to cover the balcony door, so if you wanted to take a afternoon nap on the sofa or lounge chair you had the full days sun light in your face. Also I did not notice this right away but the bed in the master bedroom did not have a head or foot board. There were just two big decorative pillows at the head of the bed.
Outside of the condo the only other biggest negative was that there is not a Newman/Dailey office in the 30A area. It would have been nice if we would not have had to go out of our way deal with all the hassle of going into Destin on our first day to sign the paper work. We arrived at the rental office around 2:00 pm. I know check isn't until 3:00 to 5:00 but when I called ahead they said come on in and you can go ahead and take care of the paper work which we did. While I was there I asked how long before our unit would be ready. The person checking me in said they would just call us on our cell phone. I told them we would like to go to the grocery store if we had some time and asked if they would call the housekeeping crew to find out where they were on it. She did call on the radio and I heard the conversation. She was told it was being worked on right then so it should not be long. We got done shopping at 4:00 and still had not received a call so I called the office. The person I spoke to was rude and said they would call us. I finally convinced her to call housekeeping. Turns out it was ready.

We have been traveling to the Destin area since the early 1980's and this rates as one of the top properties.
All dealings with staff were excellent. Property was immaculate and very well designed.The furnishings and internet connection were adequate.Access to the beach was very good for the area as there was a ramp /bridge most of the way as opposed to the usual 3-4 flights of stairs.The cooking utensils were poor and the TV/DVDs (Very Small)were outdated .Need to be updated.
Overall I would reccommend to anyone.

This is one of the best vacations that our family of 5 has ever taken. Access to the beach was easy and close. We stayed in room #203. When we arrived it was just as we saw it online - a property with security gates, wonderful beds, stocked kitchen, and beautiful furniture. The only thing missing was it could have had full drapes on the back patio that could have been pulled closed at night. Newman Daily made our stay easy and fun with the "Funtastic" package they provided. We loved this property and we will be coming back again soon!

My girls and I love San Remo. It is located in the perfect spot for our fall vacations. We love the nearby shopping and dining.
The condo facilities are wonderful. The pool area is really nice and the beach access is built for an easy walk with beach chairs. The security of the grounds is good and we feel very comfortable staying in this complex.
The condos themselves could be furnished better. The first one we stayed in had very uncomfortable sitting furniture. This past October the furniture was comfortable, but the style was very "unbeachlike"....but who cares about furniture when the rest of the grounds and the beach are perfect!

This was my first time at the facility. It was a relaxing, calming atmosphere and environment. The accomodations were excellent, the condo was beautiful, and supplied with everything you could need or want. The bedding was comfortable too. The view and location of the unit was excellent. I prefer an end unit, and this unit met all my desired, it was perfect. When I get an opportunity to return or for family to schedule a stay, I will defintaly recommend the complex and this unit. The Rental Agency was attentive to my requsets and needs as well. Thank you for making my time at your complex and in this unit a memorable part of my life.
