Beautiful Beach

Positives:
- The check-in process was very simple and painless.
- The added extras and freebies provided by the rental company (DVD rentals, dolphin boat ride, putt putt golf, etc).
- The cleanliness of the home was exceptional.
- The location right on the beach was great.
Negatives:
- Dealing with the umbrella rental company right in front of the property on the beach. They basically acted like the owned that entire section of the beach, and we would have to carry our belongings another 200 yds just to setup in a location by the water.

The service was friendly and prompt. The home was spacious, nicely decorated, adequately stocked with kitchen tools and towels, and the beds were comfortable. There is an excellent view of the beach and the sky from the back porch. Minimal light pollution for stargazers. This unit is situated just steps away from the pool and the beach. Several grocery stores are minutes away. This was a plus for us because we like to cook. The pool is between two of the buildings and does not get much sun. It is heated and the temperature of the water was perfect. It was a nice change and a refreshing oasis when we'd had enough of the sun and sand. We visited in May and the area and the condos were not crowded at all. I hope to return again next May.

We had the most perfect Spring Break staying at the Villa's of Santa Rosa! It felt like home. It had all the comforts we needed. I will not hesitate at all to stay in that unit again. Dealing with Daily-Newman was stress free and I will definately go through them again and will most certainly recommend to friends. We have a new favorite vacation spot! A+A+A+A+A+...Thanks!

It was an absolutely beautiful condo, one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Please pass this on to the owners! We love the closeness to the beach and the quietness of the surroundings. The only suggestion I would make is this: the rugs in the hallway are very hard on the feet and it hurts to walk barefoot on them. If those could be replaced, it would be nearly perfect! Thanks again to the awesome ladies at Newman Dailey who pointed me in the right direction for a memorable vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villas. The condo was very nice, comfortable beds and great location. There were a few things that needed attention, the patio lights were out, the master bath shower was very slow to drain, and the dishwasher needs to be replaced, it is very loud. There was not internet access which I had expected to be available. Overall, we had a very nice vacation and the condo was wonderful. I would rent here again.

First Floor unit is very convenient and great location but this one unit needs a little cleaning and updated TVs and Cable service. A bit expensive for upscale condo not too well equipped (kitchen needs some help too!)
Had a small leak in bedroom but Newman Dailey did everything they could to take care of it.
Weather was fabulous - Destin in May!

I just got home from a wonderful four night stay at the Villas of Santa Rosa just east of Destin,Fl. From the time I entered the gated property, I felt comfortable and secure. The condo was beautiful, roomy and stocked with an abundance of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The gift package with kitchen and laundry supplies was much appreciated. The location of the property on a bluff overlooking the ocean provided a spectacular view of the ocean each day and easy access to the beautiful white sands. The property was a little further out of Destin than I would have liked and took a little longer getting to restaurants, but the amenities far out-weighed this inconvenience. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I look forward to enjoying again.

We loved our week at the Villas of Santa Rosa! This unit had the best of everything - it was spacious, had a great ocean view, was just steps from the heated pool and the beach, and the perks of Gulf Place (shops and restaurants) are just across the street! You really can park at the back door to load and unload and the parking lot is gated. We had everything we needed without having to get into the traffic and crowds, but we were conveniently located between Watercolor/Seaside and Destin when we chose to get out. We have already recommended this property to our friends!

My Husband and I spent a wonderful week at the Villas at Santa Rosa Beach, with my daughter,Son-in-Law and our 2 granddauthers.
We have been coming to the Destin area for the last 10 years and now we have found the perfect place to stay. WE LOVED THE VILLAS.
The location was great and the villas are top notched. We could not have asked for a better vacation.

We booked this condo through Newman-Daily.
We love the location. It is right acoss the street from Gulf Place in Santa Rosa.
The condo was very roomy and clean. It could use some updates. The TV's were small and one bedroom did not even have a TV. However, we would stay here again. The first floor was so easy. Very nice small complex.
