(Dislike) We arrived after a long drive to enter the condo 940 and as soon as we walked in we could smell an awful odor.We found some smell from the refrigerator so we purchased baking soda to help eliminate odor.The garbage can had something spilled on the outside of the can.After contacting guest services,they sent someone to clean kitchen area then the smell went away.After we unloaded luggage I began to walk thru the condo and I noticed several things. The walls had a few places that could use repairs for small holes and paint.One of the main slider door leading to balcony wouldn't open.Exhaust fan in master bath was extremly noisey.Oven seem to take forever to heat up the few times we used it.No paper towels. The center bath toilet stopped up and overflowed. The outdoor grill grids needed replace they were falling apart.Went to use grill a few times to find no grill utensils. For the amount of money I paid I was dissapointed over all.(Liked) Location was great,right on the beach.Pool was refreshing.The beach was beautiful and the water was clear and inviting.Plenty of things to do with kids and plenty of places to dine out.I would recommend the area but 940 didn't meet my expectations. I am probably returning again next year for the third time but I will look at other condo's than Jade East.

Thank you for offering your comments regarding your stay at Jade East. I feel terrible that you had to deal with maintenance issues during your vacation. I will revisit with our staff to ensure that all properties are cleaned and maintained before guests arrive. I assure you this is not the normal standard for us. This was our third stay in these apartments. We stay in these condos because we have found none better!

This was our first vacation with Newman-Dailey and our 3rd at Jade East Towers. We were pleasently suprised at how nice the condo was and how friendly the staff at Jade East was. We enjoyed the service so much we will come back to Jade East again.

Unit 940 needs new carpet new dining room chairs and new sofas - they were awfully dirty!!! ?For the amount of money that we paid it should have been very nice and well taken care of.
