     The house is close enough to the beach but if you have children or want to take chairs or a cooler it would be a bit of a walk. The house was very nice but had some issues. The pool was not clean and the hot tub was not working properly. There was also a problem with the a/c not working properly. By the last day of our visit the unit was leaking through the ceiling to the floor below in the kitchen. We had a good time anyway! We generally do a minimum of two system checks each year in hopes of catching any repairs that may be needed, unfortunately those types of repairs can never be predicted. I do apologize if the home seemed further from the beach then you expected. Our vacation specialists are very knowledgeable regarding those types of details although I did notice that your reservation was made through an auction so you made not have had the chance to speak with one of our agents.
