McCaskill & Company Hosts Alex Sepkus Trunk Show, Oct. 7-8

Fashion and design are the cornerstone this week in South Walton and Destin. The first week of October brings South Walton Fashion Week along with runway shows, fashion seminars and trunk shows. As part of this week’s celebration of design and fashion, local jeweler, McCaskill & Company will host the Alex Sepkus Trunk Show, Oct. 7-8, 2016, featuring his latest designs.

A master of design and true original in today’s world, Alex Sepkus is a true craftsman whose priority is beauty. His insight and passion for his work are his driving force and his abilities lie in his hands. Alex Sepkus is a fanatic; his work is far beyond the national standard requirements of a jeweler set by the committee of national standard requirements. However, his attention to detail does not result in conservative designs. We see an irresistible playfulness, even a quirkiness, unrivalled in the world of the goldsmith.

A local retailer, McCaskill & Company is the realization of a childhood dream by Bill Campbell. Bill never outgrew his fascination for diamonds and precious stones. Starting in a small kiosk in Seaside, Bill launched McCaskill & Company and was the only employee. As the business grew and developed, Bill’s wife, Elizabeth, shared in the company overseeing the business operations and marketing.  From working as a personal jeweler with only a small case of pearls and other gems, Bill now receives recognition from the world’s finest designers. So it is no surprise that Bill is able to welcome some of the most respected jewelry designers to the Emerald Coast.

The Alex Sepkus Trunk Show will be held Oct. 7 and 8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday at McCaskill & Company.
