Celebrating Fall with Destin Festivals of All Kinds, Nov. 12

Northwest Florida is forecasted to have another weekend of spectacular temperatures, which will be complemented by outdoor celebrations of all kinds. November is beautiful along Florida’s Emerald Coast so why not get out and enjoy the festivities. Here are this weekend’s top events in Destin and South Walton:

Coastal Boil – On Saturday (Nov. 12) from 1-4 p.m., chefs from across the region will be unite along the Destin Harbor to cook-up fresh, delicious seafood. Hosted by the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association at HarborWalk Village, this fun afternoon celebrates fresh Gulf Coast seafood along the World’s Luckiest Fishing Village. The event will complemented with live music and local craft beers.

Gulfarium Free Kids Weekend – On Saturday and Sunday (Nov. 12-13), kids 12 and under get free admission to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. This classic Florida attraction is focused on educating audiences on a vast array of aquatic species while entertaining kids of all ages. There will be animal shows throughout the weekend and opportunities for kids to get up close and personal with the animals. Limit 2 free kids per adult. Flutterby Festival 2016 – On Saturday and Sunday (Nov. 12-13), flutter over to Rosemary Beach to celebrate the arts and the migration of the Monarch Butterfly. The town will come alive with live music, theater, dance, art activities for kids, butterfly exhibits and much more.
