Nice and clean, super easy access to beach. Great coffee shop right around the corner (Camilles). King bed downstairs was top 5 comfy as far as previous stays. Smart TVs, could watch anything I wanted, perfect for my Youtube and Apple TV. Everything you needed in kitchen to eat in. Girls had a nice space in loft. Would stay again!

We had the most amazing vacation. This place felt like home the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. This condo has tons of upgrades that were very nice. The pool was great. Great view of the Ocean from the patio. Camille’s that’s in walking distance was amazing. The best part, we were just a few steps to the beach. Henderson beach park is our go to for beach days and it was right next door! This condo is the perfect location and we love everything about it! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Caribbean Dunes the beach was walking distance from the apartment and beautiful. We come to Destin almost every year and so far this is my favorite beach spot. The apartment is nicely decorated, it is clean and confortable. The kitchen is modern and it has all you need to cook. It is a nice neighborhood, quiet and calm. We are family of 5 and this place was perfect for us.

We loved our visit to Crystal Beach. The unit was perfect for us. Clean and well equipped. Can’t beat the location as we rode our bikes each day and walked to the beach. The pool area was very nice. Tons of great restaurants within walking/biking. Thank you!

My Grandkids loved being able to go out on the porch, grassy area and sidewalk. This place was fantastic. Loved the pool and the beach was right across the street. We like staying in the area because the lifeguards train every morning and are there thru out the day!

Location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. We only stayed one night but it seemed to be clean and taken care of. We did have 2 people from the property management company come to thew house after we checked in because they needed to do something in the bathroom and with the cable box. With as much as we paid for one night (Over $700) this should have been taken care of before we checked in. Ultimately it was a great place and would recommend.

Descent place to stay. Location was very convenient.. Shower curtain was filthy and panel came off of tub. Bunk bed mattress very uncomfortable. Overall it was a descent place because of location.

Took this trip with my buddies before everyone went back to school, this was perfect for that. A nice place to sit and rest, because naturally, most of the time out here will be spent out on the beach across the street, or in town.

The property, associated with beachfront condos across the street, is a very convenient and cost-effective alternative. The pool is nicer than the beachfront condo pools in the area. The kitchen and whole condo is well-appointed with what you need to enjoy your time. The only negative from us, and we realize it is probably due to the pandemic and Covid protocols, is the inequity in a 4 pm check-in but such an early checkout. Also, the door lock was a little fussy, but everything else was great! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in this perfectly located and decorated condo. It was very clean and had a nice view of the Gulf and Crystal Beach. We could pack up our beach bag and walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a little cooking and even had a cork screw. We sat on our patio in the evening and enjoyed the view of the water. In the morning we drank our coffee on the patio which was covered so even rainy mornings were great. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained. Camille’s Restaurant was a block away for breakfast pickup or an afternoon cocktail. Everything was perfect!!

it was really nice. this was the 6th time staying at the Dunes. 1st time in this room. everything we needed was there. a recommendation - when the Pool lights come on the heat for the pool comes on. we love swimming at night be the water is to cold.

Location was superb. Destin is like a second home for us, we love being in close proximity to the beach and this condo did not disappoint. We walked literally 1 min to the corner cafe every morning for great breakfast, smoothies and fresh juices.

There was plenty of room for the five of us. Love the location, the beach is across the street. Camilla’s right around the corner. Come across Mid-Bay bridge and you are right there. Down the road from Silver Sands Outlet mall, A few miles from Harbor Walk. A few restaurants you could walk to, one being Pazzo Italians, Graffiti and the Funky Blue, 790 on the Gulf, are just a few. I would definitely book again. Thanks for letting me make memories with my great nieces. They had a great time as well.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice clean space and easy to get in and out and to the ocean. Our only complaint is that we thought it was located where you could see the water from the balcony (the pictures were slightly misleading) but you couldn’t. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

We rented this condo for a couple of nights for an out of town soccer tournament for our family of 4. It was a great place to spread out in between games. Just the right size and ideal layout. The beach was right across the street and shopping and eating were just on the other side. We were able to pack in everything we needed to do in our very short stay. The house was clean, and the decorations were super cute!

Loved this condo with a large front patio and we had a view of the Gulf. The furniture was comfortable and the beachy colours were pretty and calming. The kitchen was large for a 1 bedroom and fully equipped. As we do not eat out very often I appreciated the size and ease of using this kitchen. The outdoor areas were beautifully maintained and the Pool area and clubhouse were great! My husband used the pool for his exercises every day but two for the months of January and February. He loved the temperature the pool was kept at. Found the staff at Newman Daily great to work with especially Melissa who went above and beyond to retrieve a package for me. Loved all the extra activities that were put on by the Company, enjoyed ourselves at all of them, plus it gave us the chance to experience new places. We would recommend Newman Daily to any one who is looking to stay in the Destin area.

We had a great time. The condo was plenty large enough for the four adults and two kids. It was very clean and decorated very cute. We had absolutely no issues. Enough hot water for everyone to shower - that was unexpected.

Very nice and cozy - home away from home feel! This condo has room for 6. Love the decor in it! Packing up is always hard to do when you are leaving Destin and those beautiful white sandy beaches. We did encounter an issue with the condo’s dryer - kept going off. I called the main office & let them know - not an emergency since we were leaving in the morning. Hoping the problem was fixed in time for the next family coming to stay at the condo! We love visiting Destin since 1991. Enjoyed having the pool, hot tub, bar be que pits, and easy access to the beach. Great summer vacation spot!

Wonderful space with great access to the beach. My daughter and nieces absolutely loved it. We will be returning. Only downside is checking out at 10am and late check in but everything else was great!

Our check in and check out times are standard in our industry to in order to ensure each vacation rental is properly cleaned and inspected before the next arrival. Unlike a hotel where all the rooms are located in the same building, we have to factor in drive time and traffic for our housekeepers and inspectors. Therefore, we encourage our guests to bring an overnight bag with bathing suits and towels so they begin enjoying the beach immediately while the rental is being cleaned. Condo was exactly what we needed, not a lot of "bells and whistles" but very cozy and comfortable. Nice proximity to beach and coffee shop :) The staff at Newman Daily was helpful, friendly, and we were able to check in early which was a huge plus. They also checked us in very quickly which was so appreciated on such a busy week! Would definitely use you again for renting and would recommend your services to others. Stayed here for years, glad to see remodel (should have moved the couch when painting). Everything was clean, weather was great, the office girls at Beach-side Inn are the best. Would love to go back to the 3pm or earlier check-in. 5 is just too late after along day of travel. Still the best spot on "Old 98" - still the best beach in the world. . . missed Dave the maintenance man.

I had a wonderful time at Caribbean Dunes 222 I was there for three months I have booked for next winter and look forward to it. The staff were very helpful I had a few issues with the internet, it was fixed very quickly. The pool was amazing and I used it most days.

I was very comfortable here this past Jan.17- Feb 17th and would love to rent it again next winter but due to family responsibilities can only rent it for one month.I am flexible so it could be either Jan.Feb.or March.2019. I would suggest new pillows for the bedroom and an extra blanket. Thank you for making me feel at home.This is my second season to rent from Newman -Dailey.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in 111. It's clean, well maintained and it has a nice location with great beach access. There is also convenient access to Emerald Coast Pkwy and the Publix Market, restaurants, etc. It is definitely a unit we will return to in the future. The only drawback to our stay was the morning construction in the unit above. I have stayed with Newman Daily for years and they have always done a great job. However, in the future, I think I will ask about nearby construction.

Stayed in Caribbean Dunes 222 for a Mother's Day weekend with the adult kids so we had a total of 5 adults staying and found the condo to be very accommodating for all our needs. The check-in process which was handled by our daughter went very well and Newman-Dailey people were very welcoming during the process. The condo was located directly across from the pool and is a half a block from the beach with a public beach entrance a short 3 minute walk away. Nice balcony made for an enjoyable area to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun went down. Caribbean Dunes is located close to many fine restaurants and shopping many within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay very much.

You couldn't ask for a better room. It is very convenient to shopping & restaurants. We took advantage of the free movie rentals and free parasailing. Pool & hot tub were nice. Only problem we had was with beach access. Security followed us around and gave us a scolding for trying to set up chairs and umbrella which was very embarrassing. We were told that it was a private beach only for Emerald Dunes & Crystal Dunes only. If we wanted to set up on the beach, we were told to find a public beach somewhere. He said Caribbean Dune could only walk the beach. Bummer if your main reason for staying is to enjoy easy access to the beach.

The accommodation was as we hoped clean tidy everything we needed, close to the beach which was great.Destin is a great place to stay enjoyed our holiday. Had a problem with the toilet called the office and was fixed while we were out very good service. Just a note if you are from the uk and take your hairdryer or straightener's the voltage is different so they do not work very well.

Our 3rd time to Destin. Very nice condo. It had the best equipped kitchen we ever had when renting. Carpet definitely needs to be replaced. The condo was very clean. It has 3 great TV's. The pool maintenance man keeps pool perfect.

We loved our stay at Caribbean Dunes. The condo was much nicer than expected, the pictures don't do it justice. It's really close to the beach, has a pool and hot tub and the area is simply beautiful. We traveled for Spring Break and the beach wasn't crowded, no noisy parties, just good fun. The management company was great to work with, we received many free perks with our stay and did the dolphin tour, parasailing and rented free movies.

111 was perfectly suited for four teenage girls and one mama! Ground floor convenience and access was perfect - no climbing or lugging our things up stairs - and we still had a view of the Gulf! Although we werent blessed with warm weather, we got much needed Beach therapy, retail therapy at our door step all in the quaint Crystal beach neighborhood. Great memories shared and we loved it! Destination Destin now tops their list!

Perfect Location. Perfect Beach. Great Weather. Good Fishing, Food, & fun things to do. Great check-in, great helpful service from Newman-Daily Staff - Friendly & heplful. Cleanliness was a bit of a diappointment(bathrooms). this was my 2nd time in this condo untit. Coming back to Destin in June . . . can't wait.

We decided to take a trip to Destin for Christmas , every year we've been there for the Forth of July . But it was so relaxing going at a different time of the year !! The condo was perfect as usual , being close to all restaurants and all the shopping you can dream of !!! This was our third time at Caribbean Dunes and we've already booked the Fourth of July . Would advise anyone to stay here ! Both affordable, clean , comfortable, relaxing and fun !!!

The property was more then what we expected. Was a Girls Weekend Birthday/Getaway for two but the resort had plenty of room for four or five. Plan on bring my husband and kids next year. Had a very nice relaxing time on the property.

Checking in was very easy and the staff were great. The layout of the condo was nice and more spacious than it looks in the picture. Our only issue was that we were on the bottom floor and we could hear children running constantly above us very early in the morning and late at night. The beach was right across the street and very easy to get too. I would stay here again if I were trying to go on a cheaper beach trip.

Great location for families!! Very close to the beach - literally across the street. The place was very clean and they give you a starter pack of basic amenities. We only stayed for a weekend so the soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap lasted the whole weekend. The kitchen was reasonably stocked so we were able to cook all our meals. The bed was comfortable. Our son loved the bunk beds. We had free wifi, a decent TV in the living room, and plenty of towels.

The condo we rented through Newman Dailey was beautiful the colors were vibrant yellow which is my favorite color. The walking distance to the beach was very easy to get to back and forth. With renting from Newman Daily we were able to rent two movies for free every day, also we received an adult ticket daily for the dolphin cruise and one free parasailing ride daily for the days we were there. Newman-Dailey was very helpful in planning any extra activities that my family and I wanted to do while visiting Destin. Our condo was wonderful, very much loved how the balcony doors opened and you could just sit and relax the balcony was very spacious. Our beds were very comfortable and the Jacuzzi tub was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything we could have possible needed during our stay at Caribbean Dunes 222. Thank you to the staff and especially Laura Reinsmith' for making my family and I feel at home and very smooth transition for late arrival the night we checked in to our rooms. We will definitely stay with Newman Dailey every chance we can.

It's very close to the beech. It was a quiet room with everything you need, kitchen, cooking utensil, wireless internet. My whole family enjoyed our stay.

This condo was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed all there was to do in Destin and we loved the Dolphin cruise. The gift card gave us one free admission every day. The beach wasn’t as busy as we thought it would be either. Loved our stay and hope to be back!

Check in was quick and easy. Nd staff were very helpful and informative. Our condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was also much roomier than what you see in the pictures. The kitchen has everything that you need if you want to stay in to eat. Family spent most of our time on the beach and condo managment co gave us a key for "easy access" to the "private" beach directly across the street but we were stopped by hotel security and told that we were not allowed on the beach in front of their hotel and we would have to use the "public" beach further down. Overall we had a great stay and the conda was clean, roomy, and cozy. Would definately return.

We had a marvelous vacation staying at the Caribbean Dunes 111. You can see the gulf from your back patio. It's a wonderful view. We walked across the street to the beach everyday. We had so much fun!The condo was clean and cheerful.We took the Seablaster ride.It was fabulous. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed going to the amusement park called the Track and horseback riding. We definitely want to come back.

Very memorable vacation. The beach access was right across the street. Even though the view from the patio isn’t that great, it is still great to sit out on in the evening because of the beach breeze. You can still hear the waves crash in too. The kids loved the bunk beds and my husband and I had our own room.

We enjoyed our stay at Caribbean Dunes 222. The upstairs is a loft we thought that was unique. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean.

The check in and check out process were both quick and easy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. We loved being steps away from the beach. The pool at the condo was also nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Caribbean Dunes is a great complex in a great location. Condo 222 is very spacious and has everything we needed. Just steps from the beach.

Beautiful accomodations, right across the street from the beach, very economical. The only problem we had was the microwave and the sugar ants. Just be sure not to leave anything sweet out cause they will find it.

The condo that we stayed in was incredible. Two bedrooms and two baths with everything functioning. The beds were really comfortable, the air conditioner worked and it was great to have all the cooking tools that we needed. The restaurants in Destin were awesome; the ones on beach road were a little pricey for us but when you get into town they were incredible. I love the free round of golf every day; that made the trip worth it for me. My wife loved the pool and laid out there every day. The only thing that we didn't like was the beach set up. The advertisement said that there was a private beach but the truth is, it isn't your private beach. The condo resorts located on the beach own all that property and they "allowed" us to stay in a 20 ft. by 20 ft. square behind everyone else. It was aggravating for me because of what I had read, but all we really wanted to do was lay in our beach chairs and read so it wasn't a huge deal. Everything else was great. We are definitely going to go back.

The home was clean and well kept. The service was good. The location is great! The plumbing could use some work. We had trouble with the toilet, but thank goodness it did not overflow. We noticed that we must not be alone with this issue as there were 2 plungers beside the toilet. Overall, we had a very nice experience and would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
