Sanctuary at Redfish

The unit had a great view of the pool and lake. The condo was great size for a family of 6. The area was quiet, easy to park and beach is beautiful white sand.

Just like the pictures, we all enjoyed our stay and it was super close to the beach. Clear instructions and felt safe to stay there. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Wonderful experience. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Boat ride to the beach is a neat touch. Taking the walkway to the beach is a lovely walk through nature. We ate many of our meals on the balcony overlooking the view of forest, birds, deer, lake, and beach all in one. Loved it all.

We found Sanctuary at Redfish last year for a fall break trip and fell in love! We immediately knew we wanted to stay again for our summer trip and couldn't be happier that we did! This place is great! 2104 has a view of the beach and the water, plus you're almost guaranteed to see some deer throughout the week. We saw deer almost every morning and evening along the preserve. Our room was very nice and our whole group was very impressed with everything. This room came with a cabana and we loved having that convenience. It was a handy place to stop off when going to and from the beach, or while hanging at the pools. The whole complex is nice and quiet and a great place for a beach vacation!

Our family enjoyed the spacious accommodations! Everyone had their own bathroom (3 couples)! It was super nice. Incredibly stocked kitchen so that we had everything we needed to cook. The pool was wonderful and the boat captains super nice as they took us to and from the beach each day. We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed the condo. Check in was so easy. All instructions for rules, TV operation and WiFi, and use of facilities were simple and easy to understand. It was clean and one of the best stocked (dishes, pots, pans, towels ,etc) condos we have ever stayed in. The location to everything was convenient to everything. The only minor suggestion I would have is that some of the doors squeaked rather loudly so would check them periodically. We would definitely stay there again.

The cabana is amazing. The whole condo is luxurious and has everything we need. The entire facility is peaceful, enjoyable, fantastic. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stays at Redfish. It is peaceful, family friendly, luxurious and full of natural beauty. We love Captain Bob!

Thank you for letting us rent your condo unit 1105. We had a wonderful time! The location near the beach and pools were awesome! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We appreciated the use of the items in your storage locker, especially the coolers! The day after we got back home, our two young daughters were already wondering why we couldn’t go swimming at the pool or play at the beach. We will definitely be back to visit 1105 again!

This was the first time in 10 years I’ve had all of my children on a vacation and the condo did not disappoint. There was plenary of room for us to spread out. The Grayton Beach area had a lot of activities to entertain my different age group of children and grand child. This was my 3rd visit to Sanctuary at Redfish and I will continue to come back. It’s my favorite beach condo from Orange Beach to Panama City.

Our family has been coming to 30A for several years. This is one of the best places we have stayed. The amenities were amazing. And even though we weren’t directly on the beach, the views were stunning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to our friends.

This property was even better overall than we expected by seeing the listing. It was meticulously clean and the property management co was fantastic! By far the best experience in property mngmt thus far for us with just the ease of it all, communication and the care of the property. Well oiled machine that felt personable! The unit is more spacious than the pictures can really show. We are a family of 6 and we never felt on top of each other. It’s full of luxury touches and we noticed the fireplace had been updated since the pictures. It was so organized and labeled in the kitchen and the bathrooms and more supplies than we expected. Very sweet details too like aloe under the bathroom sinks and storage containers for supplies.This unit is on the 1st floor right in front of the opening of the building and the covered portico. This made unloading and loading so easy and our car was right out in front. The back porch is spacious and we spent a lot of time there having coffee, reading, listening to the ocean sounds and bird watching! Yes, there are even bird feeders. It was lovely watching birds and rocking in the very comfortable chairs! The property is very peaceful. We wondered where everyone was but we are told that only some are rentals and many are owned. However, we met lovely renters and owners and it was meticulous. We used the boat, the grills, the hot tubs and the HEATED pool which was a total bonus during a little bit of an unusually chilly week. They also have a fire pit. The public beach is very close in walking distance and a cute ice cream shop and a restaurant. Having the private beach too was a huge plus. The boat ride feels like a couple of minutes and was so nice! We will definitely stay at the Santuary at Redfish again. Suggestions: -If possible list more of the many included items that are there. ie. croc pot, pressure cooker etc. Also, what is in storage space in the parking garage area. -Supply a full size ironing board. There is space for this in the laundry room. The mini one was very difficult to use (the iron itself was great). -Most important, upgrade or change all the mattresses to include the pull out mattress too. This is the ONLY reason we would consider another unit. We loved everything else so much! The master mattress sagged and the pull out coach our son said he could feel the coils. Amazon has inexpensive ones with great reviews. Thank you for everything!

However in this case after we had maintenance look at the bed they found the middle supports were not level causing the center to have no support, this has now been repaired and has made a huge difference. We had such an amazing and memorable vacation. 3106 was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the location, it was easy walk to restuarants and there was an ice cream shoppe just outside the gate. The pontoon shuttle was so much fun, we even did the walking trail back to the condo a couple times when we wanted to stay at the beach a bit longer than the shuttle was running. Great way to walk off some of the ice cream we indulged on. Great experience and we can't wait to come back.

We loved our time at 3108! We came with our entire family, this was a perfect set-up for us. We enjoyed the beach, boat rides, pools and the watching the deer. The grandkids loved the protected lagoon and enjoyed building lots of sandcastles. We love Santa Rosa Beach, great beaches and awesome food. Thanks for opening your condo to our family. We are leaving with extra sun, (and sand) and lots of good memories!

We stayed here with our two girls, ages 9 & 11. This condo is lovely. There is no view of the Gulf from this first floor unit which we knew, there is a grassy, wooded area behind the condo, and our girls enjoyed playing back there. The inland lake is also fun for kids. Paddling around on the canoes and kayaks and digging in the sand for little crabs was fun. We also enjoyed the pontoon ride over the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was better than expected and very spacious! Everything was very clean, plenty of extra towels/wash clothes in the condo so we weren’t having to wash towels all the time. I loved all the small details of this place like motion detecting night lights in the master bedroom/bathroom, a small air fryer in the kitchen and tons of extra pillows in varying types. This place also has a big walk in closet off each master bedroom and one of the closets was a perfect room for our infant that was on the trip. They also provided a pack n play at the condo. Beds were all very comfortable and clean and each bedroom had a nice tv too! We had a great stay and hope to come back again next year!

Five Stars!!!!! Sanctuary at Redfish 3108 was like a little slice of heaven! From the cleanliness and comfort of our own suite to the amazing sunsets on the balcony, our trip couldn’t be more memorable. The perfect condo for a few OR many; an awesome kitchen for entertaining and feeding a crowd! Heated pool for morning laps, and hot tubs for evening rejuvenation. Stayed with Newman-Dailey Resorts. Amazing condo on the peaceful preserve side with a view of the Gulf in 2104. The rental came with a poolside cabana. The cabana is perfect for keeping drinks and snacks, a place to cool off and rest. The pool deck is the most relaxing and beautiful place. There are 2 hot tubs, a heated pool, an adults only pool, and the large common pool! We didn't even get to explore everything the property offers like the fire pit, nature trail, and the kayaks on the lake. Amazing time and already looking to plan the next escape here.

Post COVID we wanted someplace safe and not too crowded. This place fit the bill perfectly. The actual condo was beautiful and well taken care of. The facility was excellent with great pools, spring fed lake and boat ferry to the beach plus a fantastic exercise room. Several good restaurants close by along with grocery and other stores. The Santa Rosa area is so much more calm than in Destin so we will look here again on our next vacation.

The unit at Redfish was very nice. The only negative is I wish it was a little closer to beach. The pontoon boat was not bad at all. Tried to figure out how to get fire pit going. Could not get it going. Wonderful area, and peaceful. Very relaxing trip.

We loved the condo and the resort, great facilities and service, my only feedback is to suggest that the management company provides more canoes and kayaks for guests, every morning we got to the dock and they were already gone, we only saw 2 canoes and 1 kayak available for guests, I imagine that they provide more in the Summer but I am not sure.

We had the priveledge of staying at Sanctuary at Redfish 3120 for the entire month of January. We have never been to the area before and quickly fell in love....so much that we bought our own place! We will forever cherish our first trip here and our memories at this beautiful condo!

This condo was a huge hit with the family. The pool was fabulous and well maintained, the kids loved the pontoon shuttle, the staff was amazing. The large balcony was awesome and we enjoyed many meals with a view. Great location and highly recommend the walk to the ice cream shop at the corner. Newman-Dailey made check-in/out effortless and we felt very safe with the cleanliness of the condo and entire property. We can't wait to return.

INCREDIBLE! My family and I had the best time at 2113. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and they bedding was very comfortable. Not only that the grounds and pools were a favorite. We have never been to a place with four pools!! The kids loved it. They would splash and play in the pool during the day and then we would relax at our private balcony at night. We were close to restaurants and activities. We cannot say enough good things about this condo. We will for sure be back!

Great time at this clean, roomy, 2nd floor condo. Nice view of the pool area, and the gulf in the distance. Easy to get to the beach via a boat, or about a 15 minute walk along a path. Plenty of room for us and our three teenage sons. Would like it if the free bike rental was at the place a half mile away, rather than the one on the other side of Seaside. Was easier and more practical for us to eat $35 for the sake of convenience picking up and returning the bikes. Plenty of good places to eat within a five minute drive. We all had a wonderful time and will certainly return in the future.

The condo was great with 3 bedrooms and 31/2 baths. Great view from the second floor balcony of the pool, lake and gulf. There were a few maintenance issues but other than that the stay was perfect.

Overall the experience was great from the time I booked the vacation online to getting this great “app” which helped out a lot. The resort was beautiful and my children and grandchildren loved it!! The weather didn’t cooperate the best every day so having the one heated pool was amazing especially for the little ones. We had a bigger condo so the only little issue was not having enough cooking supplies for cooking for 10 people! But all in all a great time had by all!! Thank you!! Will share our experience with our friends!

This was an amazing condo in an amazing location. Convenient to all the activity at Seaside and the other 30a properties, but very quiet and low key. Very well maintained, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, plenty of linens. We had a wonderful time! A couple of things to note and for the management to think about: 1. No wine opener in the unit. Huh? 2. Coffee maker leaked all over the counter every time. 3. No shelf or hanging baskets in the shower meant we had to have soap, shampoo, etc on the floor of the shower. Not very convenient. 4. The front gate was open for our entire stay. As I said, we had a great time and these things did not diminish that at all. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Sanctuary at Redfish this month. The rental was great. It was so nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom, a large dining room table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The pools were great for the kids and it was so convenient to have the pontoon and Captain Bob to shuttle us to and from the beach. Only wish there were options for larger families with more children. :)

Loved it! Especially the master suite on the second floor and it's private balcony! Kids loved the pool and Captn Bob was fun for all on the water taxi to the beach. Decor was great inside and we all had plenty of room. Had 9 and everyone slept perfect! Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals. Location was convenient for both Seaside and Destin. We had an incredible time at Sanctuary at Redfish with three generations in the condo. The condo was excellent, the pools were amazing, and the ride to the beach on the pontoon boat was one of the highlights for our kids. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for outstanding accommodations that boast both a coastal dune lake and the beach. We spent a week at this great property at Santa Rosa Beach and thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed the stay. The condominium was attractive and comfortable. The property and pool area was large and never too crowded. The beach was white sands lining the emerald green waters of the gulf. My family had a great time and hated leaving.

My family and I can't say enough about Sanctuary at Redfish. The grounds were immaculate and the beautiful pools were never crowded. Our view from the balcony of Unit 2115 was the best of all worlds; the pool area, the beautiful Redfish Lake and the gorgeous beach. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the short boat ride to the beach with Captain Chris and Captain Bob and really felt like it added a special touch to the trip. We made the walk to the beach also, and I would suggest that directions to the boardwalk should be included in the welcome package, as we did spend a little time trying to find it! My husband and teen boys fished every day in Redfish Lake using one of the boats that was provided and we took advantage of the kayaks and canoes. The beach was perfect--our chairs and umbrella were waiting for us every day and the private beach was never over crowded. We also appreciated the underground parking garage, as it helped to keep the vehicle cool and out of the hot June sun. Blue Mountain Creamery was great and just a short walk or bike ride away. We have stayed in other areas of 30A in the past, but this has definitely become our favorite and we will be back. We are so glad to have found Sanctuary at Redfish.

My sisters and our daughters enjoyed our annual girls trip immensely. Santuary at Redfish 2115 was a great condo and offered everything we needed. The pool cabana was an excellent feature as we have a combination of sun and air-conditioning lovers. The cabana allowed us all to be together which was awesome. Loved the less crowded atmosphere at Blue Mt. Beach. We highly recommend lunch at Local Catch and Stinky's. The lake allowed us to kayak and yolo which was great fun! The only minor negative is the distance from the beach. It wasn't as convenient as we had hoped. But I have to say, the pool cabana made up for it. Overall, our vacation was relaxing, fun, and the weather was beautiful. Can't wait to go back!!!

Our two families with teenagers had a wonderful vacation. We would absolutely recommend the unit and the location. The boat to the beach and the pool amenities were just great. The condo was very well stocked and comfortable. We hope to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay over Spring Break in april 2014. When we walked in were were surprised at how much room we had. It was nice, clean. We had 2 families with a total of 10 people and it was very comfortable, we didn't feel like there was a lack of space in any way. The pools were nice... It said one was heated however they all seemed quite cold. The kids didn't mind the pool temps but there weren't many adults in the water, at least not for long. The beds seemed very comfortable, above what Im used to when we go on vacation. The location is good. There is a publix about 5-10 minutes away, a walmart about 10-15 minutes away. Destin is about a 20-30 minute drive to get to the outlets/dolphin tour boats/ect. Seaside is less than 10minutes away and is a nice place for an evening. We were very happy with our choice to stay here and would probably stay here again if we choose to come to this area. We did have to get our key code at the rental office in Destin, about 20-30 minutes from the condo, and kind of out of our way, which was a little disappointing since we had already driven 16 hours but it wasn't a big deal.

I believe the price is very very and Newman Dailey was great to work with. We love Santuary at Redfish and the Penthouse is a big plus. Besides the tv remotes being a little user unfriendly and the wifi was poor, we had zero complaints.

We have been renting from Newman-Dailey for 20 years, we started in 1992. Each year they exceed our expectation. We have rented several properties to accommodate our family of 13. Each year our experience is better and better. Our contact has been and will continue to be Kerbi Ancona. Kerbi and staff go above and beyond the call of duty. We typically ask Kerbi to pick the property, she knows what my family likes, we have never been disappointed. Great place to have a family vacation and a great company to deal with.

Our extended family of 9 just returned from a week-long visit to Sanctuary at Redfish. We thoroughly enjoyed the well-equipped, beautifully decorated condo, with its breath- taking views and inviting pools. The fresh water lake leading to an un-crowded, sparkling beach made our vacation spectacular, and all family members enjoyed the water taxi with Captain Bob. Some days we even canoed out to the beach, where we enjoyed the complimentary beach set-up. Everyone agreed we have discovered the perfect vacation getaway spot on 30a!

My entire family experienced a wonderful stay at Sanctuary at Redfish! We pooled, beached, boated, biked, and simply relaxed. What a delightful week we had! Our past experiences have been to several destinations on 30-A, and this destination was truly one that we will visit again. Quiet - clean - convenient - quality - all fit our stay.

Our group of 12 had a fantastic family time for our week at Sanctuary at Redfish. The unit was beautiful and spacious with room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for those cook in nights and the restaurants nearby were excellent. This location feels "remote" when you are eating breakfast on the balcony with a view that is incredible- but any possible need from groceries to high end shopping is within a 10 mile radius. The dune lake, the canoes/kayaks, the beach taxi, and the staff all make this vacation experience unique. My husband enjoyed the nearby golf and I loved the shopping "get away.". We will keep this week on our yearly schedule.

This was our first time to stay at Santuary at Redfish. Loved the property, location, pool was wonderful, Capt Bob is so nice, beach was great being private and not being 2ft from someone on beach. The only disadvantage was our condo didn't have wireless internet, it had been disconnected by owner. We own our own business and it was impossible to get emails on iphone due to spotty coverage. My husband had to go down to Starbucks to get internet service. The unit was great and meet some wonderful families at the pool and beach. I recommend this unit to anyone if they get the internet working! Overall a great place to stay for a week!

Beautiful condo, white sand beach with beach chairs waiting for us, very nice pools and hot tubs. We had several adults & two toddlers stay here and this unit was perfect for us. This rental is excatly as pictured. We had such a great vacation with so much to do in the surrounding area. 100% recommend unit 3120!

We loved staying at Sanctuary at Redfish because it had everything that That was on our wish list. Loved the balcony that was so big and overlooked The pools, lake and ocean. Plenty of room and comfortable. Anything That was a problem was remedied quickly and kindly. We'll be back!

We love this unit and this entire complex! The pool area is outstanding and the short trip over to the beach with Capt. Bob is great! Our boys also love the canoes. They always want to go to Capt. Bob's beach :) I would recommend Sanctuary at Redfish to everyone!

Condo 2115 is well appointed and well maintained. Sanctuary at Redfish is the ideal beachside condo if you really love being outdoors. There is kayaking and canoeing on the lake and getting to the beach is like an adventure. We saw lots of wildlife while we were there. Redfish is definitely different from the condos in Destin. The four pools are very clean and well maintained. The fire pit was perfect for the cooler days. It is a very peaceful, relaxing place.

Amazing condo! Underground parking a huge plus when it is raining. The whole complex is super clean. Pool area is awesome-there is a separate area for kids and adults. Fun to ride boat with Capt Bob or take leisure canoe or kayak ride to beach. We had chairs and an umbrella set up every day on the beach. There is an ice cream shop just down the street that we enjoyed walking to with the kids.

Wow! This condo is beautiful! We just returned from a very relaxing, fun week at Santuary at Redfish. The rental agent did not include the gate code or the second parking pass we needed, but other than that our week was great. Our teens loved taking the canoe to the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful! One of the prettiest we have ever visited. Our condo was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback to this property is that it is not directly on the beach, but the pools are amazing - so if you don't want to take the little extra effort to get to/from the beach you can still enjoy the sunshine beside the beautiful pool.

We had a great time at Sanctuary at Red Fish! I was a tad skeptical about the trip because we usually rent a home with a private pool, but this place was awesome! Our three year old loved the pools, pontoon water taxi, and the kayaks. The space was great for two grandmas, an aunt, 3 year old, newborn, and my husband and I. My husband took advantage of the added amenities and played golf a couple times too. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

This is a great condo complex off the beaten path! It’s tucked away on the scenic 30A highway between Destin & Panama City. I vacationed with my family of 5 along with my Nana and Pappy in condo #3120. Everyone enjoyed a great vacation and fun in the sun.

This place was beyond amazing! The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The complex had tons of amenities including an exercise room, 4 pools, hot tubs, fire pits, grills, canoes, kayaks and a boat ride to the beach! We had a fabulous time and can’t wait to be back.

We had a great week in our condo. The condo was stunning. My kids could not get over how beautiful everything was!! The pools were great and beach wonderful. We would highly recommend this condo and complex. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The outside porches were great, TVs in every bedroom. It exceeded our expectations.
