This is my third time to stay at Beach House condominiums, luv the location & that it is right on the beach & near most restaurants & activities in Destin.

It is far enough away from the business of Destin and 30-A but close enough to go and enjoy. The view was outstanding and was worth every penny. If you are looking for a nice, cozy place with all the attributes you are looking for, well here is the place.

Condo is as pictured. Great oversized balcony with easy pool and beach access. Great appliances including stackable W/D for daily beach towel wash! Could use additional kitchen trash bags (only 2 left). Front bedroom could use additional window treatments to completely block out front porch lights that remain on all night. Overall condo is spacious and comfortable.

The condo was perfect for us, we loved the view and the location , we didn’t have to walk far at all to get to the beach. Everything was perfect except for the unexpected renovations or repairs going on above us that lasted 3 days. No sleeping in, or napping . If it were not for that it would have been absolutely perfect. We love Newman Daily and we love Destin. It was a perfect time of year the water was incredibly beautiful inspite of the jelly fish and we will definitely return

This was our 1st trip to the Destin area and we only had 48 hours. The weather was terrible (rain) the entire time. Thank goodness we chose this condo! I cannot go on long enough to tell you the quality of this place - especially the aesthetics. It is amazing! Sadly we never saw the beautiful water we have heard about for so many years, or even got to spend any time on the powdery white beach, but if we ever come back, we know where we want to stay!

The property was in great condition and exactly as listed. It's in a great location, right on the beach and in very close proximity to other attractions. I would definitely stay again.

Had a blast. Great condo. Great location. Usually we clean everything upon arrival including washing all linens, towels, flatware, plates, glasses Etc. Had no need this time. Everything was very clean and organized.

Very nice place! The pictures of our condo did not show all of the updates. The ocean view from the master bedroom and large balcony were fabulous. Also loved the fact that the beach area in front of the condo was reserved for guests. Made it easy to social distance from others. Would definitely return and have already recommended to several friends ??

Firstly, you will love sleeping with the window open to the sounds of the waves crashing. Next, you will love the view. The appartment is clean and has everything you need. You are only a few easy steps to the beach to your two available chairs and umbrella. The management company is responsive and solved a wifi issue in minutes. 30 seconds to a great restaurant to enjoy fish tacos and the sunset. Recommend for the visitor who wants to take it easy.

202B was beautiful and so accommodating. We have stayed here before and love all the upgrades which were completed since our last stay especially the master bathroom! We always enjoy the pool area and the easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Everything in this condo would have been perfect had it not had a horrible mattress in the master bedroom. The other mattress was fine. If the mattress was replaced it would be wonderful. The condo was clean , next to beach, nice furniture and was close to a couple of restaurants.

Wonderful location, balcony overlooking white sugar sand beach. Condo unit was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. Living room sofa, love seat and recliner leather were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need to feel right at home. Only downside was the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable and really could use a new mattress. Check in and check out with Newman Dailey could not have been any easier. Next time we are in need of accommodations in the Miramar Beach area you will be our first call!

It was a very relaxing vacation. The condo was in excellant condition and very clean. The staff at Newman Daily made the checkin process easy, as usual. We got the free beach setup and the guy at the hut(Steve) was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the mattress on the bed was old and not real comfortable. But we slept okay. Thanks to Newman Daily for another memorable experience.

had some issues in condo. Tv did not work - was replaced with a sub par television Washer did not work - required maintenance,
timer setting was off. Broiler in over not in working condition.

This was our first experience in Destin. The location of this unit was superb - mostly because it was NOT in the center of the craziness, but it was still in a great location to the beach and other venues. Check in was quite easy at the N-D office. We got a "discount card" with our stay, and that was pretty much worthless. Not sure if that was because of the time of year (Feb) when many of the Destin activities are on hiatus, or because the "deals" were fairly light to begin with. Bottom line, we didn't use ANY of the deals that were offered. However, that's a relatively minor point to an otherwise very good week.
During our week, maintenance was being done to the exterior of the building (painting). While some may view this as an inconvenience, I thought it was GREAT. Clearly, the owners are putting something back into the property (and it didn't seem run down or necessarily in desperate need of painting in the first place.) The painting crew was friendly enough and didn't get into our way at all.
The unit itself was clean and free of that "musty" smell. All tile floors were a bit cold, including the bathroom. We went to Wal-Mart and purchased two bathroom throw rugs ($15 total) and that solved the problem. Hopefully, they will be left there for the next guests! Didn't have any issues with the appliances or Wi-Fi, which is more than can be said of some other places we've stayed.
All in all, I would highly recommend this place to someone looking to stay in Destin.

Perfect holiday place when coupled with the perfect place to stay makes the trip memorable. Beach House 202B is that perfect place to stay while in Destin...right on the beach, perfect view, private beach area, hot pool, tennis courts on property, awesome management...can't say more.
Highly recommend staying in 202B...you will not regret.

Beautiful condo...amazing view...exceptional experience. Would definitely recommend folks to stay here. Some great beach bars at walking distance... the one closest do bonefire on the sand by the water. Great fun!

Wonderful is the best word to describe my experience with Newman-Dailey, the condo and the whole week we stayed at Condo 202B. There was nothing missing in any experience, great people, great place to stay and very convenient. We hope to come back soon!!! Wonderful experience for our first visit to the Destin area and will definitely use Newman-Dailey in the future.

We were able to make reservations the day before driving through Destin, FL. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and made the process of reserving the room easy.
Upon arrival we given a cool starter bag with things for the home and coupons for activities around the Destin area.
The condo was 10/10 as far as being prepared and looking beautiful.
The beach was one of the nicest I've seen in the world. They have a private beach wit kayak rental too. While out there we saw dolphins and sea turtles. The Dolphins were even visible from the balcony one of our mornings. It was a great vacation for my family and I look forward to coming back.

We loved the Beach House 202B. Newman-Dailey was great to rent from, with lots of extra little perks to make our stay better. We had to cut our vacation short because I broke my foot, but I would very much like to go back and stay in 202B. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The beach view was beautiful.

Condo was nice and comfortable. Would've like to have screen door opening to balcony for fresh air. Had a leak coming from bathroom vent, immediate response to fix and clean up area. Staff was friendly and easy to contact. Great area. Stayed at this location in the past and would stay again.

We loved working with Newman-Dailey Properties again this year for our Spring Break 2013 trip! The Beach House Condo unit was wonderful. It was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and a few dinners in. Being right on the beach was the best. We really enjoyed having the pool right on the beach too. We felt comfortable staying on the beach while the kids ran up to swim in the pool. We could see the girls laying on the pool chairs from the beach. Our favorite part of the trip was relaxing on the property and enjoying the sun!

Our 3rd family trip to Destin (first at this condo),so I knew exactly what we needed and wanted. We enjoyed our week long stay here. Perfect location. Directly on the beach. Complex was quiet and not crowded. Condo had all the amenities we needed. (washer/dryer/flat screen tvs) Nicely updated and decorated . We will be back to Beach House again.

The location of this unit is outstanding being right on the beach. However, the floors were dirty and some of the unit is in need of remodeling such as the bathrooms. Overall, we had a very good time while we were there! Again, this is a prime location right on the beach.

We loved our trip to Destin in March 2012! The Beach House Condo was wonderful. Very spacious and perfect for our family of 4. We had problems with the oven not working properly, but Newman-Dailey was quick to get the problem repaired. We hope to go again next year and stay in the same unit.

The weather was: Windy the first couple of days, however, it was perfect, calm, and clear afterwards!
Our favorite adventures: Deep sea fishing, visiting and hanging out at the Harborwalk Village as well as Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, and most of all enjoying the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald waters!
Great restaurants we discovered: Fudpuckers and The Crab Trap!
Other thoughts to share: Location right on the beach couldn't be better- we were soothed to sleep each night with the sound of waves crashing. This was a perfect condo that felt like home for a week!

We had a great time the Condo was plenty of room. We did have some issues but Newman-Dailey resolved the issue right away. I do wish there was different cooking pans but other than that the kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitley rent this unit again and do plan to. What I really loved is the location!

My husband and I stayed at the Beach House Feb. 7-14. We had fairly nice weather for this time of year. We wished for warmer temps though. The beach is just steps away and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Everything was just as pictured on the website. The unit was clean and the staff at Newman/Dailey was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a starter kit of dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and coffee for the first pot. They also gave us a discount card good at several attractions and for a free movie rental each night. We took advantage of the Dolpin tour, which I highly recommend. There is plenty of shopping with an outlet mall a mile away and an upscale shopping area in Sandestin. If you love seafood, there is lots of that too.

The condo was a real home away from home. Comfortable beds, nice televisions in bedrooms and living area,kitchen was well appointed with all items needed to cook and serve a meal. Even the tableware was plentiful and cute. The unit has a nice balcony with a view that looks out on the lovely blue green water and white sand. There is a table on the balcony for relaxing and enjoying the view. This unit is located in a quiet complex with an elevator for reaching the unit easily. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs in the pool area for enjoying the sun and reading a book. I especially loved the umbrella service. No worrying about dragging and setting up chairs and umbrellas, it is done for you. At the end of the day you grab your belongings and leave sandy chairs and bulky umbrella to the wonderful staff to put away for the day. There are many good places to eat near this condo and the beach is great for early morning and evening walks. We enjoyed our stay in June so much that we returned in October! If you want a nice place right on the beach with a friendly staff and many free activities offered by Newman-Daily this is the place to stay. We enjoyed the discount dauphin cruise and free movie rentals. People who play golf would love the free and discounted rates that are offered. I must say that Newman-Daily took care of everything from hassle free booking to excellent directions. This was truly a wonderful experience.

Memorable family getaway the condo was very clean with fantastic gulf view. The unit size was comfortable for family of seven with young children. We plan to go back again.

We had several problems upon entering our unit upon arrival. There were some unfinished cleaning items like the master bathroom and the tile floors still covered with sand from the previous occupants. The unit itself was spacious and a perfect size for us with three kids. Right on the beach too. The interior of the unit more than made up for the exterior of the building but that's not why we came to the beach! :) When we reported the issues we had we were immediately taken care of by the Newman-Dailey staff. They made sure that we were a priority which more than made up for the couple of items previously mentioned. All-in-all, I wish there had been one more pool to use, but I would return to this location and would request the exact same unit again without a doubt, and I would definitely rent from Newman-Dailey again in the future because of their service from online rental through checkout.
