This is an amazing condo, with high end appliances and furnishings, with beds that sleep great, with an amazing view and you are right on the beach. I hope to stay here again in the future!

This condo is perfect!! The ocean view is breathtaking. Away from the traffic and hustle. Loved the private beach and relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing - we had 7 of us - 4 adults and 3 teenagers so the number of rooms, etc. was perfect so that everyone had their own space (makes for a much more peaceful vacation) - the condo had everything needed so we barely left except to get groceries throughout the week - the kitchen, living room, and balcony area are set up wonderfully with more than enough room and great views. The pool and hot tub were great and easy to access. The beach access was perfect, we went back and forth to the condo as needed for snacks, etc.... we will definitely be booking again!

My family and I had the most amazing vacation. Bella Riva 308 was awesome. We enjoyed the large kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of room for multiple chefs at one time. The balcony was quite possibly the biggest hit for us all. We enjoyed gathering around on the balcony just talking and looking at the gorgeous view, along with plenty of entertainment, including watching the dolphins and sharks. The walk to the beach was short. The pool and hot tub was awesome. I can't wait for the next stay.

Beautiful place, the views off the double balcony were wonderful, comfortable beds, everything was in working order, pool was quiet, didn’t use the hot tub but it was well maintained, the beach was wonderful, and the beach service was great! Can’t wait to go back.

We are please to report the new special order refrigerator has been delivered. Condo now has a new high end dishwasher and large high end fridge. This is an amazing beach front vacation rental property offers plenty of space for a single family or multiple families. The huge private balcony has rarely found and allowed balcony grill and gorgeous Gulf views. Okaloosa Island is a great location in Fort Walton Beach, easy access to great restaurants, miniature golf, convenience stores and a short drive to Publix and other restaurants and attractions including Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, Gulfarium and fishing pier. Bella Riva 308 will be your favorite vacation destination.

We had a great experience, the property was everything we had hoped it would be. There were a few items that needed to be addressed and the management company was responsive and helpful. There was more than enough space for our family of 5 and the balcony was the best feature.

Manager update for our Bella Riva 308 guests. On October 17, 2020 a new dishwasher was delivered and installed after being on back order. The new large built-in refrigerator is still on back order and is currently expected mid-November, 2020. We are unfortunately experiencing delays in shipping however we have provided our guests with 2 mid size loaner refrigerators, 1 mini-fridge and a large cooler. We greatly appreciate our amazing guests who are working with us while we experience these delays.

We look forward to nothing more than our annual beach trip and this year did not disappoint. The condo was spacious and we enjoyed cooking our family meals and hanging out on the balcony. There is nothing better than family time on the beach and we are looking forward to our next trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Bella Riva 308. Plenty of space for us to cook and eat meals, hang out on the balcony to enjoy the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets even for our grandparents to retreat to their room for some peace and quiet. The condo provided everything we needed and then some. We can't wait to come back for our next spring trip.

We've stayed in this same unit for several years and love it! We stayed in other condos in Destin/ Ft. Walton in the past, but this is the best one. It is always neat and clean and the décor is fantastic. Our favorite part is that it comes with 2 master bedrooms, each with their own nice full baths, and access to the balcony. The balcony has plenty of comfortable seating as well as a table and chairs, and gas grill. There are also 2 more inner bedrooms that share a full bath. Washer/Dryer is helpful! There is a small refrigerator that will cool your drinks MUCH faster before you put them into the big refrigerator. The condo is ocean front with a full, unrestricted view of the ocean and pool. Third floor is great- not too far up but high enough for a great view and high enough not to hear all of the ground level noise. It also comes with an umbrella and two chairs that the beach guys set up every morning. Several restaurants are close by in Ft. Walton- AJs, Floyds, Crab Trap, Rockin Tacos, Stewbeys, and many more. Also close by is the Gulfarium, the Boardwalk, and Wild Willy's adventure Zone which includes a ropes course, 2 putt putt courses, ice cream shop, arcade, and 4-d movie experiences. Great condo, in a great location, but less crowded than Destin. If you want to go into Destin, you are literally 6-7 minutes away.

Perfect home away from home! Clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful! This is the second time we booked with Newman-Dailey and each time they exceeded our expectations. I will definitely recommend N-D to friends and look forward to booking our vacation with them again next year. I will also recommend this property. Between the condo and it’s location to food and fun, our family had a fantastic week!

we just completed our stay at the condo and had the best experience we have had in over 20 years of staying in the area. The condo itself is beautifully furnished, the views of the Gulf are fantastic and the balcony is wonderful (and large). We have already booked our next visit at this condo.

This is a beautiful condo! It was perfect for our family vacation; 4 adult couples and 2 toddlers. It is located directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and a community pool. The staff at Newman-Dailey were very helpful and professional. They responded to my emails/questions in a timely manner. Rating is 5 stars!
