The house was amazing. Very clean, amenities were awesome. The only issue was the air on the 2nd and 3rd floor was not working. We burned up all night. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great place and location! Did need some cleaning dust on ceiling fans and food splashed on ceiling in kitchen. Wall could use some cleaning as well

We had a great stay at Miramar Beach Villas, unit 102. The unit is close proximity to the beach and just steps from the pool. We had a total of 3 families staying in this condo and it was very spacious and most importantly clean! The private beach and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella is an awesome addition especially if you are going in peak season. We can’t wait to go back!!!!

I would recommend the villa we stayed at anytime it was wonderful! Although, the villa was great which was fortunate due to the fact that tropical storm Alberto hit and the whole entire stay we were inside the Villa. This was a major disappointment.

Nothing is better than making family memories. We all had so much fun at the pool and most especially the beach. We noticed a few things which will need replacing soon but we don't spend much time inside, important things like comfortable beds and private bathrooms were all we needed. Not sure when we'll be back but we hope it will be very soon.

We had a most enjoyable family vacation. The home was spacious and provided everything we could need. The walk to the beach access was easy and at the end of day we enjoyed the pool. A few upgrades needed but nothing prevented us from having a good time. We look forward to coming back.

Nice condo with plenty of room for our group of 10 people. Bunk beds were too snug for our 11 year old and 9 year old. Everything was in working condition and reasonably clean. Nice location to the beach. I would recommend this unit to friends.

The best vacation ever...my grand kids plus all of us adults had the best time ever...everything that was printed about the condo was so true, beds were so comfortable you just didn't want to get up...I would definitely love to come back...It was so clean.

This condo is amazing with everything our hearts desired. The living/kitchen area is perfect for a large crowd, cooking, games and hanging out but this condo is huge so you don't feel crowded. The bedrooms are large and each has its' own bathroom. The beds are so comfy and the furnishings are luxurious. The swimming pool was never crowded and the condo is just a short walk across the street to a beautiful, private beach. White sand and clear water, perfect. I've stayed here twice now and both trips were more than we hoped for. I'll be renting this condo again!

Great location, close to beach. Very nice pool for the small neighborhood. Plenty bedrooms for our family get-together. Great bathrooms and showers, especially in the master bedrooms.
Could use another couch or loveseat in the living space, not much seating considering how many people can stay there. But, if we can get the family together again, we will book this house again.

A wonderful house, near the beach and close to a nice pool. Comfy beds, luxurious bathrooms, plenty of room for the whole family. We hope we can get the family together again next summer. If we can, we will come back to 102. And, Newman-Daily is great to work with. We had a couple of minor problems. We called the office, a repairman was at our door with a half hour, and that was on a Sunday!
We have booked through Newman-Daily for many years, always happy with their service.

We spent the week with our adult children & two grand kids. There was more than enough room for everyone. The pool was a great change from the beach. Everyone enjoyed the beach. It was just a short walk from the villa. There was an ocean view was from the 3rd floor balcony. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The villa was close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back next year!!!

The rental was beautifully decorated and plenty of room for our guests. Incident with small kids urinating in pool. The property manager didn't approve of our music at poolside and no other guests around while listening to music. Provide small pool for kids! Some guests leaving empty bottles at pool and clothing left overnight. Having to move items left overnight. Very accessible to restaurants and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse! I've been coming to Destin for 10 years. I've stayed many different places. This place was by far the best yet! Newman-Dailey was great to work with as well! When researching this place I had thought maybe it was too good to be true that all the reviews were 5 star reviews. It truely exceeded my expectations! The location is great! Very close to to the beach and even closer to the swimming pool. While other resort beaches were crowded the private beach with this property was not crowded at all! The unit was decorated so well. The beds were very nice as well. You can tell the owner takes great pride in the property. The decor was beautiful. I'll definitely try to stay here again! Special thanks to Newman-Dailey for accommodating us so well!

My family and I (9 of us) stayed in Beach Villa 102. This was our first trip to Destin. The accomodations met all our needs. It is a beautiful townhouse and I would definitely rent this property again.

This was our first vacation at Miramar Beach Villas 102. The location is great and the home itself is unbelievable. The furnishings were gorgeous, THE BEDS crazy comfortable and so much space for both our families. I wish we could come back next week but we will request this home again for our next vacation. Highly recommend!

We have traveled with friends and family where the check in procedures for a vacation are very slow, parking complicated, and reception areas can be hard to find. Here check in was a snap and the staff members were helpful, pleasant, and professional. We received coupons, information, and when we needed more we called, and got answers quickly. The location is excellent, not on the beach but we didn't care; it is an easy walk across a street and down private stairs right on to the beach. We loved the home. The interior decorator did a great job and pulled all of it together fabulously. All the beds were very comfortable, furniture sturdy and beautiful. We had lots of family in and out at different times and never ran out of beds (4 bedrooms/4 baths, extra beds). Our only problem was the small living area; what you see here is all the seating available, unless you use the open area dining room chairs. Swimming pool on the property - you won't need in February. The price was excellent for the month.

We had a very relaxing vacation staying at this villa. It surpassed all we had hoped for. The location was fantastic and you can even see a view of the water from the balconies.

This place is stunning! From the moment you walk in the door you are lavished with warm colors and an inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is upgraded with new appliances and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Move on to the bedrooms and you won’t ever want to get out of bed once you climb in. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Once you tear yourself out of bed in the morning, you can bask in the morning sun on the balcony that looks out to the pool and the Gulf! There’s even something special for the kids in the bunk room- 2 Tv’s! It made it super easy to put the kids down at night as they were excited to be able to drift off into dream land listening to their own tv program.

We had a group of 10 people and never felt cramped the duration of our stay. The kids loved their “secret hideaway” with their own tv’s. We had access to a pool right out our door and the beach was just across the road. All of our dreams came true this vacation!

Loved this villa! It is beautifully decorated and very up to date with everything! The kitchen even had stainless steel appliances. You can tell that the owner has pride in his property and we felt very blessed to have been able to use it for our vacation.

Super cute home. It is very modern and up to date. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bunk area and they were ecstatic to each have their own tv! They plugged in headphones and could watch different shows before drifting off to sleep. The balconies provided amazing views of the pool and the Gulf and the beach is just a short jaunt.
