This 4th floor corner beach condo offers cool tile floors, modern construction with 10' ceilings and a sleek kitchen will keep you feeling “chill” during your stay in one of the world’s best beach towns. It’s also calm- a private balcony, plenty of palm trees and lounge chairs by the pool plus deeded beach access will save you the hassle of sharing your precious time and energy.
Like all good friends, Alerio 405A won’t get jealous if you decide to spend some time away- after all the beach is only a few steps away! Plus, a paved walkway that winds past Alerio’s southern side leads to restaurants, beach shops and bike rental places. Or take a very short car ride and you’ll discover three outdoor malls, movie theatres, golf courses and lots of entertainment for a rainy day.
There is only ONE parking spot provided PER UNIT. Off-site parking is available at Geronimo RV Park or Alvin's Island.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
