The guest room provides a queen bed with a large TV and a desk. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo off the common area. This ground floor Destin/Miramar Beach vacation rental condo is also equipped with a washer/dryer and sleeps a total of 6. * Need extra space and privacy - inquire about 27A which is located directly across the way.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
