The kitchen and bathrooms have been beautifully updated and the unit also features a laundry center with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, the Primary Bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the community pool; and the Guest Bedroom features two queen beds.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
