Kerry McNulty - Hardest working realtor in Destin!

We have worked with Kerry over the last 2 years buying rental properties in Destin.   He is always up at dawn sending out emails showing potential properties the day that they show up on the MLS.   Several properties that we were shown were not even on the MLS yet but Kerry knew they were being listed.   We have been able to do almost all of every transaction via email as Kerry has mad computer skills & is able to send & receive offers, etc via email.   This has always been a prerequisite for us & one of our favorite things about this agent.   We can both highly recommend Kerry for any &
