2014 South Walton & 30A Fourth of July Fireworks

Celebrating the Fourth of July at the beach in South Walton and along Scenic Highway 30A is the ultimate All-American celebration! The quaint beachside towns and sugar white sand beaches along 30A are the perfect place to celebrate our nation’s independence and family traditions.  
 
After a day at the beach, families are invited to attend one of the many patriotic celebrations held throughout South Walton and along 30A. Here’s a list of best bets:

Red, White & BaytowneThe Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin will host the Red, White and Baytowne celebration from 6-9 p.m. The Village will have kids’ crafts, face painting and balloon sculpting complemented by live music for all ages. Fireworks shoot off at 9:15 p.m.

Solaris Fireworks & Dinner Cruise– Looking for a more intimate celebration? Set sail on the Choctawhatchee Bay for a dinner cruise aboard the Solaris yacht. The evening includes dining and dancing under the stars as well as a great view of the Sandestin fireworks show. Reservations required online at www.SunQuestCruises.com or by calling 850.650.2519

WaterColor Fourth of July Celebration– The fun begins with a Fourth of July Picnic on WaterColor Beach, including live music, coastal buffet, open bar, fireworks and kid’s activities. (Adults (21 & up) $85/Kids $45). Call 850.534.5041 for more information. The spectacular fireworks display over the Gulf is scheduled for 9 p.m. and may be viewed from neighboring beach communities and the public beach access—between WaterColor & Seaside—for free.

Seaside Fourth of July Celebration–The Town of Seaside will host a patriotic celebration featuring a symphony performance. Reserve your spot on the lawn early for a festive Pop’s performance by the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra followed by an unbelievable fireworks display over the charming beachside town. (7-10 p.m.)

Alys Beach Concert & Fireworks– The Town of Alys Beach Fourth of July celebration will include live music by the Atlanta Allstars followed by fireworks at 9 p.m. Piper’s will offer food and beverage. (6-9 p.m.)

Rosemary Beach Fourth of July Celebration– The town of Rosemary Beach will celebrate our nation’s independence with live music and a star-spangled fireworks display at 8:45 p.m. Arrive early to reserve your spot on Western Green for Sound of the Village Grass Band (6-9 p.m.)
