Outstanding Service

Mary,

I just wanted to say thank you for everything you did for me while I was looking for an apartment.  Your dedication and professionalism is truly outstanding.

As an single person/active duty officer in the military is already hard for me to deal with unexpected moves but you were extremely helpful in that process. First off, you stayed working a little bit late to show me an apt because I didn't have time to leave early. Then, you also venture the rain/storm with a smile on your face so I can see an apt at my convenience.  Additionally, you were flexible enough to let me bring you a check the next morning because I didn't brought the checks with me that day.  I constantly move and I have been in numerous rentals and I have never met a manager as genuine and committed as you are in your job. 

I truly appreciated everything you did for me.  Your commitment to help military should be recognized.  Your company has an amazing manager with you in their team. Please pass this sincere gratitude along.
