The evening begins with a tomato basil bisque topped with lump crab, followed by a choice of entrées such as braised short rib, shrimp and crab creole pasta, bronzed Scottish salmon, stuffed chicken, or a roasted winter harvest vegetarian dish. Guests can add Gulf shrimp or a crab cake for an additional charge. The night ends with a shared dessert of white chocolate bread pudding.
