The primary bedroom at Sunny Side Up is a full suite! This means whomever books this rental can claim the “Sea Haven Suite” and enjoy use of the mini-kitchen with full refrigerator, seating area, and private bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower in their personal suite.

Outdoor Oasis.

The tri-level home was made for enjoying outdoor living. With breezy balconies on all levels and a large patio on the first floor, there is plenty of spaces and places to relax outside and enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail.

Dedicated Beach Access.

Just a short distance away (guests can walk or take advantage of seasonal tram service (March –October), a private beach walkover provides direct access to the beaches of South Walton, renowned for soft white sand beaches and turquoise waters.

Access to Resort Pool.

When guests are ready for a break from the beach, they can enjoy the 12,000 square foot resort-pool lined with swaying palm trees, umbrellas and lounge chairs.
