The Destin Beach, Both Inside and Out
To the side of the front door, guests will find the first bedroom, hosting a pair of bunk beds, a TV, TV stand with storage, and various chairs. On the opposite end of the bottom floor is the living room, which has a TV, a fireplace, a pair of French doors, and plenty of space to lay about. A couple steps behind the couch are bar stools or the large kitchen counter. This kitchen is described as a “Chef’s Kitchen,” complete with all the high-quality essentials like a 4-door fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, large sink, blender, and standard coffee maker, as well as plenty of counter and storage space. Cook for all 6 guests and enjoy on the dining table. Right off of both the kitchen and living room next to another pair of French doors. All that is left on this floor is the primary bedroom. This bedroom has a comfortable bed, lounge chair, TV and a connecting bathroom with a walk-in shower. Large windows light up this room from ceiling to floor.
Back into the main area is a spiral staircase is the 3rd bedroom and connecting full bathroom. This room also has a TV with a tub and shower combo. Upstairs guests can also access the 360 balcony. This provides the perfect view of Destin’s famous painted sunsets, accompanied by the tops of Florida palms and oaks. Though this isn’t even the best outdoor area at Hemingway’s Hideout.
Head downstairs and out one of the pairs of French doors, beyond the furnished porch, to the private pool. Hugged by fencing and foliage, this area has almost absolute privacy, certainly more than a public pool. Guests can find plenty of poolside lounge chairs, a shaded table, a pool cabana, a gas grill, and an industrial umbrella over part of the pool. An area perfect for a day filled with tans, relaxation, and enjoying a wade in the crystal-clear water.
