Perfect Family Airbnb Home in Destin, Florida 

After a long day of travel, skip the long walks and wait lines thanks to Soleil Levant’s own driveway as well as Newman-Dailey’s personalized door codes that can be used right at arrival time. Soleil Levant’s driveway includes space for 2 cars and is connected to to tiles walkways leading to the front door. Just inside on the first floor are walls lined with vibrant artwork at just about any turn. Unpack in one of the 3 bedrooms upstairs and take a step out onto one of the 2 balconies facing the backyard. Outside guests will see a gorgeous view of the private pool and Gulf waters on the horizon. Just a short walk away from Soleil Levant is the Sandtrap Road Beach Access and head right down to the Gulf shore. Amazing Family-Friendly Rental Home in Destin

Soleil Levant’s first floor holds the kitchen, dining room, living room, a full bath, as well as access to the backyard porch. Just past the front door is the beautiful spiral staircase that sits in the middle of this floor and separates the living and dining rooms. To the right the living room is decorated with large artwork installations of so many mediums, complemented by light creme couches that surround the fireplace and flat screen TV. Off to the left of the staircase is the dining and kitchen areas. The dining room holds a bright red 5-seater table and the same coral red can be found painted across the kitchen walls and island counter. This kitchen has everything a guest might need during their stay, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, K-pod coffee maker, Standard coffee maker, as well as plenty of dishes and utensils. Just off of the kitchen is the first-floor bathroom which includes a shower-tub combo as well as fun dynamic shaped sink. Back out into the main area are several sets of french colors that all lead out onto the beautiful backyard porch. This porch holds an outdoor couch, 6-seater table, and stairs down to the private pool. This pool is surrounded by 4 lounge chairs and a natural gas grill. Soleil Levant’s upstairs holds even more art installations and fun features. 

On the second floor of Soleil Levant are the 2 of the 3 bedrooms and 2 remaining bathrooms. The  primary bedroom and adjoined bathroom sits to the right. This bedroom holds a king bed, matching side tables, lounge chair, wardrobe chest, full length mirror, director’s seat, flat screen TV, and access to the balcony. This balcony is decorated with a giant chess set that guests can actually play with. The primary bathroom holds a twin sink counter, walk-in shower, and claw foot tub. The second floor guest bedroom has a queen bed, futon, matching bedside tables, dresser, TV, ensuite full bathroom with shower-tub combo, and access to the chess board balcony. The third floor of Soleil Levant leads right up to the last bedroom. This third bedroom holds a director’s chair, day bed, and private balcony access. 

Destin & Miramar Beach Hot Spots 

So many amazing places to eat and embark on adventure are just a short drive from Soleil Levant. Just down the highway guests can start their day off right with brunch at Bistrology. This restaurant offers a wide array of sweet and savory dishes such as the Omelet Spring Steak and Fruitifull Nutella Pancakes. Another spot with breakfast options is The Whale’s Tail Beach Bar & Grill. This restaurant is directly on the beach where patrons can enjoy delicious food and tropical drinks, while looking out onto the Gulf waters. The Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall is just a short drive away and offers the perfect spot where guests can shop the day away. This outlet mall includes so many well known and designer brands such as American Eagle, Banana Republic, COACH, Columbia, and so much more. Silver Sands even has their own Starbucks to pair the perfect shopping day with your favorite drink. Another spot to shop, but also adventure is Baytowne Wharf Village. This center hosts so many local art and clothing shops along with an arcade, a nightlife alley, as well as the Baytowne Wharf Adventure Zone. This Adventure Zone has fun for just about any age and allows guests to zipline and rock climb, and mini golf the day away. Would Definitely Stay Here Again

“My family and I so enjoyed our stay at Miramar Beach. The house was beautiful and the beach was very close. it was so nice not having to get into the car to hit the beach and being close enough to go back-and-forth to the house when needing a snack or break. The decorations were very nice.. loved the artwork! We enjoyed the deep clawfoot tub in the master bath room. It was great having three full bathrooms. We also enjoyed the pool and spent many evenings there. The gated community is gorgeous! We would definitely go back to Miramar Beach and stay at this house again!” - Camela J
