For live music enthusiasts, Northwest Florida is gearing up for an incredible spring, filled with performances from talented nationally recognized musicians. Moon Crush Concert Series kicks off spring season with two big events called "Sound Wave" and "Sun, Sand, And Soul" at Seascape Resort with. Expect to see artists such as Joe Bonamassa, Gov'T Mule, Tedeschi Trucks Bandm Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit, and more! On April 9, the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation is bringing Smash Mouth (April 9), Black Jacket Symphony, and Yacht Rock Revue.The spring concert series continues every Thursday with even more to come. 

Closing out the spring concert series, Brandi Carlile will host her Mothership Weekend, May 8-10, featuring an incredible roster of artists such as Black Pumas, Sara Bareilles, Nickel Creek, Bonnie Raitt, and more. With such a vibrant array of talent visiting the beach this spring, the 2026 season promises to be a memorable celebration of music by the beach.  

Annual Food & Charity Festivals

Destin offers a vibrant lineup of food festivals and charity events. From April 23 to 26, the South Walton Beaches Wine and Food Festival, along with the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation, invites wine lovers to savor selections from around the globe while supporting children in need across Northwest Florida. Meanwhile, the Miramar Beach ArtsQuest Fine Art Festival returns to Grand Boulevard, May 2-3, to enchant art lovers with a juried art show, live musical performances and kids’ art workshops. Also in April, the Annual Lionfish Removal and Awareness Festival, April 23 - 26 at HarborWalk Village helps remove an invasive species from Gulf waters while highlighting the culinary talents of local chefs. The two-day outdoor festival is open to the public and includes lionfish tastings, fillet demonstrations, conservation & art booths, an interactive kid’s zone, and more!

Holiday Events

In April, the Easter holiday makes way for festive holiday celebrations. On Easter Sunday, April 5, the Solaris Easter Dinner Cruise launches at 6:30 from the Sandestin Marina and includes a three-course dinner, live music and scenic views while cruising the Choctawhatchee Bay. Also at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort the Easter Brunch and festive egg hunt will be held on the beautiful Grand Lawn from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests will enjoy a carefully crafted buffet featuring savory entrées, fresh salads, tempting sides, and a delightful assortment of desserts. Other Easter Brunch celebrations include The Henderson Beach Resort Easter Brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. as well as the popular Easter Brunch at Fish Out of Water in WaterColor from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. For guests staying at Hidden Dunes Resort, the annual visit by the Easter Bunny and Easter Egg hunt on the beach is a treasured tradition.
