Featured Festival Artists

The Destin Songwriter Festival’s 2025 lineup brings together a compelling mix of country music legends and rising stars, all set to perform along the scenic Destin Harbor. Headliners include Grammy-nominated artist James Otto, known for his soulful hit “Just Got Started Lovin’ You,” and Kent Blazy, the acclaimed songwriter behind Garth Brooks’ breakout single “If Tomorrow Never Comes.” Joining them is Andy Griggs, whose emotionally resonant tracks, including “You Won’t Ever Be Lonely,” have made him a staple of early 2000s country radio. These artists will take the main stage at Heron Harbor, offering fans a rare chance to hear the stories behind the songs from the voices who wrote them.

Emerging talents round out the lineup with fresh energy and modern flair. Jessie G, discovered by Gretchen Wilson, brings a rock-infused country sound and patriotic spirit, while Matt Wynn, a former American Idol finalist, offers soulful vocals and heartfelt lyrics. A Mission with Meaning

The festival proudly partners with Operation Song, a nonprofit that empowers veterans, active-duty military, and their families to tell their stories through songwriting. Operation Song will headline the Friday night round, shining a spotlight on the transformational power of music on those who have served our country.
